Felt so peaceful and good after. The owner Annie and her mom Rebecca are wonderful! I highly recommend.

    Are there showers?

Great question - we do not have showers on site, as you will continue to sweat for several minutes after your session. We do, however, provide towel service, and a client favorite is our essential oil infused cold towels to help cool down at the end… Read more

If you're looking for a high end fancy spa this might not be your style, but if you love and appreciate nature, simple calm spaces, good energy, and no frills wellness, this will be your place. Jeanna's prices are very fair and I like supporting a small business. I also really appreciate anyone who helps make wellness accessible for all. I look forward to going back to use the infrared sauna and having my husband try the float tank.

It popped up for me again while I was scrolling on Groupon, so I decided to get the two float package for both my partner and I and for my parents. I'm so glad I finally tried it out! I don't agree with some of the comments about the location, I found it to be very cozy and relaxing. For a first time experience, and as someone who really struggles with going to unfamiliar places, I found it to be perfect and not overwhelming. When I first arrived, the owner was not in the spa area but some paperwork to fill out was left on the desk. I actually really loved that because it gave me some time to settle into the environment and process everything before having to interact with anyone, which is huge for me. As a person with both Autism and ADHD (and I highly demanding job), I really struggle with overstimulation, nervous system dysregulation, adrenaline fatigue, and periods of severe burnout. My muscles are always very tense, about halfway through my body became very relaxed and I spent about 15 minutes just stretching and felt an incredible relief of tension like I've never experienced. I actually cried at one point because I didn't know it was possible for me to be able to relax like that. The sensory deprivation and having the opportunity to relax my body for the first time in a very long time is exactly what I needed before returning to work at the end of Winter break. Even as a first time float, I had such a great experience and came out feeling much more regulated and calm. I had really been struggling mentally and physically the last couple of months due to work, I feel like this really helped with regulating my nervous system. I'm going to try out the once a week for a month package in hopes that it will help with avoiding that level of burnout!

I really wanted to give this place a try because the reviews are so personal. The massage itself…read morewas not bad, but the most jarring issue is there is a smell in there that made the whole experience super uncomfortable. They need to invest in some plug-ins or a scent diffuser because all you smell is basically everybody's warmed lunch throughout the last couple of years. The other issue is, I understand that it's a small place, but the fact that every conversation was held at a normal conversation level instead of a lower or whispered tone was insane. Literally, I did a hour and a half, and somebody was talking the whole time even the person that was doing my massage was having a casual conversation with the person next to them. Every single door slammed, a person that worked there literally just kept answering their phone, which they didn't have on silent so every time he let it ring for long periods of time, we have to listen to that plus the conversation. I wouldn't go back just because a massage is supposed to be relaxing and that was probably the most relaxing massage I've ever had just because of the chaos and the smell which both of these things can be fixed

Positive: The location is so convenient and the massage therapist was very strong…read more Negatives: there are MANY. I have gotten many foot massages from different businesses and this place was shady. I called and asked if I could have appointment for 2 people getting a 60 minute foot massage at 4:30 and was assured yes. We were shown to the small public foot massage room which was very dark. The room fit 5 small foot massage beds and 1 was already occupied. Nearby were a couple of rooms with walls that didn't go to the ceiling for full body massage. We got settled on the beds soaking our feet and realized the man getting a full body massage on the other side was THEATRICALLY moaning and groaning and grunting extremely loudly and constantly--with every breath. I don't care how deep of a pressure a therapist is using--there's no reason for that kind of uncomfortably sexual vocalizations. The therapist honestly should have addressed it. Meanwhile I'm starting to get massaged but my friend is still lying there unattended. Then my therapist whispers "20 minutes" to my friend. So they're 20 minutes behind and didn't tell us, despite having appointments? Then it's nearly 5pm (half hour into the start time) and she whispers "5 more minutes." Well no one was able to start on my friend until moaning man finally left and that therapist took a break (after conspicuously coughing and hocking several loogies in the side room??). Her service started probably 45 minutes later than it was scheduled to. I was flipped to lie on my stomach and the therapist massaged my back and glutes through my tshirt and shorts, as is standard procedure for every foot massage I've ever gotten. But then without warning she yanked down my shorts and underwear until a full butt crack was out, Then she yanked at my bra and my tshirt until it was hiked all the way up to my neck and my backside was bare. Remember that this is in a public room that now two more people have joined and there are no partitions between each massage bed. What the hell?? This was also done to my friend. Next issue: I went out to pay (45 minutes ahead of my friend) and discovered their website advertises one price for a 60 minute massage but in the store they list a higher price. I show them their own website and they shake their head and insist that it's wrong. Well I can tell it's wrong, but they need to change the website so it's not falsely advertising the price. I brought cash, but only had exactly the advertised service price plus a 20% tip based on that price. I showed my empty wallet and explained that's all I had. The person I was speaking with told me the therapist would be mad at anything less than a 25% tip on the in-business price and that I needed to do a card so I could pay a better tip. When I pointed out they didn't tell us they were busy and now our night is all messed up timing wise, they didn't care and just stated that they're very busy. Okay, then tell us when we get there that there's a delay. I did not use my card and I will never be going back. TO BE CLEAR: the amount of money I gave them still covered the in-store price they were demanding, plus extra (just not the 25%+ tip they wanted). Edit: I had to leave early to go walk around a nearby store and wait for my friend to finish. Apparently they cut off my friend's massage at 45 minutes because they were mad at ME because I didn't leave a 25-30% tip, walked her to the checkout desk, and wouldn't let her leave until they counted her money (which they unrightfully charged full price for when they stole 15 minutes of the service from her). I wanted this place to be my new go-to and a hidden gem, but the staff are petty, the massages are uncomfortable, and the business practices are not ethical. I did not short them on the service and still gave all the tip money I had despite the negative experience.

I own an Olympic Flair hot tub, and recently about half of the lighting system stopped working. I scheduled a service visit expecting a typical warranty repair. The technician came out, did an initial inspection, and noted some trace evidence of mouse activity inside the cabinet. At that point, he stopped work and the issue was effectively denied as a warranty claim. Here's the problem with that. This isn't about "mice being present." This is about the fact that mice were able to get inside the sealed cabinet of the hot tub in the first place. A product like this, with internal electrical components, should be designed and installed in a way that reasonably prevents that kind of access. The spa has not been modified, moved, or subjected to anything outside of normal residential use. Instead of addressing that root issue, Olympic chose to treat it as customer-caused damage and declined to proceed with repair. That doesn't sit right with me. I've since escalated this because the real concern here is product integrity. If rodents can get into the internal components, that's a design or installation issue, not just "bad luck." To be fair, the technician was professional and easy to work with. The frustration is with how the situation was handled after that point. If you're considering buying from Olympic, I'd recommend asking very specific questions about how their tubs are sealed and how they handle situations like this under warranty. That part of the experience has been disappointing. I'm still hopeful they'll step up and make this right, but as it stands, this hasn't been a great experience.

Olympic sent out a technician who correctly diagnosed the issue. Following this I called Olympic approximately 4-5 times requesting a quote and trying to schedule repairs. Each time, I was told an estimate would be sent within 24 hours which would never come. Unfortunately, it took two weeks just to receive a quote from the company despite multiple attempts on our end. Due to the ongoing delays and the financial impact, we ended up hiring another company that allowed us to order the needed part immediately and came out within two days to complete the repair. Overall, the customer service was quite lacking, and communication and follow up was extremely poor. Based on our experience, we would not use Olympic again

We started June 2025, we go to this location 3 days a week. As soon as you walk up to check in, every single person who has worked the desk has been cordial and friendly to us. I mean it's 730am class and it's so early. But they always say welcome in, with a smile. The juice gal greets me every morning I'm there, then says goodbye with a smile on her face on our way out. Now as far as the Pilates instructors, so far everyone has been wonderful. We've learned a lot. We've had one grumpy instructor in the beginning, but she was gone after a few classes. Not sure what happened to her, but she wasn't a happy camper. I'll spare mentioning her name. But our favorites have been Elizabeth, Kelly, and now Jolene. Our other two fave either had to go back to a regular 9 to 5, which is Cathy, and Josh moved to another center. All have been fantastic including the subs. We joined through our health insurance which was a great deal, and to join reformer Pilates it's an extra 99.00 a month per person unlimited. We were grandfathered in so not sure how much it is now but I'm sure it's still a better price than other Pilates studios out there. So much less in price than Club Pilates for sure, and most of the time you are on a wait list, and can't get the class you want. Only reason I didn't give this location a 5 star is because the pool area. 1. The water gnats I would see were out in abundance on the walls. Means they were coming from the pipes, and something needed to be cleaned. Then the whirlpool looked rusty and needed cleaning. Which they finally did but it took a while to clean up. So we haven't used it for a while now. It's not LA fitness fault but more like the members when in the whirlpool. Sometimes I enter the whirlpool and it smells like really strong perfume/Cologne ugh...so off pudding!!! But I do Have to say that this LA Fitness is much more cleaner than the one by my house where my family found mushrooms growing in the shower ugh! Thank you Covington location for being the best around.
