I've been going to Terry at Lush Nails for over 5 years now, and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my nails. My nails are my guilty pleasure so I want someone who gets as much joy out of them as I do when I see them. Terry is absolutely phenomenal at what she does. No matter what idea or inspiration I bring her (a photo I saw on IG, a new trend, or some really random idea I think that could work), she brings it to life every single time. Her creativity and skill are unmatched and her attention to detail is my favorite. She is incredibly meticulous when it comes to filing and shaping, and you can tell she truly cares about the quality of her work. My nails always come out looking clean, polished, and perfectly structured. I've moved to Los Angeles and still make it a point to drive out to Tustin just for Terry to do my nails; that's how good she is. Cannot recommend her and Lush Nails enough!!

Had a nice if not slightly rushed experience here last week for a new hard gel set with gel polish. They did get me in when I called the day before for a Friday appt which was nice. The girl who did my nails Olivia did a great job, though she mentioned she usually lashes and recommended a few other girls for my next visit. Prices were good and the salon was nice enough, I'll probably be back!

If you're looking for your go to nail salon in OC definitely make a trip to Lush. I've been coming here for over two years and they never disappoint. I got my nails done by Heidi and she is so so talented. She always takes the time to make sure my nails are perfect and exactly like whatever inspo I show her. I got these nails done for my graduation and they are quite literally the best nails I've ever had in my life. Thank you Heidi you're amazing!

The women here are super talented. At this point I've been here multiple times and each time, my design is exactly the way I want it. They shape your nails exactly as you want as well. The inside is fairly clean and its nicely decorated. My only complaint is when getting a fill, the nail technicians file the gel/dip powder down instead of soaking it off and then filing it off. It hurts when they do this, which makes me think it isn't normal? I've been to other places and my nails are always wrapped with acetone to remove the powder/gel. I only come back here because the designs really are super well done.

This is my go to place. I absolutely love coming here!! I don't even live in the area, I'm coming from Riverside, but I plan out once a month to get my nails done with Hana when I'm in the area. Hana is amazing!! She's so precise and so sweet. I definitely recommend booking with her :)

I had a VERY disappointing & frustrating experience at this nail salon. I called ahead to explain the issue with my nails, the salon told me to come in so they could check them and fix the problem. I trusted their word and came in for my 5:00 PM appointment on time. However, once I arrived, I was made to wait an additional 30 minutes just to speak with the nail technician. After waiting that long, I was told that my nails would not be fixed. I don't understand why I was asked to come in at all if there was never any intention to resolve the issue. The nail technician, Heidi, originally did my nails with a gold finish. Within only 10 days***, the color had already turned into a rusty, copper-like finish. She was late to my original appointment and rushed through the service. When I came back to address the issue, instead of taking responsibility or offering a solution, she blamed normal daily nail use and said it was my fault. That explanation is unreasonable for a nail service that didn't even last 2 weeks. I was then made to wait again, only to be told the nails would not be redone because the gel had not fully come off. This entire experience felt dismissive and unprofessional. I will never recommend this nail salon to anyone. If you are paying close to $90 with tip, this place does not deserve your time or money.

Obsessed with my nails! Thank you Tori! My hairdresser had the same nails, she told me who and where she got them. It was lush with Tori-I showed her the picture and she immediately knew what to do. This place was great. Definitely quite busy for a Saturday but what more can you expect? I had an appointment at 12, showed up at 12:05 and was started on by 1215, and out the door by 1:30. Honestly pretty impressive for having dip, nails and a gel pedicure by Demi, who was also excellent!

When I arrived the receptionist was a little awkward with the greeting so I was skeptical at first and didn't really give me a good sense of the services offered. When I said I wanted a mani/pedi (work done on hands and feet, for the guys who will read this lol) she gave me a station to sit at. I was greeted by Kim and Annie who gave me a list of services and a friendly welcome. I forget the service name, maybe it was called Royal treatment. But they were excellent with everything. Vibe was amazing and I felt super comfortable especially being the only male in the building. I will be visiting again. read more

Love this place, but lately it has felt very rushed. Today I went in for a jaded marble design, but my nails came out nothing like the reference picture. I let her know I didn't like them and she was nice enough to let me switch last minute, so I just settled for a French tip. The French tips she did were not clean and I had to keep asking her to fix it. At the end, when she filed the sides, it removed a lot of the color on the sides. At that point I just felt bad to say anything, so I just took an L for today. I'm hoping next time is better. read more

I went in for a full set of acrylics and got the royal pedicure to get ready for my wedding. I booked an appointment for 3pm on Friday but arrived early and they were able to get me started! I got my full set with Mai and my pedicure from Nancy and they were absolutely amazing. Not only were they very friendly but their attention to detail was spot on. let's start with the good of Lush Nail Studio; - their prices have remained consistent throughout my time spent at their studio ranging $60-$80 for the average nail set - they have a very comfortable nail studio and very fast service - wide color selection & they are well informed of ongoing trends I understand that once negative experience doesn't defame a business and that isn't my intention, but this is not my second bad experience and one I'm not comfortable returning to. The red nails pictured are what I asked for and the rest of the pictures are what I got. My nail technician, Ruby wasn't willing to take the time to fix my nails after she knew I was displeased and I made her aware of the things I wasn't happy with. That is the root of the reason I won't be going back to Lush nail Studio. They're consistent with their prices but not their customer satisfaction and it's not a risk I'm willling to take when it comes to spending my money. I left with streaky nails, bumpy nails, and with something far from what I asked for and my nail technician was okay with me leaving that way. read more

WOW. I don't frequent nail studios very often - so needless to say, I was hella surprised to see so many chairs and so many people within the studio working at lightning speed but making whatever nail request look GOOD. Came here with the bridal party to get our nails done. My girlfriend A knows where to go for sure! I meant to get the gel nails but for some odd reason got it in my head to just continuously say acrylic, as I didn't eat, so was on autopilot. But I'm GLAD I did do so. Haha, like one of my friends had said - After 21, you will make mistakes and learn from them. It's been a while since then. Acrylic nails - for those who don't know - are the ones where they stick it on you. Just visiting from out of town and you never know what you're going to find. Very clean salon that's busy but they got me in right away. Nothing felt rushed, got a pedicure and the leg massage was fantastic. Not sure there's any skin left after she scrubbed off all the dead skin. When I first came I was starting to see texture and kinda rough patches on my face/cheeks. I started seeing Satik to help manage those flare ups. Her treatments helped my skin so much. After seeing her my skin has been cleaner, softer, and breaking out less. I have included photos from before and after. Continually coming to see her has helped maintain my skin healthy and glowy. She uses a European extraction technique that is not very common because it can be difficult to do, however I only trust Satik. She's been doing this for so long and knows what she is doing. What's worked for me and my boyfriend with our acne is not only the facials but also the products we use on our skin. Diet helped me initially with calming my acne but everyone is different. My boyfriend has never changed his diet he just has been coming here for treatments and it's reversed the texture he's had on his cheeks and helped minimize fine lines.

I have never been mistaken and am sure that the place my daughter and I go to is LUSH NAIL STUDIO. I was careless as I went in the afternoon and did not make an appointment with the wonderful ladies who usually do my daughter and I's nails Tracy and Terry along with a pedicure plus a foot massage package with extra time for a small fee from Linda or Anna for a quick and youthful pedicure. I really love this place and miss the wonderful girls so much that I can assure you that I am not mistaken, as I have been here for a long time and this is always the place I recommend to friends or family for a manicure and pedicure. But it will probably be a long time before my daughter forgets this place and comes back here with me. Hi Kelly ! As a regular customer of the salon I am embarrassed to write here but I have just had a terrible experience and my skin has recovered and stopped itching so I wanted to let you know. My sister Sandra and I are very fond of you and the staff and service here but 3 weeks ago , my sister and I came in and I had a staff named Kim do my pedicure, I told her I didn't have much time so I only chose the basic pedicure and my skin is sensitive so I am very allergic to chemicals and the staff who did it for me after I chose the basic pedicure she was not happy and grumpy. She did the service quickly and put 2 chemicals on my shins and soaked my feet in water immediately and wiped it off quickly then massaged quickly and painted my toenails to finish the service. I was very surprised because this is not the working style of the professional workers from your shop that I have used the service before, and I do not need to spend 32$ for foot washing service instead of nail care service because I can wash my feet at home. After I got home, the skin on my feet was itchy and I had to see a doctor and apply anti-allergy medicine because of KIM's foot washing service. Hopefully next time I come, I will receive the same professional services as before and not another foot washing for 32$ from KIM. Best regards read more

yesterday my family went to get pedicure after a long time back. everything was great when we came back and were arranged for three pedicure technicians. the pedicure technician for me was named KIM. the first steps were normal until the last steps she did not do the right time for my foot massage which was 15 minutes. when she looked at the other 2 technicians who were still massaging , she realized I was looking at her in surprise so she used a hot towel to put on my feet and caressed my feet but the time passed was still not right in the service package written. what a bad experience to come back here. hello owner. i want to let you know and thank you for your quick response. but first when i was asked which service package i chose i said it was the same as my family. and i noticed her steps were the same except the foot massage was shorter so i was surprised and have this review. and you also admitted that she finished my foot massage service 1 minute faster? so i will edit it and i will not delete this review because i did not pay to receive such poor service and attitude even for 1 minute. best regards New Update - I am reviewing the transaction and I see that I was charged for 2 pedicure services of yours which is 39$ each for me and my family and there is no 32$ as you said. On Friday afternoon, my family and I came here for a pedicure and we wanted a long massage to relax so I chose the package with a long foot massage as advised. Everything was going smoothly before a young lady addressed my manicurist in her own language, then all the steps of the massage were quickly skipped over and my pedicurist began to lose focus. and then she dragged her tools over to another customer as directed by the young lady (my guess) and then she turned around and started applying top coat polish to finish. And hurriedly left even though I asked you if there was any mistake when my whole family chose the same massage service package and the remaining 2 employees did it carefully and in the correct order while you shortened it. The time to massage my feet and paint my toenails was rushed, and the service ended quickly with the bill and passed me by to continue doing it for someone else. and I found out her name is Linda and I want an improvement in the service so I don't have to waste time and money to receive such a bad service. I asked the staff at the counter how to report this incident to the manager but this young lady didn't seem to understand English - so I'm writing here hoping to improve the service better and I won't. I would like to ask if anyone has experienced the same thing as me when experiencing the basic foot service package here? When the technician gave me the service package to choose from, I wanted to choose the basic service package because I didn't have much time and after hearing that I chose the basic package, the technician showed an attitude towards me and she seemed not to care about my feelings and existence, while working she kept talking and laughing in her language, possibly mocking the service package I chose and that I was an inferior person? I asked if there was any problem when I chose that package, she seemed not to care and didn't listen, she continued to laugh and joke even though there was an older woman who might be the manager sitting nearby reminding her but she still continued. I don't know who to ask to intervene in this matter but I clearly remember her name is Lisa and I certainly wouldn't want her to take care of my pedicure again if I ever come back and according to my own opinion, maybe I should do the more advanced packages in the service package that the technician gave to receive thoughtful care? I came here on Sunday to get a pedicure for my trip and was recommended by my friend to have great service and professional staff, plus they have high reviews on Yelp. I called and made an appointment. When I arrived, the shop was very crowded and I got the job done by a worker named Lin or Lyn. I said very clearly that I wanted to choose the gold service and 10-minute massage package to experience it first and that I would come back to continue the manicure service later because I didn't have time today but it seemed like she didn't. Understand, she doesn't like to do service packages that she considers cheap when she constantly points at higher priced service packages and says to apply gel polish because it's "LAST LONG" even though I refused but she kept repeating it. At this point I had to agree so she could help me leave quickly because everyone around me was busy and I didn't know who to call for help. PROBABLY I WILL CANCEL THE NAIL SERVICE HERE BECAUSE THERE ARE UNREASONABLE HIDDEN CHARGES THAT ARE NOT SHOWN IN THE PRICE LIST. I PAID MORE THAN 30 bucks MORE to get out of here quickly. Dear Owner ! I don't want to ruin your beautiful weekend but I would like to comment because you have a great and friendly service but it was ruined by two of your staff when I came here to relax . They didn't seem to care about their customer me as they kept talking to each other while doing my manicure and pedicure . The older lady doing my pedicure kept talking to the younger lady doing my nails in their own language which I don't understand even though I asked if there was anything from me that made you unhappy ? but they didn't seem to understand English or were just ignoring my existence to continue their story . I came here to enjoy the great service you provide not to have such a bad experience , I wish I could have changed staff right then because I looked around there was no one I could ask because the shop was very busy and crowded . i love the nail service here and they have good nail technicians and great foot massage and i recommended my mom to come here to experience the service. Please let me know, in addition to the service and price listed on the price quote, do I have to pay additional money according to the pedicurist's wishes to receive the service? . I went to the salon and was assigned a pedicurist named Lynn and she kept telling me I had to get the salon's special pedicure for $59 and an extra $15 for gel polish to keep it long lasting. Even though I said I only needed intermediate service and had already chosen the polish even though I already had it on hand and gave it to her. but she kept pointing at the $59 service package and said it would last longer if she added gel polish even though I refused many times and I felt disrespected and uncomfortable getting nail care because of the paint. I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. From the start, the nail tech couldn't seem to find the color I wanted, and when I tried to explain that the choices weren't right, she became visibly frustrated and rude. Instead of helping me, she rushed me to pick something just to get it over with. To make matters worse, they had to bring someone else in to do my French tips. It was shocking that the staff didn't seem to know how to do a basic French tip, something you would expect them to be skilled at. The person who did the tips was in a hurry and it honestly felt like it was her first time doing them--I had to give her instructions! On top of all that, one of my nails had fuzz and bits stuck under the gel, which they didn't clean properly. Now I'm stuck with a poorly done manicure. I went to the salon on a Thursday afternoon after a long day at work and was looking forward to relaxing with great service and getting a new set of nails for the weekend. Everything was going smoothly until my manicurist, Tori, arrived. She seemed to do nails as a side job and her main job seemed to be a cheerleader or circus clown. I arrived right at 9:30 AM, and the salon was already open and welcoming. I got a gel manicure and pedicure with their #2 package, which includes a scrub and massage--totally worth it! If you want a nice set of nails, I recommend going to Lush nail salon. I saw my friend had a nice and trendy manicure at a party at my house last week and she pointed me here. I made an appointment by phone so I didn't wait long and I was served as soon as I arrived, and the manicurist let me do it outdoors and she wore a mask and shield to protect me and her from the covid19 virus. I can't know her name to make an appointment for the next time. It is safe for me to come here because there are measures to protect and prevent covid19 virus in accordance with the steps given by the State of California, and you are measured body temperature and hand sanitizer before starting to perform the epidemic. and disinfect cleanup after the service is done. I have been coming to Lush for years and from day 1 I have been so impressed with them. Now more than ever during the COVID pandemic I am even more impressed. I waited a while to venture out because of concerns over COVID, but I was actually in pain from needing my cuticles cleaned.
