    Andrea W.

Came here last week , my experience was good at the store but when i open the products I purchased i found out that it was all used. Im a huge fan of lush and I always buy my Lush products in Newtown. But last Saturday I was at Natick so I just bought it from Natick Mall, only to find out it will be the worst experience I will ever have. I cant even use this because its probably a return from another costumer. Its very unsanitary. Also, they sold me products thats about to expire. Dont go here.

Twist top experience (my nephew totally ended up taking one home too) - A woman wearing a black face mask and a Santa hat is guiding a young boy in a soap-making activity at a retail store. The woman is pointing towards a soap in a white sink filled with water, while the boy, dressed in a blue jacket and orange shirt, reaches into the water. Shelves stocked with colorful products and a sign reading 'HAPPY PEOPLE MAKING HAPPY SOAP!' are visible in the background, indicating a store environment focused on soap or bath products.

I wanted to take a moment to give a shout out to Emmett! They provided such a ridiculously impressive experience I couldn't help but share. I will lead with I came in the store with two kids, a ten year old girl and an eight year old boy (anyone who has ever shopped with children knows how challenging it can be) that said as my niece was strolling around making her selections, my nephew was curious about what the bath bombs were. Emmett didn't skip a beat ... immediately they suggested to try it. They filled the sink in preparation for the bath bomb. My niece immediately rushed over and They explained that the water wasn't ready but that she could keep shopping around and would call her when it was ready. Shortly after the time had some where Emmett called for her to let her know it was ready. She ran over and they provided clear detailed instructions for my nephew to spin the bath bomb like a top.The excitement in the kids faces was so awesome. It was such a magical experience for them. The magic didn't stop there though .... as I was finalizing my purchase, we has some technical difficulties at the register ... but the time I finished I went to find the kids and there they were playing with bubbles in the sink while Emmett was blowing them into the air. The kids in turn of course wanted to try and they did (don't worry I made sure they cleaned up the floor before they left so ensure it was safe for the rest of the guests - another older woman insisted they could take care of it and I objected as they made they mess - respectfully she obliged my request) That said, biggest of thanks to Emmett for this magical experience! And to the entire Natick Lush Team who was on shift! Unfortunately I didn't get their names... but I know one was a manager who was phenomenal as well who despite engaging customers handled the techno difficulty with grace and smiles along side the young women who was so apologetic for the delay as the line got bigger. We jokingly said that she sabotaged the machine so it would force us to shop Lol. Such a great team! Phenomenal experience! The epitome of what the customer experience is all about regardless of age! Thank you again so much! Truly a blessing! My niece even came home raving about it!

All this for $20 in the little green bag? Win.

I have been to multiple locations and the staff is very rude and disrespectful. I don't like to shop here anymore.

Very rude, pushy staff. Always lacks inventory. Order online or go to another location.

First things to note. I have been coming to this Ulta for a number of years now. They used to be on another plaza, and again. I've been going to this store In Natick since. In that time, I've built a decent rapport with the staff. I'm in a wheelchair, so shopping is always a bIt involved. While they have previously had display cases, it's never been as bad as now. Maybe it's the holidays, I don't know. But one side of the store was completely inaccessible. It was thanks to other shoppers who helped me get something that was completely blocked off. Now, I am aware that it the holiday season and things are difficult. That said, this is beyond what I've ever experienced in a store Before. I had put an online order. But while there, I remembered to pick up some other things like lotion and shampoo. As I get to the line, the cashier yells for the next person, I am making my way in the narrow check out, she sees me and yells again. As I am speaking to her, I explain that I have a pickup order, i bring up my email to show her the order and the barcode. I forgot my ID, which was silly but the rest of my wallet is on my phone. So, I ask if my husband's ID would work. Yes, except now, he needs to be added to the pick up order. Which, if I weren't there, would be understandable. However, I am right there with him picking it up. So now, despite having email, order number/barcode and two people to pick up, that's still not enough "for store policy". (I did call the office and they confirmed that this did follow their policy.) -it didn't help that she very visibly had distain for me as soon as I was rolling up. I know being a cashier during this season is especially difficult, I'm not asking for fake smiles or cheer. But some basic thinking and empathy skills. Like, I'm not here buying liquor, cigarettes or weapons. I'm just trying to get my basic cerave lotion and a lipstick. Things are hard enough for us all, why make it harder? Anyway, most of the stuff they sell can be found at Target or Amazon now. But if you need/want to shop in person I've had a better experience at the Hudson location.

I approached her nicely and said, "Excuse me, do you have this eyebrow pencil in a full size?" She was extremely upset that I didn't ask her how her day was going prior to inquiring about the product, and told me she'd check and walked towards the back of the store. I asked her to hold on so I can show her the item and the shade. She said she knew it was "Fantasia." I corrected her and said it's "Anastasia," and asked how she knew which shade I needed. She furiously continued on her way towards the back of the store (these products are located in a locked droor at the front of the store next to the Anastasia shelves, as I witnessed the manager subsequently check, so Stephanie never intended on assisting me in a purchase). I spoke to the manager, "Jolene," and relayed what occurred. She indicated that she knew Stephanie and that she wouldn't do it "purposely," and it must have been a "misunderstanding." Actually, Stephanie's behavior was purposeful and there was no misunderstanding. Stephanie refused to assist me in making a purchase because I neglected to ask her how she was doing prior to inquiring about a product. She treated me with absolute disrespect and she should not be working in a customer service position. At the very least, she should be reprimanded and trained on products sold at Ulta, and how to treat and assist customers.
