They are accommodating with appointments and the salon is always in spic and span condition. I go every month for a wax and the lady is a sweetheart, definitely puts me at ease. They use a type of wax that doesn't involve paper strips, which I have found to be way less painful. They are normally very meticulous but the one time that I went home with a bit of wax still attached, they were incredibly apologetic and offered me a free session. I also routinely go here for nails. I don't like gels just because of what they do to my nails, so I always go for the Performance line. These are a non-gel that acts like a gel. Dries in 5 minutes and comes with a 10 day guarantee. Perfect!

The service here has really gone downhill. They are spread too thin with these new locations…read moreopening. They were so much better when they were just one location. Pricing is so high now, and it really doesn't match the quality you get anymore. I first started going to their original location in 2020 once lockdown was lifted, and back then they did amazing pedicures, paraffin, hot stone, long massages - all part of the "regular pedi" service. Now the regular pedi doesn't include anything like that, and the price has since gone up. A few weeks ago, I had a scheduled appointment. I got a call asking to come 20 minutes later because the nail tech was running late - ok, cool no problem. I showed up later. Was brought to the pedicure chair and started soaking my feet. It ended up being 45 mins past my original appointment time before the tech started on me. I was so irritated since I was sitting in lukewarm water for 25 minutes. I wish they had just told me up front that she was 45mins behind. I brought this up to management; they apologized and gave me a 20% off coupon. I was hesitant, but went back today. I made an appointment and went in; waited almost 20 minutes for my tech to start on the pedi - no communication that she was late, just me sitting in a tub of water again. Once she started on me, I felt that she was just rushing through. The price of over $100 for a gel mani/pedi should have much better service than this. I gave them another chance, and they failed - many other places in the area I can go to that will give me much better service. Edited to add - after my 2nd visit, management contacted me again - told me they double-checked the cameras and said she wasn't rushing, offered me 15% off next time. Told me to go to their other location because they are short-staffed at this one, and argued that their prices are the lowest around. Not a fan of this customer service and attempt to get me to stay - so many other places out there better than this place.

Builder Gel is currently my favorite and worth the extra because they last longer and have less damage to the nails. I can't wait to go back in a few weeks for my next set.

It offers wonderful variety and you are sure to find the right stylist for you! One December 8th I went in for a full foil. I have been seeing Jennifer since I started with them. Jennifer is amazing and so talented. I knew she used to work at Salon Capri in Dedham and now L.A express. She takes the time to have you sit down and talk a little bit about your hair and what you're looking to achieve. She is extremely knowledgeable and offers amazing input each time I see her. A little bit before the summer I saw Jenn for highlights and an overall platinum blonde color. She was very honest with me about going to such a color so fast. Instead of just putting straight bleach on my hair, she talked to me about how we can build up to my desired color. When I went in for my appointment on 12/8 we were finally able to achieve platinum blonde and I couldn't be happier. Jenn is fantastic! Just look at my before and after photos. Pictures speak a thousand words and I couldn't agree more. Thank you Jenn, you made me feel gorgeous!
