A while back i came in to get my nails done and for some reason instead of giving me a tech that knew what she was doing they decided to let someone practice how to do nails for the first time on me. I paid $50 in total for the service that day. The nails all fell off two days later. I came back in to talk about getting a refund and manicure because the damage on my nails were very noticeable and painful. I got greeted with the nastiest attitude by the owner. This woman quite literally yelled at me for asking for a refund and was full blown cussing me out.
