I paid $10 so I shouldn't have expected much lol. I normally cut my own hair but didn't have the patience to do it after work on a Friday night so I swung by. They're very friendly accommodated me on short notice. They also observe their posted hours which not all spots do now days. You can pay more to have an instructor do it and it won't break the bank. I was shocked to see how some barbers charge $40+ ! I've been cutting my own hair for so long that I fell out of the loop. Last time I had a cut I paid like 15 but it's been a minute so that's my bad. Check the spot out, know what you want, and be vocal with your barber let him know what's up.

The service I received from Jerry was phenomenal. Not only did he give me an excellent cut, he performed the additional services I requested with great skill. In fact, I was complimented on my haircut a few days later--something I'd not experienced before! On Wednesdays, or if you have a flyer, a regular cut is $25, which is at the low end of the barbershops I've found that truly are full service in the best sense of the word. I'll be going back.

They had a lot of cool vintage vibe and there was an old picture of the shop. I like how Nova my barber talked and went over what I wanted prior to just cutting. We chatted and he really nailed how I envisioned my cut to be. You can find his IG @ nov_abstract. Overall I dig this spot and I think I found my barber. It's located downtown Garland beside a deli and guitar shop. I definitely recommend him!
