The first thing I told him was that I wanted no fading or anything really done to my hair I just wanted him to fix up some areas on the top but that was it. He did not listen to me at all and made the back of my hair look terrible. Honestly a terrible barber. He does not care what you want and will not listen and will only do what he thinks is best. Do not come to this man I can not express how upset I am with this haircut. And the vibes of the place were not good and dirty.

He responded by asking if I wanted a 1, which I assumed meant 1 inch off since I hadn't explicitly told him I wanted about an inch off. I told him yes, because I wasn't informed what a 1 was. I assumed that it was a 1 inch off, since I'd been going for a year now and had 0 issues. The entire sides and back of my head are now looking like I got a complete buzz, and the top is still basically just as long as it was to begin with. It looks like I got a bowl cut on the top and buzzed everything else. Barber didn't make me pay, and I wouldn't have paid anyways after that kind of service. Please either tell your customers what the terminology means, or start cutting small amounts and go further if the customer says. You can't undo cut hair but you can cut it shorter if they ask. Thoroughly disappointed, unlikely to come again.
