Tonight we decided to go on a sunset date and wanted something "quick" and forgot that the line is always so slow HAHA, so yes we did kind of miss the sunset but that's okay, we left with tasty treats. It was our first time trying the burrito, and we chose the pistachio flavor. They have chocolate and strawberry as well. This was our FAVORITE out of the three we got tonight. The crepe was perfectly cooked, the pistachio was and cream was delicious. I wish the pistachio cream was less thick because it would've made it so much better. Wasn't too sweet but packed a lot of flavor. The sushi was pretty good. Wish they added more strawberrries. The Dubai chocolate was okay, hated that the chocolate was so hard, but they added a good amount of pistachio and crunch. It was a little dry though, and wish the collage was gooey so it would e been so much better. The prices were pretty up there but I don't blame them. It was around $45 for all three desserts. Line is horrible and I think the location is to blame for that. It's at a gas station which barely any wiggle room but people order a lot so the line takes a bit longer.

Went on a Sunday morning right when they just opened up so there wasn't any line so it went by super quick which was nice. The Dubai chocolate just had a lot of pistachio khafa which wasn't a bother but just wished there were more chocolate in there, as for the chocolate strawberries they taste like how a normal chocolate strawberry would be so nothing new with that one, then for the drink it was super sweet but it tasted nice. Since this is the "to go" location there's nothing much to it about the restaurant view or anything like that, your right next to a gas station so I guess it's like a little stop if you wanted to.

I've seen several TikToks and Instagram Reels about Lune Cafe and their Dubai Chocolate Strawberry Cup. I have never tried Dubai Chocolate, nor the infamous Dubai Chocolate Strawberry Cup trend. On my way home from work, I decided to go to Lune Cafe. The location of this cafe is quite horrendous. It's in the same lot as a gas station. I pulled in quite confused as there seemed like there was a line, but it was hard to tell for what. Were they in line for the cafe, or to get gas? I made my way in and watched as the employees guided parked cars to hop in the line as it kept moving along. I eventually got in line and made my order. Honestly, I don't remember how long I waited, but it was longer than I expected. At least once I got up to order and pay, my Dubai Chocolate Strawberry Cup was made and handed over to me. So, I didn't have to wait at all to receive my order. Overall, not the greatest experience and for that I would not come again. They have two other locations that seem less chaotic, so maybe I would try those out instead. The Dubai Chocolate Strawberry Cup is good, but I don't think it's anything crazy. I think my total was around $13, which is on the cheaper side compared to other places.

The vibes of this place were nice and they have street parking right in front which is pretty nice and convenient. And plus the service was great and super nice. I got the strawberry dubai chocolate and both me and my friend thought it was okay. Not exactly worth the $14. The strawberries were really nice and sweet with a hint of freshness. However overall the chocolate plus the pistachio cream was overwhelmingly sweet and we couldn't finish it. I think I got full from all the water I had to drink after every few bits.

AMAZING! I've gone here several days in a row, it was that good! I will say that it seems they prep their Dubai-strawberry cups in advance during rush hours, so the chocolate and the kunafa mixture is cold/solid. It's much better when everything is soft and gooey. This won't prevent me from getting it again though! Such a convenient location too. Keep in mind, the line can get verrrryyyy long. We waiting 40 minutes once but it was worth it.

Peach glow club soda and the strawberry Dubai chocolate

Ts (this) is a$$ . No ambiance, service workers have BO! And the food was incredibly mid!! It's also located next to a ghetto gas station, tweakers roaming everywhere! Strawberries were not sweet nor juicy, chocolate was way too hardened and no pistachio flavor whatsoever. 40 minute drive, not worth it.

Bright H.

I just think the whole experience and food was not worth it. We waited in line for a timed: 1h 49m. We were literally just out on the middle of the road for most of it, not even in the drive thru yet. The strawberries and chocolate itself was subpar (it was dry like rice krispy cereal), the wait was super long, and the price was aggressively overpriced. Would not recommend anyone coming unless the line was drastically shorter and you REALLY wanted to try.

Lauren S.

I saw this viral spot pop up on Instagram recently and stopped here just to grab a coffee, not for the dessert they're known for. There were just a few cars ahead of us when we got in line but ended up having to wait almost 25 minutes. The way that they do their drive thru service is... diabolical. You order and pay at the window and then they have you pull up and park, making everyone stuck behind you, to wait for your drink/dessert. So instead of waiting at the window and receiving your order there, the baristas run out of the building and bring it to you in the parking lot. I'm not quite sure what the logic is behind doing it that way, but many of the reviews also echo the same thought so hopefully that's fixed in the future! The coffee I got was good. I got the lavender vanilla latte with an extra shot and half sweetened. The flavor ended up being pretty subtle but overall good. If you swing in here, just be prepared to wait a minute!

Half & Half mini pancakes strawberry & oreo

Visited last night around 5 PM and ordered two smoothies: the Hawaiian and the PB No J. I had originally planned to try the Dubai strawberries but was disappointed to find they were sold out. For food, I let the staff choose for me and ended up with the mini pancakes, half strawberry and half Oreo. They were delicious! While the quality was great, I have to say this place is quite pricey. My bill came to $27 before tip for 2 medium smoothies and 1 order of mini pancakes. For context, I spent less than that recently at PICK-QUICK down the street and got 2 double burgers, 2 fries, 1 chili, and 1 drink. Overall, great flavors and friendly staff but be prepared to have a super expensive bill to try this place.

I got the tropical energy drink, and half strawberry pancakes half kinder pancakes. 10/10 everything was so delicious! Place is clean, food was fresh. Staff was very friendly and helpful! Got everything very quickly!

Came for the Dubai chocolate strawberries and it did not disappoint! The inside space is so cute and tables are great for studying, and the girls working there were so incredibly kind!

I was not impressed with the items that we bought this afternoon. The lemonade with mint was over powered by the mint that I threw it away. The crepe with strawberries had five strawberries on the top. I added bananas to the crepe. I was not impressed by the milk chocolate. Other crepes that I've had have the strawberries and bananas on the inside of the crepe with the Nutella nicely drizzled. Oh I almost didn't get the lemonade when the young guy told us it's powdered lemonade that they use.

Sarah H.

Finally tried the dubai chocolate strawberries and they were so yummm. They were fairly busy, but we got our desserts pretty quickly. This is the new location on the ave, but the store was super clean and lots of pretty flower bouquets at the front (I'm assuming for their opening). The cup of dubai chocolate strawberries ended up being $15, so it's definitely a treat. Their drinks also look super tasty and are fairly priced so I will definitely be going back to try them out!

Would be a five star had it not been such a long wait. I finished hanging out with my friends and had a bit of a sweet tooth. The staff here are amazing. You'll have to park down the road where another employee is so customers don't block the road way. Waited about 50 mins in line and once I was in the actual line to order it went pretty quick. I got the Dubai chocolate strawberry cup. Ended up ordering two of them. They are a bit pricey. About 15.99$ for the cup. It was amazing and even sitting over night for the second cup was just as a great. I was hoping for a bit more pistachio butter but overall a great place. read more

Honestly, drinks and food are pretty good and worth the money spent, but the service could use a bit of work. Although the food is good I usually take into account the service being given. If the service is bad it makes the time taken going to the shop more regretful. I don't expect their service to be 100% but at least be welcoming customers. Food: 7/10 Service: 4/10 read more

Liked it more before the flood. I get you guys might be money tight since you guys re did everything, but the strawberries are cut now and no strawberries on top anymore, they dont have the same taste at all. Overall experience was not that great: 1. The drive thru was quite hard to enter since it is right off the main road. 2. We waited a decent amount of time compared to others on here, but I will say this.. We only ordered a Dubai cup and a latte, as opposed to the cars behind us that ordered quite a bit. We eventually got to the front of the line waiting for our order (atp we only got our latte), meanwhile the car behind got their whole order include one thing that we had mutually ordered. One of the staff eventually approached us asking what we were waiting on which to me was a bit disappointing.. Otherwise, the viral Dubai cup was overall mid.. Not really worth the wait imo. read more

I couldn't even get in line to order items as they block off the order line and then don't tell you where to go. After driving around I found this sign by the cars lined up that said it was the line for Lune. Really disappointed. I saw this place on instagram and noticed it was local and looked so yummy so I had to try it. I knew they were busy, but ended up waiting about an hour. I ordered the Dubai chocolate strawberry cup and unfortunately couldn't even eat it. There was multiple strawberries that were going bad, one was even growing mold (2nd pic) Other strawberries were covered in chocolate and I didn't feel comfortable eating possibly rotting strawberries. I would have been fine waiting all that time to try something new and unique but after seeing the lack of quality control, it's safe to say the wait wasn't worth it, food wasn't worth it and for the price... obviously not worth it. I don't understand what is so special about this place so today I decided to visit this place. I heard there's a 2 hours waiting but luckily I waited in line for 7-10mins. I order the Dubai chocolate with strawberries and a mango glow. The guy who took my order said they were out of chocolate melting and if I was okay with white chocolate and I said okay. After I got my order, I dive into the Dubai chocolate "white chocolate" with strawberries first. First bite, I hate it right away. The texture of the Philo was like overcooked dry noodles and it was super super sweet. Overall, I think I ate 2 tiny bite and toss it in the trash. Definitely NOT recommended for people who is diabetic and definitely not coming back. The mango glow is alright. It would be refreshing in the summer though but these two items that I ordered it's pretty easy to make. If you don't know how to make them, there's always a YouTube channel to learn from. I went, I tried, and I hate it. read more

When I'm in person they all have great service, kind people. So I know they work hard, but I'm wondering why it's different for delivery when we pay more. ?

I visited this café's drive-through around 3 PM, and unfortunately, the experience was far from ideal. I had to wait a staggering 30 minutes for my order, which was taken at my car window. I ordered the Dubai pistachio chocolate strawberries, and they were a major disappointment. The strawberries were overwhelmingly sweet, causing a significant spike in my blood sugar and making me feel somewhat ill. Additionally, I personally disliked the pistachio flavor. I had also attempted to order the Dubai chocolate bars, but they were out of stock, which, in hindsight, I'm grateful for. I was informed they would be restocked in a week, but since I'm not from the area, that doesn't help me. Overall, I cannot recommend this café based on my experience. While I didn't try any of their drinks, the excessively sweet and unpleasant strawberries, coupled with the extremely long wait time, left a negative impression. read more

Salam all, Lune Cafe in Auburn is an absolute gem, habibi! From the moment you spot the long line of eager customers, you know you're in for something special. Whether you're grabbing their famous Dubai Chocolate Strawberries or diving into their unique Lune Sushi. The flavors are bold, the presentation is Instagram-worthy, and the service always has a smile--just like a warm welcome from an old friend like Abdulla Alqaisi. Yes, habibi, you might have to wait a little, but trust me, it's worth every minute. Their drinks are crafted with care and creativity. I've made the trip from across town more than once, and each time, I'm reminded why Lune Cafe stands out: it's not just about the food, it's about the experience. The team makes you feel like family, always ready with helpful suggestion. read more

I recently visited the drive-thru and had high hopes, but unfortunately, the experience left me disappointed. I waited 45 minutes for the Dubai strawberry, only to find that the strawberries looked unwashed and were mushy and mold. The chocolate coating was hard, as if it had been sitting out for a while. To top it off, they didn't provide any utensils, which made things even more inconvenient. The one saving grace was the customer service--staff were nice and friendly, which I appreciated. However, the product itself didn't live up to the hype, and I wouldn't say it was worth the long wait. read more

Lune Café in Auburn is a total gem! I stopped by their drive-thru after hearing about their viral Dubai Chocolate --and wow, they lived up to the hype. The combo of Belgian chocolate, pistachios, and crunchy konafa is unlike anything I've tasted. Their dessert menu is wildly creative (dessert sushi? Yes, please), and everything feels thoughtfully made. The staff was friendly, and even with a line of cars, service was quick and upbeat. I've been to other OBC locations in Seattle and Woodinville…read more However, this location made me question their food safety practices. Firstly, the inside was clean and welcoming. There was one employee working, but it did not look very busy inside. We ordered 4 dubai chewy cookies, 1 taro croffle, 1 small galaxy ade, and 1 large taro/oreo smoothie. Our total came out to around $60. Dubai chewy cookies were very tasty, I am a huge fan of dubai chocolates. My galaxy ade tasted very watered down, barely any grape flavor, and little to none carbonation. The taro/oreo smoothie was decent. The basque cheescake was flavorful. The taro croffle was actually very good, better compared to the other locations. My main concern was the fact that I found some sort of hair in my croffle. We had already eaten some of the croffle and we brought it up to the employee. He told us it is a sugar strand and showed us an example. Yet, when I pulled the strand out of the croffle, it was more attached to the taro cream and it had no similar texture to the sugar strand. The sugar strand should melt and break easily but this strand did not, it was also more like a white-ish color. I'm thinking it was maybe a pet hair. The employee was very friendly about it and made us a new croffle free of charge.

How was this review over 6 years ago?! Def needs an updated review:…read more Stopped in here yesterday during my quick lunch break. Ordered the tofu sandwich and matcha with the soft foam. My order total ended up to be around $14. First off, the tofu sandwich!! I'm not sure how they used to make it 6 years ago, but now I'd say it is one of the best I've tried. The sandwich came out warm, they sauté the tofu in a sauce, which I'm guessing is oyster sauce and it gives it a lot more flavor. The bread was crispy on the outside and soft in the inside. For the matcha, I was not expecting it to be anything special since it's a boba shop. After taking the first sip, I was shocked on how rich the matcha was and it was delicious!

This was my first time at this location of Snowy Village, and it's been years since I've visited any of the others because IMO the quality has dropped off since the U District days. 1) We walked in and the smell was rancid. Smelled like bad milk, bad/sharp cheese, mixed with hot dairy and chemical cleaning products. So unpleasant we had to cover our noses with our shirts the entire time, and my sister even had to step outside to breathe. 2) There was only one employee working and drowning in orders when we came in at 9pm. Understandably close to closing time. Self-ordering kiosk was doing half the work. The employee didn't greet anyone walking in and only spoke to call out the names of the orders. 3) We finally got our order. Strawberry and Taro bingsoos with extra condensed milk, and a taiyaki trio. The taiyaki dough had unfortunately gone bad. We all tasted small pieces because we couldn't believe it, and it was true. It smelled okay, but the aftertaste was strongly bitter/sour and chemically. 4) I flagged down the employee to let them know that the dough had gone bad. He just said "ok do you want a refund?" I kindly said that would be appreciated, and he said "ok" grabbed the box, and went back to work. I was confused and had no idea if I was supposed to do anything next. Im used to refunds being processed on the spot and having to sometimes provide my card again. I waited a few minutes and flagged him down again to ask him if I needed to do anything, and without moving from the kitchen, he said no he'll find my order and I'll get the refund. 5) We poured the extra condensed milk all over our bingsoo, but then realized that there was hardened condensed milk at the bottom of the little cup that it came in. This only happens when the condensed milk is left out. When tasting it by itself, we realized the condensed milk was spoiled too :( I know working in understaffed environments is hard. Most likely, he was leaving things out because orders were back to back and he didn't have time. So I leave this review in hopes that management schedules more people, and improves their processes for food handling safety. Also, I'm disappointed to see so many business taking the humanity out of customer service. Self serve kiosks are replacing workers who can answer questions, provide recommendations, and represent the company in a warm way. Companies should invest in humanity again. As of now I don't see any refund for the taiyaki. I am hoping the whole order is refunded due to the condensed milk too. Order #24 on Wednesday 5/20 approximately 9PM.

Im not sure if its from the passion fruit tea, or the topping, but it was not appealing and ive had many passion fruit teas at other places that did not taste like this. For this review, I had their mango sticky rice donut and one that looked like it had pistachios, along with two strawberry-like donuts and a churro-flavored donut. They have relatively strong profiles in every one of their donut flavors, though I notice they are best eaten the day of; they do not sit well overnight, so if you're not a big eater I wouldn't grab more than 3 donuts. The inside of each donut ball is more like a regular soft donut inside than a squishier, mochi-like texture like Dochi's. From previous visits to this location - including when they opened to long lines back in 2021 - servers are usually pretty fast and accurate when it comes to getting people's orders in and grabbing donuts. The same probably couldn't be said for making their hotdogs though I'm not sure if that's changed now. They always have new flavors every Monday, and one server back then has suggested calling in to confirm their flavors of the week. I still have yet to get the banana milk flavor donut for my mom, and I'm not sure if this location has it, but I'll definitely come back and/or have their donuts every now and then.
