They took it as "cutting" Out the cashiers mouth came "yeah like what am I supposed to ask 'can I help you?'" Disappointed with service. When I got my drinks it was watered down and had zero flavor just pure watered down ice. Mind you I got a 32oz smoothie and when I opened the lid as you can see in the photo you can see it wasn't even filled up! I called them after trying my drink outside of the place at 7:04pm and the girl told me that since I didn't put weigh in my smoothie that's why it was off which isn't true because I never put weigh in any of my smoothies and then she went into saying that there was nothing else she could do! This place has been hit and miss with their customer service and how they make drinks. I also, thought they closed at 8pm on Saturdays, so when I called 6:51 pm they didn't want to take my order because of the closing time of 7pm however, when I arrived 5 min before closing it seemed like the two girls working that Saturday night seemed more worried about closing and told me their Supervisor would contact me on Monday because they're not in on Sundays! Didn't realize there was one by the my gym! They have a buy one get one reward if you check in on Yelp. FYI* they won't accept it. When trying to use it, I was told that because there isn't a code on yelp, they can't accept it. ( - 1 star) The worker wasn't friendly at all, they weren't mean but they definitely looked like they didn't want to be there. I'm a Door Dasher and I would ask anyone considering ordering door dash from this location that they please reconsider. Perhaps use a different location. I am 70 I door dash to supplement my income. I treat everyone with respect and kindness. And I expect that I be treated with respect when I pickup for delivery. When I walk into a store to pick up I am a customer. Yesterday when I tried to pickup at this location I waited for the people in front of me to get their orders before I stepped up to the counter. I showed the person my phone with the Name of the customer and what their order was. I was told in a very rude manner well you are just going to have to wait. So I stepped back to wait . While waiting more people came in to order the employee started to take a ladies order who was standing next to me the lady looked at me and asked if I had been helped I told I had been waiting for quite some time and then I confronted the employee had to explain that when a door dasher walks into a store they are a customer working for one of their customers who had ordered and paid online and were waiting for me to deliver their order. I waited in my spot in line patiently. After confronting the employee the 3 drinks were made in a matter of a few minutes and I was finally able to do the delivery. It's the consistent rude customer service that makes me hesitant of coming back here (and it's always the same, blond haired middle age woman working).. seems overly annoyed to be working in customer service.. It's also very strange the amount of precaution this location adheres to for Covid-19, while still putting straws directly into your smoothie at the end (thumb on top of your straw and all - no gloves on) ..No straws with packaging still on them? So, I am an ECS Frequent Visitor. I am usually all over, so visit numerous ECS's all over town. I was in the area shopping, and decided to stop in. There was one couple before me who ordered first. I ordered a Low Carb with Peanut Butter. First of all ICK. It tasted watered down, and it was chunky with ice. No worse thing than to have to chew your smoothie. It reminded me more of a slurpee. At 9:45 this morning a blond short haired girl was working the counter. This was my fiance and my first trip to ECS in a couple years so I went to order my favorite drink the pineapple bliss. I completely forgot that there was papaya so literally (I'm not kidding you) about 15 seconds after I initially ordered I said "I'm so sorry I forgot there was papaya in that could you sub Xtra banana instead?" This girl seriously looked at me and said she already prepped my entire smoothie so she could add the extra banana if I wanted. So I said no and asked if she could please just remake the smoothie without the papaya and she seriously told me "uhhh I could but you have to pay for both now because I already made it and that was your mistake not ours." I was honestly so confused because never in my life have I been told that I would have to pay for two things when I made an honest mistake and apologized that I forgot to ask her in the first place! There is no way she could have finished my smoothie in the 15 seconds it took me to remember about the papaya. I told her this was probably some of the worst customers service I've ever encountered despite it being such a small thing. She kept repeating herself about how it was my mistake and I she could make the second one but have me pay for both. Ummm no thanks. We walked out. As soon as I walked in she said "do you know what you want or do you need more time" which I found rude because I had just waked in and didn't even have a chance to look at the menu. I tried to make some small talk but she didn't say anything and never even had a friendly smile for me.
