I will definitely look for you guys on the next move! I must say to that Priority Moving was very honest upfront and they did the job in my timeframe. All of the furniture made it with no issues. If you're looking for a company that knows what work means, call Priority Moving. Thanks again to everyone involved and it's nice to know a company that does what they say they will do.

Sadly, Priority Movers has changed. I used to say they were the best movers, but that was back in…read more2008 when I worked with Carlos. They were the gold standard; absolutely stress free. Today, they are one of the worst movers. Let me give you some examples of my current experience with them. First, they did not have me on their schedule, even though I booked well in advance. Second, they sent two movers who claimed it was their first move. Third, they sent a huge truck for a tiny move which the movers found difficult to park and maneuver. Fourth, the truck contained no equipment to assist these new movers, except for blankets. That meant, no dollies to help with heavy furniture. Fifth, these inexperienced drivers, arrived at the wrong address at both ends of the move. Seventh, these movers damaged the landscaping at both properties. Eighth, the movers did not know how to complete the moving paperwork, which meant that I paid for questionable stops. In fact, one of the movers spent over 15 minutes looking for a bathroom in one of my local parks, which does not have any rest rooms. Had he asked, I would have told him there were no rest rooms in that park, directed him to the correct address for unloading the furniture and suggested that he use my restroom. These are just a few examples. When I reported my experience to Adriana Meza at Priority, she apologized and said she would let management know. To date, over a month later, I have not had an apology or explanation from "management." In sum, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Save your money and the additional stress.

Don't waste a single second or cent on this moving company. Called for a weekend service and got…read moreyelled at, cussed out, and berated. The call seemed all good for the first 5 minutes, took down our info and gave us pricing but no quote or contract. My mother was on the call but she has a language barrier so I took over the call. We could understand the difficulties he was having with the technology, it was clear he was an older man. But as soon as we sent over a deposit (without a quote or contract provided yet btw - huge red flag as informed by the movers we secured with) he started complaining about how he lost our appointment in his system and griped audibly on the phone. In confusion we asked what was going on only to be met with an insane level of unwarranted aggression. "You guys are fine, I just forgot to save the appointment, it's just the technology these days". While trying to reassure him that we understand and are on the same page, he started taking a tone and repeating himself over and over while i tried to give him the address. Due to how quickly it escalated, I immediately responded with "can you just send our deposit back?" After more incoherent rambling from his end, I stated that our issue with this booking was due to him and his communication. He wasn't happy with that answer and came at my age (stating that i was clearly a child with no manners) and my attitude (reprimanded me and cussed at me while yelling that he's been a mover for over 20 years). I sat there using only polite language while standing my ground which only aggravated him further. He demanded the phone be handed to my mother. I responded that she would not like to speak with him. Then he refused to send back the deposit if I didn't hand over the phone, so I passed the phone off. After complaining about me, his new bank numerous times, his poor eyesight, zelle, and having to be calmed down by my mother who is a complete stranger and a potential client, he finally returned the deposit after we requested him on zelle twice, as he couldn't figure it out himself and messed up the first time. My advice would be to get out of the moving business if you can't act like a professional, or get help if you can't handle the technology or the workload. Don't use strangers and clients as a punching bag due to your own incompetence. The mover's we hired are aware of Timothy, and stated that he's extremely sketchy. They've interacted with him in the past and he's known for not being transparent and upcharging wherever he can. He isn't insured and doesn't have a license, and only owns one truck as a "pro" moving company. Take your business elsewhere.

The crew, Leo and Deion, showed up 45 minutes late but had time to stop at Starbucks for coffee. 2. They did not bring a furniture dolly or hand truck because their equipment was in their truck which was in the shop for repair. Poor planning given I booked one week in advance. Then they asked to use the senior residence's bellhop cart instead. Inappropriate. 3. Lastly after they left I realized the cell phone stand I have been using this past week while packing my mother's apartment was missing. I had used it just that morning before they arrived and no one else has been in the apartment. I now wonder if they took anything else. Possibly jewelry but I don't have my mom's items memorized so hard to tell. What an awful experience for the $350 2-hr minimum plus 3% surcharge for not paying cash, for essentially one hour of work. I didn't give them hard time about being late or not having any equipment even though it was very annoying and an inconvenience to me, but to discover they stole something so petty from an elderly woman and that I actually gave them a tip is adding insult to injury. They should be ashamed of themselves but I doubt they care given their lack of work ethic. I emailed the owner Alex but he never responded.

He addressed all the issues in the initial review that I had and made things right on my end and adjusted my final cost based on my experience. It is a little unfortunate that I was taken care of after my Yelp review was published (this being my very first one). I went through all the normal channels which didn't work as stated above. So for this update, I give 4 stars solely towards the service received from Angel. I appreciate that he did not disregard the issues I've shared and compensated me appropriately for my moving experience.

SCAMMING COMPANY! STAY AWAY OF THEM!…read more Don't ever use Move Central company! This company estimated my moving under 800$ for 1 bed 1 bath, and then without my consent took 2200$ from my back account including required 250$ deposit when I picked cash only as payment option. During several calls (which were recorded) company during estimation process said that there will be no extra charges for wrapping/packing materials. But in final statement they put over 1000$ total of swapping paper/boxes/bubble wrap etc. They damaged my bed, coffee table, patio chair and makeup vanity and estimated all these as 200$ worth of damage.
