The staff at the front were super friendly, which made the experience even better. I went with my mom, and since it was a really hot day, she asked for a recommendation for something refreshing. She ended up getting the passion fruit green tea and absolutely loved it! She mentioned how perfectly balanced it was not too sweet, just right. I ordered the lychee green tea, and it was also really good! I personally enjoy sweeter teas, and this one hit the spot for me. Just a heads-up it might be a bit too sweet for some, but if you're into sweet teas, I definitely recommend giving the lychee green tea a try. We also couldn't resist trying the matcha crème brûlée croffle. I've never had anything like it before, and wow it was so good, I'm already planning to go back for another one. Overall, I had a great experience here. Next time, I'd love to try one of their milk-based drinks, but if you're looking for something light and refreshing, their teas are a great choice. I'll definitely be coming back!

I'm not the biggest fan of matcha but my daughter really wanted to try it cause it's trending in school. The quality of the matcha is definitely high end. I forgot the exact name of this drink but it's pretty much matcha, whole milk, and strawberry puree. We added strawberry boba to it. If you are a matcha lover, you won't be disappointed! I'll probably order one of their top 5 drinks next time. I understand the prices have to be inflated cause of the location but I'm not sure if I can get myself to spend $10 on this drink again even though it tasted great. Ambiance is clean and modern but wished it was more upbeat. Workers were friendly but wished they were more enthusiastic.

With the add-ons and tip, the total came to about $18 for both drinks. Fair price and quality! I like how straightforward the menu is, even if the milk tea selection is a bit smaller than other boba shops. The Oolong Milk Tea with Ice Cream is my favorite and wasn't overly sweet, even at 100% sweetness. The Pandan Caramel Thai Milk Tea with Sea Salt Crema was a little sweeter but still well balanced without flavor fatigue. It wasn't busy when we visited, so service was fast and friendly, and ordering through the self-serve kiosk was easy. The shop has a calm, clean, and inviting atmosphere with plenty of seating for studying or relaxing, plus board games to enjoy while you sip your drinks!

I've never had a hard boiled egg that's brown and tastes like Carmel. It was not very good. That was really the only con to write about. Prices are eh, although portions are huge. I ate half and took half home. I also ordered a chai milk tea with added boba. The tea was tasty (I requested oat milk instead of lactaid in my tea). I'm not a huge boba fan, so no boba next time for me. They have specialty Pokemon drinks right now which my daughter ordered. She got the prism tower punch. It was a tart lemonade based drink. With a little bit of sweet. She really enjoyed it. She also ordered a rice bowl, grilled flank steak. It tasted good, but way more rice than actual food and veggies. She had a lot left when she was done. They have lots of drink choices which you can add boba to all. They also have appetizers along with several ramen and rice bowl options. I came in tonight and placed my usual order. There was *no signage* on the glass case whatsoever mentioning a price increase. I only saw the price increase once around to the other side of the case at the register, at which point of course it is too late because you have already had your food made. I had noticed, while they were making my bowl (before I realized they were going to charge an arm and a leg for it), that this was probably the least protein I have gotten so far. I internally rolled my eyes because, as I said, they've been reducing the protein for some time. There *might* be 15 tiny little cubes of tuna and what is supposedly a double protein bowl.
