Pokemon Cards

Their boba drinks taste great. I love the anime decor and the fact that I can buy Pokemon and Star Wars cards are an awesome bonus! It's pretty hot today, so I got the green apple slush and my wife got the pistachio latte. The staff is super nice as well.

DELICIOUS BOBA if you love sweet drinks you should def try dragonfruit slush with strawberry popping boba and crystal boba it's so good

Such a hidden gem! Love the vibe and the friendly staff. I came with my cousins, and they have a couple of games on the tables to play, which made it even more fun. It's super family-friendly! The drinks are amazing, you can adjust the sweetness and lots of toppings to choose from. We all loved our drinks Must try the croffles while you're there, they're sooo good! Highly recommend !!

The boba drinks are amazing! I've had the Bobadex Milk Tea, the Vinewhip and the Watergun! The Watergun is my favorite because of its sweetness! My kids love coming here too to see the Pokémon cards they have for sale! The wallpaper is completely based on some of the best rated manga in the world. They also have anime playing on the TV. It's a great anime hotspot. If you're in the area I definitely recommend you stop by. Will be coming through weekly.

The service here is amazing and the drinks taste great, the dragon fruit slush is my favorite item on the menu

It's eccentric decor and theme makes it delightfully quirky and fun to visit. Understanding that good boba tea (Ten Ren being the baseline) is hard to come by in the Tampa Bay area, Manga Tea is pretty decent. At the time of our visit, the boba-rista was incredibly friendly and genuine - her welcoming attitude definitely suited this business - so kudos to her! The Tiger and standard milk teas served their purpose, but the fruit smoothies stood out pretty well. The menu is a mix of traditional flavors and the neo-bubble drink trend (more toward the latter). There is a decent amount of sitting room at which soft-cover manga publications are situated. Aside from the manga reads, there is also a free single-player arcade and nice pay-to-play claw machine. There are also a few non-beverage/food items for purchase for those anime fans. This is definitely a great hangout spot for those that just want to enjoy other like-minded anime/manga purveyors. I wouldn't be surprised if Manga Tea hosted some local/mini ComiCon event as it would be an ideal venue. Overall, an incredibly kid-teen friendly and safe environment to grab your boba drinks from.

The dessert drink was absolutely delicious. I waited for the shaved ice to melt a little bit so I can drink some of it and all the little fruits in there and the beans were absolutely so fresh and I really love the Ube in there. I'm one of those type of people that like to custom my drinks and food so next time I would probably omit some of the fruits in there and either add extra Ube or extra ice cream or something like that if they allow it. The service was exceptional. The folks behind the counter were absolutely super sweet. I know they're Filipino, but I literally felt like I was in Hawaii. The service was so incredible. I felt like I was in paradise.

Like most other Filipino restaurants/cafe, there is a behind-the-counter, glass protected buffet at the forefront of the restaurant. From here, you can make your selections as you build your combination platter. The Filipiniana also offers a small section of baked goods and desert, while specializing in drinks such as Halo Halo and other Asian-curated beverages. Interesting to note that the Filipiniana offers catering in the kamayan style (simply put, a spread of various dishes over banana leaves to be shared by multiple people amd eaten with hands). However, they don't serve this in house/at the location - you will have to give advance notice (like with other caterers) to have this prepared. The Filipiniana is definitely a good spot to satiate your curiousity, explore, and discover Filipino cuisine!

Hands down, TeaLux Cafe is the best boba spot you will find in Tampa and Hillsborough County. To…read moregive you an idea of how I rate boba, my scale starts with Kung Fu Tea as a baseline (for reliable average boba) with Ten Ren being at the tippy-top. TeaLux is definitely up there being a close contender to Ten Ren for the Tampa Bay area. Beginning with the customer service, we are always warmly welcomed whenever we visit. The owner and team are always super friendly and inviting to all patrons. Her bubbly and happy personality is incredibly contagious making it great for adults and kids alike. Inside TeaLux, you will find a fairly open space with seating that range from lounges to high-tops (there is no outdoor seating incase you're wondering). There is a TV that typically stream music videos and an assorted collection of table-top games for you to enjoy while you enjoy your beverage/dessert here. Now for the drinks, you will find the usual categories of milk tea, tea, smoothies, and specialty drinks all of which you can customize. There is one electronic kiosk that you can order from that allows you to visualize the drinks a bit closer. Their fruit teas are arguably strong sellers here, but their signature milk tea also sets the standard. The key here is how incredibly fresh their boba are which is key when you're in the boba game. You really can't go wrong with any of the drinks here. Located on smack-dab in the middle of Waters Avenue, it's about half a mile west off the north-south Dale Mabry thoroughfare. There's plenty of parking in the lot that it shares in the plaza. It's in a great centralized location that services the entire Tampa Bay area. We come here at least once a month since discovering it and will continue to be returning customers. I guarantee you will love it here at TeaLux, so make your next boba pit stop in Tampa at TeaLux!

I drove all…read morethe way from downtown St Pete on a IG recommendation (that's how little good options you have in this area unfortunately) and I was not disappointed. The staff and owner were very friendly and personable and the food was even better! I ordered the gyoza (this is fried and the filling is an in-house recipe pork filling, might be different from your regular gyoza but still yummy and worth trying), and had the Nigiri Flight which was amazing! I'll let the picture speak for itself, but you need to come in and try it for yourself. The fish was fresh and each one was better than the other. I even loved the tamago (which they prepare in house) and I normally am not a fan of it. All the nigiri were well sized and super filling, I could have done without the dumplings and the salad, and still would have been more than satisfied. The place is also very well decorated and styled, I truly think they hit all the points with food, service, and ambience. You can tell the owner puts his heart and soul into this place and it shows in the food and your time there. It was a very pleasant experience and I am so happy to have found Isekai!

Fantastic lunch here on a recent visit to Tampa for business…read more As a Los Angeles resident who has spent 1/2 my time in Hawaii for work, I am an acclaimed sushi snob. I was excited by the great reviews on Yelp -- and was so happy that this place lived up to the hype! The fish was excellent -- fresh, well cut, super tasty. The toro was rich and delicious, the salmon and snapper fresh and pure, and as noted by others, the seasoned sushi rice with the accoutrements in the bowl (seaweed salad, thinly sliced pickled radish and carrot, and masago) made for an elevated lunch. I really appreciated the flexibility and options around my celiac disease (sushi can be tough because of the wheat in most soy sauce) -- including the kind note they attached saying the subbed some extra toro and masago for the Iburi which had been marinated in soy sauce. Lastly, I usually much prefer to eat-in for sushi (a sushi bar is my 2nd home), but really appreciate the details they put into the Uber Eats takeout package -- dressed it nice with shiso leaf and shaved radish AND have it all placed on little ice packs to keep the fish cold on their commute from the Chef's Knife to my belly. Great experience overall.
