First step is admission of an addiction. I have an addiction! There, I said it. And it's tea from BobaDex! If you've not been here I must ask you why!! You are totally missing out on some teariffic tea! And a great atmosphere. Staff is super friendly and so welcoming. I've already been here so many times that I lost count. I've sampled quite a few so here goes: 1. Mango green tea - refreshing and the taste of mango is nice and strong. 2. Grapefruit green tea - I absolutely love this one. I am a huge fan of grapefruit so this is one for the top. 3. BobaDex fruit tea - this one comes with fresh fruit slices in it. Very good. On the sweeter side, even at the 25%. This one is hubs fav! 4. Green Thai Tea - secret menu item. This is a must! If you like Thai tea, try this. The mix of the Thai tea and green tea is a perfect combination. Get this one with brown sugar boba. 5. Thai Tea - best Thai tea around! Hands down. Get it with brown sugar boba. 6. Grapefruit green tea slush - a new menu item, secret at this moment. It's my favorite drink! It's the greatness of the grapefruit green tea just in a slush form. So refreshing on a hot day. 7. Passionfruit Jasmine tea - this one has quickly won me over. It's got the sweetness of passionfruit and has that floral of the Jasmine green tea. Perfect combo. I get mine 25% sweet and it's perfect. I've tried the regular boba as well as the popping boba. I'm typically not a fan of boba but the boba here is freshly made and I actually think the popping is my favorite. Be sure to add a topping to your tea!

Anime styled café with boba and small snacks. List pf drinks is pretty extensive with the option to add toppings like jelly, boba, and popping jelly. There is also a Pokémon vendor in the corner. Food wise , they have pastries, dumplings, and musubi. I ended up with a BobaDex fruit tea, which has strawberries, grapefruit, and mango. I added strawberry jelly as well. Drink is pretty good, just be aware, they only have one serving size. Service is and the atmosphere is lively. Will definitely be back and recommend you try it out if youre in the area!

Such a hidden gem! Love the vibe and the friendly staff. I came with my cousins, and they have a couple of games on the tables to play, which made it even more fun. It's super family-friendly! The drinks are amazing, you can adjust the sweetness and lots of toppings to choose from. We all loved our drinks Must try the croffles while you're there, they're sooo good! Highly recommend !!

The boba drinks are amazing! I've had the Bobadex Milk Tea, the Vinewhip and the Watergun! The Watergun is my favorite because of its sweetness! My kids love coming here too to see the Pokémon cards they have for sale! The wallpaper is completely based on some of the best rated manga in the world. They also have anime playing on the TV. It's a great anime hotspot. If you're in the area I definitely recommend you stop by. Will be coming through weekly.

It's eccentric decor and theme makes it delightfully quirky and fun to visit. Understanding that good boba tea (Ten Ren being the baseline) is hard to come by in the Tampa Bay area, Manga Tea is pretty decent. At the time of our visit, the boba-rista was incredibly friendly and genuine - her welcoming attitude definitely suited this business - so kudos to her! The Tiger and standard milk teas served their purpose, but the fruit smoothies stood out pretty well. The menu is a mix of traditional flavors and the neo-bubble drink trend (more toward the latter). There is a decent amount of sitting room at which soft-cover manga publications are situated. Aside from the manga reads, there is also a free single-player arcade and nice pay-to-play claw machine. There are also a few non-beverage/food items for purchase for those anime fans. This is definitely a great hangout spot for those that just want to enjoy other like-minded anime/manga purveyors. I wouldn't be surprised if Manga Tea hosted some local/mini ComiCon event as it would be an ideal venue. Overall, an incredibly kid-teen friendly and safe environment to grab your boba drinks from.

Seeing ingredients assembled instead of a big batch made or a store bought bottle gave me a great impression. Vietnamese coffee was subtle not overpowering with condensed milk or bitter coffee well balanced. Strawberry matcha tea was a great contrast of favors between the fresh strawberries and the matcha. The matcha waffle was crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside it was perfect for me. Will definitely be going back and trying other menu items highly recommend!

You have to buy 3 drinks (they have special ones for the event, but you can get any 3 drinks) and you get a card with a scratch off code for an in game exclusive mount, that has only previously been available in Japan. So nerd me - I'm 100% in! Also there is the option to get a key chain instead of the mount card, but they're out of key chains, so fyi. It was FAARRR busier than I expected - apparently there are plenty of FFXIV nerds out there, even if they are all a lot younger than me. The staff did a fantastic job taking orders and filling them. I had to wait about 50 minutes (they were SLAMMED with orders - and you have to order 3 drinks per person to get the mount card). The guy in front of me ordered 12 drinks! The staff all had a great attitude and kept cranking out the orders - with a smile and accurately. I hope they're getting paid extra for working this event! I definitely tipped on my order. The drinks themselves were fun. Drink 1) Cactaur Matcha Latte - otherwise known as a Matcha Matte. This was my first time trying a matcha latte - I have to say - not a fan - super grassy/earthy tasting. The drink does not come with boba. Drink 2) Fat Chocobo Flying Smoothie - this was supposed to be a Mango Smoothie Latte but they ran out of Mango, but were substituting Peach. This drink does come with boba. I really enjoyed this one - super peachy and refreshing and their boba is nice and chewy. Drink 3) Fat Cat Purrfect Latte - otherwise known as a Brown Sugar Milk Tea - my daughter drank this one and enjoyed it. Things to note if you're a regular boba drinker - this place does allow you to alter your ice amount and your sweetness level. They do not offer dairy free milk - all the milk drinks are fresh regular milk. The drinks come in either medium or large and the prices are what you'd expect. I got all three drinks for around $20 before tipping. Definitely a good boba place - I drove an hour and 15 minutes to check it out and glad I did for the drinks and the event.

The dessert drink was absolutely delicious. I waited for the shaved ice to melt a little bit so I can drink some of it and all the little fruits in there and the beans were absolutely so fresh and I really love the Ube in there. I'm one of those type of people that like to custom my drinks and food so next time I would probably omit some of the fruits in there and either add extra Ube or extra ice cream or something like that if they allow it. The service was exceptional. The folks behind the counter were absolutely super sweet. I know they're Filipino, but I literally felt like I was in Hawaii. The service was so incredible. Like most other Filipino restaurants/cafe, there is a behind-the-counter, glass protected buffet at the forefront of the restaurant. The Filipiniana also offers a small section of baked goods and desert, while specializing in drinks such as Halo Halo and other Asian-curated beverages. Interesting to note that the Filipiniana offers catering in the kamayan style (simply put, a spread of various dishes over banana leaves to be shared by multiple people amd eaten with hands). However, they don't serve this in house/at the location - you will have to give advance notice (like with other caterers) to have this prepared. The Filipiniana is definitely a good spot to satiate your curiousity, explore, and discover Filipino cuisine!

I drove all…read morethe way from downtown St Pete on a IG recommendation (that's how little good options you have in this area unfortunately) and I was not disappointed. The staff and owner were very friendly and personable and the food was even better! I ordered the gyoza (this is fried and the filling is an in-house recipe pork filling, might be different from your regular gyoza but still yummy and worth trying), and had the Nigiri Flight which was amazing! I'll let the picture speak for itself, but you need to come in and try it for yourself. The fish was fresh and each one was better than the other. I even loved the tamago (which they prepare in house) and I normally am not a fan of it. All the nigiri were well sized and super filling, I could have done without the dumplings and the salad, and still would have been more than satisfied. The place is also very well decorated and styled, I truly think they hit all the points with food, service, and ambience. You can tell the owner puts his heart and soul into this place and it shows in the food and your time there. It was a very pleasant experience and I am so happy to have found Isekai!

Fantastic lunch here on a recent visit to Tampa for business…read more As a Los Angeles resident who has spent 1/2 my time in Hawaii for work, I am an acclaimed sushi snob. I was excited by the great reviews on Yelp -- and was so happy that this place lived up to the hype! The fish was excellent -- fresh, well cut, super tasty. The toro was rich and delicious, the salmon and snapper fresh and pure, and as noted by others, the seasoned sushi rice with the accoutrements in the bowl (seaweed salad, thinly sliced pickled radish and carrot, and masago) made for an elevated lunch. I really appreciated the flexibility and options around my celiac disease (sushi can be tough because of the wheat in most soy sauce) -- including the kind note they attached saying the subbed some extra toro and masago for the Iburi which had been marinated in soy sauce. Lastly, I usually much prefer to eat-in for sushi (a sushi bar is my 2nd home), but really appreciate the details they put into the Uber Eats takeout package -- dressed it nice with shiso leaf and shaved radish AND have it all placed on little ice packs to keep the fish cold on their commute from the Chef's Knife to my belly. Great experience overall.
