We ordered 2 Italian Club Sandwiches, 1 Lemon Cake Slice & 1 cream cheese brownie. It said it would be delivered in 35-50 mins. I noticed my driver was at the store waiting but they were there awhile. They finally text that they haven't made it yet. It took them well over an hour to make 2 sandwiches so it was 30 mins late. Ok, we were ready to try this sandwich that looked amazing on the site. HUGE disappointment! At first we thought it was moldy. There was so much pesto spread on it that it was oozing & the sandwich was soggy. My dog wouldn't even eat it, he turned his nose up at it. The rye bread did not taste like any rye bread I've ever tasted & it's one of my favorite bread choices. I tried to eat it but it was soggy gross I had to toss this $18 sandwich. It did not come with any side or chips either. So I figured may as well eat that lemon cake. It looked good too. Wrong! How do you mess up lemon cake? The icing was like glue but gritty like raw sugar. I took the icing off & the cake itself wasn't too bad but for the price, I could get a better one in the reach in case at 7-11. It was that bad. Then, the brownie... really thought it would taste like cheesecake or chocolate cheesecake... I'm not sure what cream cheese they used but it must of been rotten. It was so sour we couldn't even eat it. I'm not sure what is up with this place but I can not recommend anything from here. The coffee looked so good too, I am glad I did not fall for those pictures because it would have likely been just as gross as the rest. Their prices are high & quality is very low. Please don't waste your money here. Portions were good if the taste was there. I don't feel it was fresh since it was very soggy & I would NEVER order again

They have a lot of different syrup options, as well as alternative milks. The bakery items in the front case and the food items to order are SO good. Highly recommend their pancakes, grits bowl, and potato bowl - all really delicious and filling. All staff have always been really pleasant and patient (even when I've been undecided on what to order). It's an eclectic cozy space with a good amount of seating! There's also outdoor seating, making it dog friendly! You might not get front row parking, but there is extra parking in the back, so it's never been an issue.

We chose to sit on the patio and waited for nearly 30 minutes without a single employee checking on our table. The line inside was all the way to the door, so at first we assumed someone would eventually come by, take our order, or at least acknowledge us. Instead, we watched multiple tables on both sides of us receive service while our table was completely ignored. Eventually, we ordered through the QR code on the menu. What wasn't clear is that QR code orders are apparently treated exactly like takeout orders. When our first item was ready, it was handed to us in a plastic container inside a bag. We explained that we were dining in, not taking food to go. I specifically asked a staff member named Graham if the remaining 3 dishes could simply be served on regular plates. He told me "that wasn't possible and that QR code orders automatically come in to-go containers". That explanation made very little sense considering we were sitting at a table in the restaurant. A few minutes later, one of my friends flagged down another server, who had no issue arranging for the food to be served on actual plates. That inconsistency was honestly mind-blowing. To make things even stranger, one coffee arrived in a ceramic mug while the rest came in disposable to-go cups. Nothing about the service felt organized or logical. As for the food, it was fine. Not bad, but nothing particularly memorable or worth making a special trip for. Given that I drove about an hour and paid tolls to visit, I definitely won't be making that drive again. I understand places get busy, but basic service still matters. If you're asking customers to tip when ordering through a QR code, serving dine-in food on actual plates instead of plastic takeout containers doesn't seem like an unreasonable expectation. There are simply too many other coffee shops with better service for me to return. 3 stars because the atmosphere was decent and the food was okay, but the service was disappointing from start to finish.

We were welcomed and seated right away, and brought menus to look over. There was a bit of an issue up front in that the server did not speak English, so questions we wanted to ask was referred to the hostess that did speak English. We got our usual waters, bottled this time. There was a really nice buffet with a nice variety of dishes, but at $40 a bit expensive for the four of us just wanting to sample some dishes. So we decided to order three different dishes to share. At the buffet I noticed a wonderful smelling Bean and Pork Stew, so I decided to order that. My wife ordered a Cheesesteak Sub that was huge. And we wanted to save room for dessert since the display case had a nice selection of cakes. After a bit, our dishes came hot and tasty. The Bean and Pork Stew with rice was fantastic. Just had to pick through a bit since there were lots of bones. The Cheesesteak Sub was the hit, big enough to be cut into about eight pieces to share. I only had one of the pieces and concentrated on the Stew. Then, of course, we had to have a Chocolate Bundt Cake, which was moist and terrific. You should definitely check it out. A nice surprise for little Oldsmar. Just be patient with the server, unless you speak fluent Portuguese.

I wish they didn't have those arcade claw hand machines in there, but they did. We ordered: a mango slushie, 50% sugar, with mango popping boba; a Hawaiian fruit tea, 50% sugar, with butterfly pea flower boba; pork soup dumplings and a kimchi waffle. While we were waiting, we were alerted that the waffle machine was no longer working, so we were offered a refund for the kimchi waffle. Fine. There was only one working working until we were able to leave. As such, service was SLOW. I think we waited close to 20 minutes before we had our drinks (the food came out sooner, but I think it was microwaved). The pork soup dumplings were not housemade. Not a huge deal, it's hard to find housemade soup dumplings. But for $9.99 for 6 is too much to pay for frozen dumplings. They tasted exactly like the soup dumplings that I've bought from MD Oriental. The drinks were not good. My daughter's mango slushie was cloyingly sweet and had a weird aftertaste. She took a couple sips then declared she could not drink more. My fruit tea was drinkable but not great. This place isn't close to my house, so we have no reason to return.

I have been intrigued by their new protein coffees, and I saw online that they had an iced vanilla protein latte. My son wanted to eat inside so we went in and on their inside menu they only had an iced caramel protein latte. They were able to easily make the iced vanilla, but I wouldn't have known about it if I didn't look online. My son got a bagel with cream cheese and a butter croissant. The cream cheese does cost extra, but he ate everything so it was well worth it. On our way home from camp he asked to go through the drive-through so I got him a regular bagel with cream cheese, and everything bagel with cream cheese, and a butter croissant. This turned out to be too much, and he was not a fan of the everything bagel, so note to self always stick with the plain bagel with cream cheese and a butter croissant. The iced vanilla protein latte was delicious and I appreciate that even when I don't make my coffee at home I can still have protein in it. This Starbucks is pretty large. They have a ton of tables, so I can't imagine it ever getting crowded enough that there's no tables. There is also ample parking.

Minus one star because of the bizarre practice of the guy (owner?) who makes the bowls: He wants you to simultaneously tell him what ingredients you want if you're ordering multiple bowls. But very fast. I'm getting 2 bowls but with very different ingredients. He's asking very fast "carrot/whatever in both?" It's very rushed and twice he has made mistakes: put spicy tuna in one when I wanted spicy salmon in the other. Slow down. Build one bowl at a time. It's always empty when I'm there and I don't understand this protocol at all. Particularly since he has made mistakes on the protein in bowling two of my orders. But again, the ingredients are very fresh and the cleanliness is also A. Ordering experience is a B-. But I don't go often because of the weird ordering experience. I hope he reconsiders how he wants people to order.
