I didn't realize that a OneZo had opened a spot close by USF/Tampa VA area. It was a very pleasant surprise. The lady who owns the place is super nice and makes everything to order. The drinks and the boba are very tasty. If you come and there's mochi donuts available, I highly recommend you get some. I've had a lot of mochi donuts from all over the place and hers is by far the best ones I've had. (I promise I'm not exaggerating!) also recommend, K-corndogs. About 4.25 stars. This is a new and exciting boba place. Some place just have regular boba. This place has hand crafted boba. We got taro strawberry limited edition boba. The boba is really good. That what we were here. They do have different base of teas. Sugar level, ice level, and topping can be customized. We got the brown sugar milk tea, Thai tea, hiking style milk tea. All of them is good. I love their limited edition boba with Taro strawberry. You also got to try their hot dog. Fat and fluffy dog. It look good. Love the clerk who takes our order. If you want delicious boba and tea, this is the place!! My SIL let me know that my fav tea shop opened in Tampa!! So of course I had to come and get my grapefruit tea!! Walked in and was greeted by Maggie - owner of OneZo. She owns the franchise for Tampa and Brandon. She's so sweet! She asked if I knew that the boba was made fresh daily and I said yep! I already love your tea from the location in Brandon and she smiled so big. This location has mochi donuts. They have a large kitchen that can prepare and will possibly deliver to the Brandon location. Upon walking in you are hit with the amazing smell of tea and mochi donut! The place is bright and clean and welcoming. Staff was friendly and there is seating if you wish to enjoy your items in store. I ordered 2 of my fav teas -- grapefruit green tea slush, 1 with boba and 1 without , both unsweetened. I also ordered the fresh fruit tea 50% sweet. Today's boba flavor was strawberry but since I love their original boba and I didn't think strawberry would go with grapefruit I opted to not try it. Teas were out quick and tasted perfect! I let Maggie know I didn't have my punch card and she didn't have any since newly opened but she told me to just get 3 stamps next time I come in based on the 3 teas I bought today. Pros: Clean building if spartan in terms of decoration. Helpful customer service. The Asian lady in charge and a young man with long hair were efficient in answering customer questions and even offered to remake a drink since the customer didn't like it. They have hand made boba here unlike others. It is more soft and fresh tasting than others imo. They have 1-2 standard flavors and 1-2 that are cycled in and out. The Thai Tea drink is brewed well. I'd put it on the level of Ding Tea 8/10 As expected, sugar/ice level can be customized to your taste. Misc: Prices are standard $6.50-7.50 per drink. I can't speak as to the food options. Wonderful service and great drinks! Stopped by here on a short day-trip to Tampa and had the opportunity to chat with the owner of Onezo for a bit! She was super nice and told us how they hand-make all their boba pearls in store and let us taste test them all (their grape boba pearls are soo good I recommend!!). I ordered the yakult green tea with crystal boba 50% sugar and it was delicious! The store is also super cute inside with a good amount of seating and a self-ordering kiosk! Best boba in the area!!! Onezo is a small, local tea shop that makes their own boba fresh on site. They make a limited edition special flavor boba every weekend! I tried their peach boba and was blown away at how tasty it was!! Soft, chewy, and sooo fresh! Their mochi donuts are also made fresh in house & all their food options look so tasty! The owner is so incredibly nice and proud of bringing high quality tea to each customer. I appreciate the excellent service and all the love that goes into making their teas. Excellent hand crafted boba near USF. I love OneZo and try to find excuses to go to Brandon to have their homemade crystal boba. I was thrilled to find out that they now have a Tampa location. They make their own boba, and they usually have a flavor of the day. On our visit, they had passion fruit crystal boba, which was so tender and flavorful. They cost more than most of the other nearby tea shops, but if you want the best crystal boba, pay the extra money. read more

OneZo is now in Tampa ! Thanks to the Yelp community. Otherwise I would not have known of the opening. I have been a fan of the Brandon location for many years. This Tampa location is a different owner, and although the drinks are made slightly dissimilar , they are still distinct for the handmade boba . The couple occasions I visited there were only 1 flavor of the day. The Hong Kong milk tea 4/5 and fresh fruit tea 4/5 are very strong in flavor . I would order the fruit tea 30% sweet. Ice level and sweetness can be customized for no extra charge. Also tried out that plain Korean corn dog 5/5 which was pleasantly tasty . The dough was not overcooked or undercooked. It was perfect with a good ratio of hot dog to batter. I like mines simple with a whole hot dog , no cheese , and sweet Thai chili sauce. There are also mochi donuts which I'll have to try out next time. Only complaint is they don't seem to know what aloe vera topping is. Both times I have ordered and asked for aloe vera ,which the friendly lady said they DO have . but I received grass jelly instead. I didn't have the heart to correct her or show her what aloe vera is but I hope they add that to the menu . Overall a great addition to the USF area. read more

The mochi donuts here are delicious. The chew and freshness of the donuts are better than other places in Tampa. The drinks at the onezo in Brandon is better. Maybe this location is newer and the staff is not trained as well. The place is nice and clean. Will definitely be back for donuts. read more

I love Onezo! The cashier/bobarista was very friendly and explained to us how to order because this Fletcher location was a bit different from the one in Brandon that we're used to. The drinks are always consistent and great at Onezo. I highly recommend the Hong Kong, Honey Oolong, and Thai MT! The space is cute and well decorated as well. read more

Delicious fresh food and boba! The owners/workers were extremely kind when we told them it was our first time. They answered all of our questions about menu items. The service was amazing! The ambiance is cute. The food left much to be desired. I ordered a Hot Cheeto Original Korean Corndog. I waited about 20 minutes for it which was fine. Unfortunately, it was not fully cooked. I mean doughy to the point I could pull it like melted cheese. I returned to the restaurant and was immediately refunded for the cost of the corndog. Lastly, I ordered a Plum Green Tea Melon Refresher at 30% sweetness. It was not very good at all. I've been a fan of OneZo since their first store opened in Southern California, and now that they've expanded to Tampa, I'm always eager to try out their newest location. I'll admit, this store just opened not too long ago, so there are still some areas that need improvement, but I believe there's always room for growth. As someone with a severe lactose intolerance, my boba choices were always limited to teas. OneZo offers a great selection of teas, unlike other stores in the area that mainly focus on milky drinks and smoothies. A shout-out to the lovely lady owner who was honest about what they do and do not know how to make... yet. She's extremely friendly and cheerful.
