A week before the 4th of July, I stopped by Luna's Tattoo Studio hoping to connect with Erika (whose tattoo designs I've always loved), but I knew she might be busy. That's when I met Andres, and from the moment we started talking, I knew I was in the right place. Andres immediately encouraged me to reach out to Erika to book an appointment, but as we talked, I started asking for his professional opinion on the tattoos I wanted. I'm extremely picky when it comes to tattoos and the experience around them, and Andres took the time to share his professional insight, letting me know that some of the areas I wanted might be hard to heal. We went back and forth on designs, placement, and ideas, and I was so impressed by his honesty, dedication, and knowledge that, for the first time ever, I booked my appointment on the spot for the 4th of July. Fast forward to today: I'm beyond grateful I found Andres. The emotion, passion, and skill he brings to his work are incredible. Now that my tattoo has healed, I get compliments everywhere I go, even from people who usually don't like tattoos. That's how good his work is. I dont even know where to start...Ive gotten tattooed here before but NOTHING compares to this experience. I genuinely don't want to put my tattoo artist on blast but honestly the way she brushed off the situation is sad. I went in Thursday to get my tattoo, everything was already setup so we got straight to it and genuinely this tattoo hurt BEYOND worse than any tattoo I have ever got...and I have my hand tattooed that should say something but anyways everything was fine but towards the end of the tattoo it started to burn and hurt extremely bad I even set a message to my friend, anyways the tattoo was done and I really loved it. The next day my arm hurt really bad but I didn't mind because its a rather large tattoo, skip to Saturday my arm was hurting BAD and the wrap she put on was coming off, which was fine considering I had my friends engagement party. I get out the shower and I'm drying my tattoo with paper towels not a regular one and I'm looking at my tattoo and its leaking this yellow stuff and its hurting, not like sore but BURNING. I send a pic to my artist of my tattoo getting yellow and crusty she said it was normal gave me a list of instructions which I'm aware of I know how to keep my tattoos well maintained, I had to ask my man to drive me to a work meeting before the party because I couldn't take the pain, my arm started getting red and hard, I asked my man to take me to the hospital after my meeting...Fast ward they tell me its infected but ill be fine as long as I take the medicine I text my artist to update her and let her know its infected, instead of saying sorry or taking some kind of accountability she says "Oh good yea you want to make sure you keep it clean from any hair its basically an opened wound. Glad they gave you the good stuff lol." I am perfectly aware on how to keep my tattoos clean, it was literally 15 minutes after I got out the shower that my arm began to blister...I just wanted an "oh sorry girl" or something. I spent $730 on a tattoo and now I can't move my arm, its hard as a rock, I'm literally crying myself to sleep because of the pain and all I get is an lol. She was definitely block and I will not be coming back. Mind you the pictures don't even do it justice, it got extremely worse. Im literally using one hand to type this because I can't move my left one. read more

Overpriced, mid work. Specifically from the owner. I'm disappointed how she failed to fix my friends' tattoo unless he paid more. My girl's tattoo from the owner is also faded and she's decided to not return. Also, takes forever to respond to any messages. I messaged her on May 9th, and got a response 2 almost 3 weeks later. Then proceeded to rudely say that I didn't put a deposit for an app so there was never an appointment, lol. Wish she would've been specific instead of coming off weird. DO NOT GO THERE, at least not with Luna. Had a tattoo done by Luna(Erika) the shop owner. Two weeks later when it healed 50% was completely faded. You would think an artist would back up their work and would want to fix it. Nope, not her. She wanted to charge me like if I was getting a new tattoo to touch it up. Now I have a f**ked up tattoo done by a "professional". I would rather pay twice as much to have someone else fix it. Safe to say I will not being gone back for more and definitely not recommend to anyone. read more

Had my first session today with Siri and I'm so happy! I'll have to go back for a second session to complete the tattoo and additional detail work but I am completely satisfied with not only the work that was done but her professionalism, work ethic and artistry, and had a great time there today getting the artwork. She totally works with you in understanding what you want and customizes it for you with helpful tips, aftercare and advice all included. I have many other tattoos and I will say her work is top notch! She will be my go to artist in the future for additional work as well. Work that in the past other artists have told me was too detailed to complete she has done gracefully and beautifully without issue. I highlight recommend this shop and Siri! I decided last minute to get a tattoo, and let me tell you i don't regret it! I saw that they accepted walk ins so I went in! However I did have to wait due to the fact that someone got there before me which was totally understandable because I didn't have an appointment. But Luna was such a nice person she offered for me to just chill there while I waited or suggested a nice place across the street to get some food. Once it came down to actually prep for the tattoo Luna made sure she got it right and got it set up in a timely manner. Thankfully after she was done with my tattoo she also agreed to touch up a previous tattoo of mine and I love the way she just wanted to make sure I enjoyed it and was comfortable all through out . I really did enjoy coming in and if you're looking I would really suggest this place. A friend of mine recommended Carlos, and scheduled an appointment(leaving deposit) before covid but then I found out they opened up a few months later so I finally get tatted (love the tattoo) but then once it healed I had some parts that really needed a retouch so tried scheduling something from him again and still nothing done. Well I'm here out of town from NC and was looking for somewhere to get a tattoo. Found Luna Tattoo Studio on Maps, walked in and Luna was really friendly and helpful with what I was looking for. Only had to wait for a bit because she was in the middle of an appointment but it was definitely worth the wait. The piece was small but didn't even take 30mins between a quick sketch and getting the actual tattoo done. Over all I'm really happy with how friendly all the artist were and the service. My friends and I had been searching for an artist to do a matching tattoo for us, and I was referred to Gee by a friend. I reached out to Gee through Instagram, and she was quick to respond. She is very professional and so accommodating to our busy schedules. She even came in on her day off to work with all of our schedules and she took her time to listen to what we wanted. First of all, the shop is kept very clean and there are hand sanitizer stations everywhere. During the session, Gee made sure we we all comfortable and she took her time to make sure we were satisfied with her work. Last minute, I even asked if she would be able to do a small piece of my dad's name. I was okay if she couldn't do it that same day as our marching tattoos but she agreed and she made that tattoo so memorable and personal to me. My friends and I are most definitely satisfied.
