Initially I contacted the contractor for a quote to power wash the siding. When they arrived they mentioned that they can replace the deck for a reasonable price. I decided to hire them based on the estimate. Bad idea. Date of completion was not kept. I was asked to provide money before the job was done. The job was 'completed' on 4/27 but the deck fell apart on 6/4 (1 month 1 week later). See pics. Since 6/4 until now 7/3 (4 weeks). I have made 4 attempts for them to fix the problem and no one has come. They do not answer calls or texts. Keep in mind that I don't have to be home for this problem to be fixed. Never again. I highly do not recommend. Now I have to pay someone else to fix the deck because I do not want to work with them. Also very awful customer service blaming the customer for not being patient. Luna's Home Improvement has a super fast response time in not only responding to our service request but also coming out and completing the job! The recent wind blew our siding off so my husband reached out to Luna's and they came out the next day to fix it! Their price was fair, and there was clear communication throughout the process. They even tried to go to 2 different stores to find a matching siding piece, but came up short. Nevertheless, the repair looks stable, and they also gave us a 1 year warranty! I really didn't want to do this but our roof ended up leaking again within a year which happens. Our initial contract had a one year warranty. When we reached out to get it inspected and fixed, they rescheduled before ghosting us. I would not recommend using this service. read more

He will get his deposit and make every excuse in the world why he can't come on a certain day, also he will ask for money to either pay his guys or buy gas. The only thing I can say is DON'T DO IT!!! I wish I could give this review zero stars. My husband contracted this business to do a siding job for our new remodel. The job was actually the first three photos he has up on this page (black and White House). I have contacted Yelp to remove these photos. Everything started out fine but as soon as we gave him the first deposit, he stopped showing up and never completed the job. We reached to him several times through phone calls and text messages. He kept explaining he did not have the crew help to which we understood at the time. It has been months now and he has ghosted us and no longer responds. This job costed us thousands of dollars. If I could give zero stars I would. This company was hired to complete siding on my house and a smaller job inside. They started the siding job in July. It is now November. Half of my house is complete the other half is exposed to the elements. He will not return phone calls or text messages and has completely ghosted me. Inside is mostly finished, but I have wall trim for base boards, and unpainted ceiling and a messy paint job on the wall. No Follow-up. Installed siding and gutter in Winter, 2022. They mentioned that they would come by for any follow up repair and touch up in Spring. So Spring rain came, gutter started leaking, two window trims were also leaking. They weren't very careful when installing the sidings around the window trims. texted them three times and no response. I understand that they are small company and have limited staffed. Not honoring their work is so disappointing. I almost referred them to two of friends. I am glad that I didn't. I am getting a new contractor to finish their job. I was nice enough to fronted them all the money for Christmas before job was completed. My first time dealing with contractor. Lesson learnt. read more

I hired Fernando for gutter cleaning and siding repair. It was a small job, but Fernando was very eager and the price was right in tune for the nature of the job. When Fernando arrived with his partner, they got right to work. They discovered nesting in the downspout which was the true cause of the issues that I was having. They detached and unclogged the downspout at no additional cost. Fernando offered suggestions to avoid this happening in the future.
