    Spaghetti & meat sauce

The only thing I would change about my last visit is the foam plates. I have no problem with disposables, but foam isn't really biodegradable. The food was great, though. I had spaghetti with meat sauce. Friend had ravioli. You could taste the love. Even the italian & ranch dressing on the salads were homemade. He told us that, but you could clearly taste it. The place was clean. The cashier & waitress were friendly. We didn't wait long for our food to come out. As we were eating, I noticed that a few regulars stopped by...that says something. Two things, actually...one is that the owner is real good at remembering his customers. Second is that the rest of the food has to be good if people "default" to this place. This place is far enough from the Walmart that *those* unsavory folk won't deter me from eating here again.

Crispy crust pizza and great wings! Family owned business super chill vibes. I was impressed by the speed of the service. I know it was a good spot when I saw a cop grabbing a calzone. They got the New York style pie correct. Cheese, dough, pepperoni and sausage. Perfecto!

    Eggplant sandwich and fries

I can't believe I've lived 2 minutes away for years and this is the first time visit to this gem. While waiting on a battery change service on my car I wandered over from the Walmart and saw Luna Pizza and a New Mexican restaurant on the corner. Lunas said they had sandwiches, which I preferred to a pizza and the New Mexican place advertised quesadillas birriria. I decided to go to the Mexican. Opened the door and saw they are still building out the place. It looks very nice! So, Lunad it was. The menu said they had eggplant sandwiches. I lived in Italy for 8 years, but an eggplant sandwiches is new to me. Ok, with fries. The cashier explained in detail how they build the eggplant sandwiches including how varied the texture is. It's great when the workers (probably owner! ) are so conversant about their products. Well, it was delivered to my table. It looked good (covered in cheese with a hidden ample dollop of marinara sauce in a quality submarine type bun. The sandwich was great from first bite. Enough for two people for sure! I had fries on the side. The fries here are Excellent. They have a very tasty coating and the perfect blend of outside crunch and soft inside. They have beer, but I am driving, so it was fountain rootbeer for me. One way I rate restaurants worldwide is by their restrooms. Luna exceeds in keeping the bathrooms pristine, smelling very pleasant and everything in perfect order. They spent a lot upgrading the bathrooms and it shows. I'm going to give them 10/10 stars...oh, and I notice that they have numerous awards for Best in Glendale. I look forward to my next visit!

This restaurant is phenomenal. A must try Italian restaurant. Everything is made fresh in house and I'm not joking when I say I haven't had pizza this good in a very long time! The chicken on the wings fall right off the bone and the sauce is insanely good! I highly recommend everyone and their mother gives Luna Pizza a try, you won't regret it!!

This is our third time to Dolce Vinos for date night since moving to Glendale. Food was amazing as…read morealways and they know how to treat and talk to customers like these are family and this is a neighborhood hang out spot. Wife had a very delicious Chicken Parm and had a little spiced sauce, while I had the incredible Cioppino dinner that was loaded with plump shrimp, nice chucks of calamari and bite sized clams and mussels. Of course we paired it with a good bottle of Barbera. And of course having a live singer at the piano brought a nice calming smile to our faces. Thank you staff again for a great night.

Went to Dolce Vino Wine Bar for lunch today. Not many patrons in the restaurant, but those there,…read moreseemed to be having a good time enjoying each other and the food. Lunch menu has many good options. I choose the pizza and salad option. Comes with a homemade 10" pizza with a choice of two toppings, $1.75 for each additional, and a house salad. Bread and butter arrived almost immediately. Sipped on my Diet Coke and the food arrived in 10 min. or so. First the Pizza, I must say, the toppings were plentiful to say the least, it must have had close to an entire sausage on it, loads of pepperoni and a lot of mushrooms. I did have to add a bit of red pepper as I like a bite to my pizza. A few shakes of parmesan and I was off the races. The salad arrived shortly after the Pizza. Nice salad with lot of different thing, lettece, carrots, olives, cherry tomatoes, onions, radish slices. Overall, a good and plentiful lunch for $14.95. I did not sample any wine, but it appeared that this was a main staple of the restaurant, they have wine tastings once a monty. Looks like the place has been open for awhile and I am sure they have a following. I would give it high marks, good food, clean, friendly wait service and reasonable prices.
