The food no longer tastes the same--on my recent visit, it was cold--and the overall cleanliness was very disappointing. The tables were dirty, the carpets looked unkempt, and the seating was worn and torn. Service has also gone downhill. Most of the staff seemed unprofessional and uninterested, with the exception of one longtime waiter who has always been great. This place held a special place in my heart--it was my mother's favorite Italian restaurant and reminded us of New York-style dining. I came back hoping to give it another chance, but unfortunately, this visit confirmed that things haven't improved. I ordered pizza and wings, and I left concerned about the quality. It's truly disappointing to see a once-great restaurant fall to this level. I hope management takes this seriously--there's a real need for better cleanliness, improved food quality, and more attentive service.
