    The farm food truck park
    Kyla S.

I enjoyed the food here, and the customer service was excellent! We will be back for more for sure! This truck is in a small "new-ish" food truck park. This is a nice sized area for the family, to include pets. There were tables and chairs, a corn hole board, and a small little place for kids to play soccer. The lumpia was very tasty!

It was my first time trying @lumpiasrollin and hot damn it was good! Like VERY, VERY good! These fantastically fried flavorful Filipino spring rolls are Fire Owner and chef Meiyan Magayanes is the real deal and such a sweetheart. She has awesome staff too. And I was lucky to get the last two wings she had...THEY WERE AMAZING! Find this truck at The Farm Food Truck Park and tell em Ángel Food Dude sent ya!

Found this food truck in my neighborhood the other day and it was worth the stop. I really liked the lumpia and we also tried the pork belly. My favorite was the lumpia :)

Lumpia Pork Belly Combo. Half rice and half noodles.

I came here with an open mind as I'm Filipino. The lumpia's are ok, it's nothing to write home about. It's your standard Shang Hi lumpia. The dipping sauce is hard for me to explain. It tasted like a banana ketchup with vinegar mixed. I prefer Mae Ploy hot chili sauce. The pork belly skin had a nice crisp to it. The pork belly needs more flavor. The aioli sauce seemed like loose Mayo. Garlic was noticeably absent as Garlic is a staple in lumpia and pancit. The biggest issue I had with this dish....It's the rice. The rice was undercooked. The food truck does have a rice cooker in it. It's not that difficult to measure out the rice and add the amount of water required. The rice wasn't sticking. The noodles tasted like all that was added was soy sauce. No pepper, no garlic or something to give or identity. Overall, I don't understand the concept of this dish. If I'm paying $13/$14 for a combo I would expect the rice to be cooked perfectly for this dish. The lumpia's I make at home packs flavor and depth. The lumpia's were ordinary. I don't think I'll make that drive to eat there again, unless they did updates to the dish to make it really stand out. As far as Lumpia's and Pancit in the San Antonio, TX area. Lumpia King still reigns supreme.

Food truck that packs a punch of flavor! I'm always blown away by the amount of flavor that a food truck can produce. This place has great options of lumpias as well as other Filipino favorites. I had the lumpias with the braised pork belly and half rice half noodles! This is the perfect plate to try a big portion of their menu. I decided to pair this with a cold boba tea drink, so good! Highly recommend this place if you're craving lumpias or would like to try them for the first time.

This was my first time here and I wasn't disappointed. I ordered The Maria with half and half. They didn't have rice so I ended up getting just noodles. The noodles are made with what seems like soy sauce which creates a depth of flavor and color. The lumpias themselves were crispy and savory. The chicken was crispy and flavorful as well. They give you good portions that'll fill you up. The wait time was about 15 minutes which is expected when ordering food that's made to order. The owner was very nice and came out of the truck to explained how they ran out of rice. I didn't mind but everything was so good that I would have loved to try some. I guess I have to go back again soon!

pork belly combo with 3 traditional rolls, rice, corn & creamy/mayo sauce

we tried 2 different lumpia cups: crab rangoon ($8.5/6) and traditional ($8/6). there was also a 3rd choice offered at the booth: sweet ube, which is a purple sweet potato ($8.5/6). all cups come with corn in the bottom. the tradtional lumpia had some corn in it as well, mixed with the traditional meat filling. the crab rangoon had small pieces of krab mixed in with the cream cheese filling. both versions we tried came in a light crispy wrapper that was not the least bit greasy, despite being deep fried. and both were DE-licious! i also really enjoyed the sauce that came with the lumpia. it was slightly creamy, but still thin and was wonderful with the lumpia! truck owner/chef meiyan explained the sauce was banana ketchup. an ingredient id heard of but never tried. i much preferred it to the traditional sauce i've had before with lumpia. hubbie also ordered the pork belly combo ($12.5) which came with rice and 3 lumpia rolls. the pork belly was also deep fried and it was PERFECT! tender with the fat rendered to melt in your mouth consistency. be aware the pork belly comes with a mayo-like creamy sauce on top. ask for it on the side or cut if you arent a mayo person. it does mix well with the corn on top of the pork belly - eating like a mexican street elote. meiyan is a force of one, prepping, taking orders, cooking and serving up your food. so be patient and be NICE! she was very personable and friendly. meiyan explained that she is looking at adding an self order system where customers can walk up and order themselves, so she can concentrate on cooking and filling orders quicker! we also got to try something else she makes - we happened to go up when she was cooking up a snack for herself. some gluten-free waffles with an ube mochi-like filling. they were VERY tasty and surprisingly light. a great finishing touch to our meal and not overly sweet. NOTE: visted as part of a yelp elite event

Oh my goodness! We visited this food truck because we saw it on Yelp. The food was made fresh on the spot for us. I ordered a combo meal with pork belly and rice noodles with the lumpias. The food was all so flavorful and fresh that I did not want to stop eating even though I was full. I thought the portions were very generous as well. This is a great place to stop off for carry out Filipino deliciousness.

I have heard about LumpiasRolling and driven by it a few times. I finally check it out and ordered 2 trays...AMAZING! Everything was perfectly seasoned and my family enjoyed it all!

I love food trucks! The lumpia is very good, but damn if the pork belly isn't amazing! If it's your first time, get the half and half which is part noodles and part rice. Don't worry if it looks small, they jam pack a lot of food into those little containers! There's a taco truck next to them that is really good too.

My first time having lumpias and I'm obsessed. I don't know what was better, the lumpia or noodles!! The owner was the absolute sweetest and so helpful with our questions. Looking forward to our next visit!

    Ube Eggroll wassuuup.

If you are craving Filipino food, this is the spot to go! The food is absolutely delicious, reminds me of the homeland. We met the owner May, and she is so nice, we learned that this is one of the food trucks that she runs and plans to open another one called WafullWaffle. Anyhow, came by here for the Yelp Elite event, and so happy to support a small business. We tried the ube eggrolls, pork eggrolls, and the Combo #2 that came with rice, pancit, lechon (pork belly), and a sprinkle of corn. I must say that the ube lumpia is an interesting concept. Literally ube James on a fried Eggroll dusted with powdered sugar. And it works! The combo was even more a savory dish reminding you of the street food in the Philippines. Definitely order this. The reason I gave this place a 4/5 is because the seating area is just benches, so if you visit during the day, there is no shade and you will be very sweaty. The other thing is that they don't have a variety of drinks. At the time we went, they only had water, sprite, and a small selection of milk tea in a pouch. I'd like to see some traditional Filipino drinks like calamansi juice or melon. Other than the seating situation. I would love to come here again!

The combo I get on a regular. Plus extra is a ubaroll. It's like if you can have ice cream wrapped. Delicious too!
    Edgardo M.

I have become a regular Thursday customer. Food is always on point and very kind owner as well as staff. I like the new items that pop up from time to time too. I usually get the combo. Lumpia and pork belly. One time I got to get the crabrangoon lumpia rolls...let's just say if you like crabrangoons, you'll like these a ton! Guarantee.

Oh man, where to begin... while looking into Filipino food spots in San Antonio, this place kept…read morecoming up over and over again. Safe to say, the hype led me here--and here's how it went. AMBIANCE Parking: Two plazas one to the store and one to the restaurant. So you shouldn't have any issues. Seating: Plenty! Room for maybe 70-100. Great for individuals, pairs, large groups, such as party reservations. Vibes: My pulse of San Antonio was pretty charming (especially the Downtown area). This area is moreover the grit and grind/not so touristy area but an important contributor to the San Antonio economy none the less. The restaurant/bakery/store itself is awesome! I dig the mural of Filipino-descent player - Dylan Harper, there's even a cool playground outside for kids. It was cool receiving a warm kamayan welcome from the servers as you enter. I like the Filipino tropical energy the restaurant gives out from the plant decor, art, and their homage to their roots from their ancestor shelf. The pop lofi music in the background was comforting to chill and enjoy the food. Great for a solo food adventure, catch up meal with a friend, or special occassion party. FOOD / DRINKS Sari-Sari Special (Recommend) For all indecisive people, this is the way, this is the choice. I ordered the three main plate specifically choosing the (Diniguan, Chicken adobo, and Fried Pork Belly). The staples of the lumpia and noodles were a delight. Lumpia had a nice umami crunch and the noodles were comforting. Chicken Adobo - is my usual baseline to measure foods and this provided a nice comfort feel with a balance of savory soy-vinegar with a lot of sauce to add on to your rice. Dinuguan - if you don't know, now you know. This pork stew was another comfort delight. As the gravy mixed well with the vinegar and spices. A good stew texture with that signature rich savory and tangy flavors. Pork Belly Kawali - For something signature, this is it. As recommended by Owner Adrian - usually you need special sauce to complement this dish but it stands very well alone - a rich savory balance of crispy edges, tender pork meat, and natural buttery fat with every slice. Ube Horchata (Recommend) This was a fun fusion drink. A homage to the Mexican influences and Filipino influences. Creamy, cinnamon-forward horchata mixed with ube sweetness. CUSTOMER SERVICE Rome was great! Friendly and knowledgable on the menu. I enjoyed our conversation. TL;DR OVERALL 5 Stars. Great food, reasonable prices, and a pleasant vibe. I enjoyed my experience here overall. I'm usually critical on Filipino restaurants as they can't top my family's cooking but I feel like this complements their cooking. I'd actually take them over here for the food and the community comfort. For those in San Antonio, this place is definitely worth stopping by. Salamat and ingat to Adrian, Camille, and the rest of the Sari-Sari family. #FilipinoFoodMovement #RepresentAZN TIPS: * A great intro for first timers to Filipino food. Be sure to try combo plates if it's your first time--you get more variety * Don't skip the market section

I've not had much else here except the pork barbecue since the pata is a favorite. I tried the lumpia sometime ago and it wasn't bad at all. Service was quick, though it was not during peak hours. Filipino pop music covers play in the background, and the decor adds to the feel of being back in the islands. The Filipino service and cook staff also are good signs. There is a store connected to the restaurant where you can find great Filipino staples like snacks and condiments and even frozen items like tocino and bangus. Definitely will be back as I always do when I'm in San Antonio.

As a filipino, I love sweet longanisa but I prefer the sausage wrapped ones because I like a bit of char on it. I didn't love their pancit, but loved their garlic rice. We also tried their kwek kwek (fried quail eggs) and it was tasty and love that it came with suka (vinegar sauce). I asked for a sweet chili sauce as well. There's a few streetfood items here that's hard to get elsewhere in San Antonio, like bulaklak. I was tempted to try even though it's pretty unhealthy. They're crispy, fried pork tissue fat and usually have a nice chewy texture. My favorite thing that we ordered was the pork sisig. It came out on a sizzling plate. I just wish it had more mayo and garnishes on it. Mostly just pork flavor. Our waiter was nice and the freshly made juice was amazing. We got a huge glass of fresh watermelon juice and calamansi lemonade. The restaurant itself seems like a venue for parties too, since they have a small karaoke stage. They also connect to a small grocery store with several Filipino staples. I was able to pick up Datu Puti vinegar and some Boy Bawang cornick! When we arrived at 12:15, the place was empty. It was really strange... was there no 'lunch rush'? Anyhow, there was a guy behind the counter but offered no assistance. We didn't know if we sit ourselves or wait to be seated; so we asked. He looked confused. My son went to the counter (where they sell pleather wallets, Funko Pop dolls, olive oil, and purses). Yes, you read that right. The guy offered one menu for the three of us, saying they only had the one. It looked like someone took a bite out of it (part of it was missing). Since we were planning to eat there, we sat ourselves and decided to make the best of it. A lady came to the table (we thought she might be the owner). She mentioned she can only offer four items on the entire menu - she then rattled off what they were - but it was so fast, I don't remember what she said. There was no buffet, and nothing else. I'd never had Filipino food before, so I had questions. We never got to my questions. She asked my son what he'd like. Since he didn't get to look at the one menu yet, he said that he'd like to get lumpia for the office and chicken adobo. She asked how many lumpia and he said about twenty. She then told him they were $1 each and walked away. That was it. We weren't allowed to finish ordering. He didn't even get a drink order in before she walked away. We sat there giggling about how strange this encounter was. We assumed she would have been back to get the rest of our orders. She did not return. Fifteen minutes later, she comes out and says everything is ready to go. We all look at each other wondering what happened. In unison, we got up and went to the cashier. I mentioned to her that we were all hoping to order and try their food; but she didn't give us the chance. She looked shocked and offered to finish taking our orders, but we had to explain that our time was wasted and we now had to get drive thru food and hurry back to work. The 'lumpia' was way over cooked - gave the impression of egg rolls (which is what I've been calling them); and his chicken adobo was gross - gray colored chicken. We fully expected my son to get sick. He hasn't yet - which is good. This is an excellent way to guarantee we will absolutely NOT be back.

This is so unsanitary, phones hoard ALOT of germs. As for the food, it was ok, pork sticks could've used more char and sauce, lechon cuts had an equal amount of meat to fat ratio, pancit needs just a touch more flavoring, rice was nice and dry the way I like it. I tried one lumpia because I was pretty grossed out about her phone and they were tasty, crunchy, and rolled tight. Overall it was ok.
