Poor quality door finish & AWFUL customer service!…read more I've purchased a ~$3000 front entry door from the Roswell location. the weather stripping on it was cut too short by the factory and had to be replaced. when I tried to contact their "customer service", the person I spoke with (Ishio) blamed me for "not checking the door before installing it" and was unable to offer a proper solution or send someone to fix/replace it. Returning the door at this point is not an option and they know it. Their "warranty" won't cover labor required to replace it (~$160) I was told that I should get a call from the general manager Tim, needless to say no one called.

Yet it is a beautiful looking operation from the outside and we continue to purchase their when the other yards don't have the products. Our other concern is that the team that works the property are not helpful and less congenial than ALL the other stone yards, and after this many years we have been to all of them. I guess you have to be a BIG customer for anyone to care. But why do I write this review now???? Well, for the second time in the last several weeks, we purchased a few pallets for $ 700+ dollars. We carefully picked up the product ourselves. As we continued installing a patio on a concrete base, we had a hard time finding good pieces of quality flagstone. OF course some cracked and smaller pieces are normal, but when over half the pallet is very damaged, it is very had to make a living with this ratio of bad stone and high prices. This was also the problem a few weeks ago. The other bad thing is that we have to pay our men to re stack it and then return it (that is time and money!) And of course there are signs everywhere, declaring no returns for partial pallets. This I think is fair, because everyone will bring back piles of broken stone. SO even with some returns accepted, it takes time..... BUT... the last but... I promise.... 700 dollars for a 50% waste???

Stay away from this company…read more I bought a door from them and they had their employee install it on 11/27. It rained 2 days later and the door leaked. I sent the owner and the installer the pics of the leak as well pictures of the readings from a moisture meeter. Tim the owner, said he would replace the transom that was leaking but would not stand behind it not leaking anymore. He would not replace the door as requested. They build the 2 sidelights and the transom. You can see water in the wood now as the paint has bubbled in multiple areas.
