He spent a…read moregood amount of time on the roof, took detailed pictures, explained everything clearly, and made sure the leak was fully resolved. I was so impressed with his work that a couple of my neighbors asked for his information -- he repaired their roofs as well, and they were all very happy with the results. In late 2025, after the big storms, I contacted Coby again for another skylight leak. Just like before, he diagnosed the issue, explained exactly what was causing it, and repaired it at a very reasonable rate. What I appreciate most is his honesty. A lot of roofers are quick to tell you that you need a full roof replacement. Coby is the opposite -- he gives you a true, honest opinion and does everything he can to save you money from unnecessary work. He takes the time to find the real source of the leak and shows you the proof. It's very hard to find a dependable roofer, especially when you have a two‑story house and can't get up there yourself. You have to trust the person you hire, and I trust Coby wholeheartedly. He stands behind his work, he enjoys what he does, and it shows in the quality and care he puts into every job. He offered to refer me to another vendor but I prefer finding someone who has better business ethics.

I was w my mother at a hardware store where we typically get a tree, & we wanted a small/medium-sized one, but the selection was abysmal. I suggested "those pop-up lots that sell Christmas trees" & googled Christmas tree lot & Yelp came up to my surprise w this listing first. It was a 20 min drive from where we were & it was 100000000000% worth it. We arrived less than an hour before closing, & oh my goodness. The trees here are so lovely. We were assisted by Dylan who helped us figure out which kind of tree my mother was looking for, & I noticed some of them had this beautiful dark green colour that isn't typical of trees. (They also have lighter green ones, as well as frosted "flocked" trees, blue trees, literally everything). We walked down the aisles & suddenly I saw the most heart-stopping, alarmingly beautiful tree I've ever seen. We still made our rounds to check out every tree (note the random round one I found- feel like that'd be perfect for a hotel or for a family excessively obsessed w ornaments) but as I said to my mother... when you meet the one, nobody else can compare. This tree has to be the most beautiful tree I've ever had in all my years, & it's not even decorated yet & it still catches my breath when I see it. The photos do it zero justice - truly the first time my phone camera has failed me. They have every size, and quite literally every shape. 2 options for a stand (that you fill w water every 2 days per the sign guidelines) - wood & metal. Dylan carried the tree to our car & it surprisingly fit in the backseat. They also do "flocking" (never knew this existed), AND delivery if you're too busy to come to the location. I will be returning every year here on out, if I stay in the area. Price was steep but worth it, wonderful customer service, & a very communal, festive feel. I'm just so in love with my tree, I can't believe it. Grateful that my mother wasn't impressed w the selection at the hardware store so that I could experience a Christmas like this. The entrance is on the big street perpendicular to Ximeno Ave - the directions my GPS took me to told me to make a left where it didn't make sense to. QUIT STOCKIN' AROUND & COME GET YOUR TREE!!!!!!! Do you recommended puck lighting under the rim of my 22 foot curved barbecue Island and every night since the first night looking out through the kitchen windows to the island is just exceptional.. I have 120 foot hard Cape soft skate Plantar area with a half a dozen Palm Trees; and some dividing 12 foot tall shrubs on my neighbor side, and they professionally hung plastic coated cable with a one long run of CONTRACTOR grade string lights versus the 25 foot length "plug the next section in" Home Depot lights and that has elevated our backyard lighting. Hopefully, I can attach the video I took at Sunset last night.. if not, I'll add still photos.. Very minor punchlist to adjust a couple brackets holding the string lights and they came out immediately to do that while never once pressuring for payment till I was a 100% satisfied.
