This Lululemon outlet store in Woodbury Common is very popular, sometimes there's a waiting line to get inside the store. The store has an abundance inventory athletic apparels like leggings, tops, pullovers, hoodies, jackets, t-shirts and shorts. Products were available in different sizes. They also have accessories bags, totes, caps, socks, flip flops, but no shoes. Items really cheap discounted prices that attracts so many visitors. I found this store well lit and tidy. But the type of the apparels at the store was underwhelming to me, some of those designs were dated and I had never seen in any of the regular Lululemon store or website. Ooouuu! It was my first time visiting this Lululemon since they moved from their old store at Woodbury Commons! I remember the old one was much smaller BUT this one is super nice, with lots of inventory left and right. They had their most heavily discounted items towards the front of the store & each rack was marked with set pricing. I think the way they do it is, each store sets their own pricing for styles/items daily since at check out, the cashier will always adjust the item cost amount! Anyways, OMG it was like Christmas all over again ahahahah. I found so many goodies! Scuba hoodies were discounted to $59, while certain colors were $49 (BTW, absolute steal!). Leggings didn't seem to be on sale that day... usually whenever I come to this one, they always have a good price on leggings but I can't complain! ***If you are a first responder, military, or fitness instructor, you're entitled to extra discounts! And yes, they do stack at the outlet stores. 15% for first responders/military*** Also, loved that if you see an item you like on the racks and don't see your size, it's likely they have it in their back room! This was the case for me & they were able to grab my size from the back, no problem. Also, noticed there was a stain on that hoodie at check out & they were able to grab another one for me, again! Hahaha. Only thing is, like most Lululemon stores, the men's section is very limited. Only two racks for men's that we saw here. Lol, I always forget that Woodbury Commons Outlet is in NY & there's tax on clothing, as my state doesn't have tax for clothes up until a certain amount. Highly recommend! read more

Large store, one wall to the left for men's, not much in way of deals or selection for my personal taste today. The ladies checked and the one item we got was the aligned 23" crop pants on sale for $29! So that made the lady happy! The staff was constantly restocking the racks and clearing up any clutter. Checkout was a breeze. Will be back to find deals next time read more

Very much packed with people, even at one point having to have people stand in line even on a quiet weekend. A lot of their daily sale items are white tagged and up front. I tried looking for some moisture wicking shirts, and everything was large, xl or XXL. Really hard to find anything in medium or smaller sizes for men. Overweight white lady overcharged me 89$. Jacket that cost 149 she put price 199. Another jacket that cost 69 she charged 89$. And T-shirt she put regular price . I saw that little later and when I came back they told me that register close to give me money back . And that they will call me back to process refund . They never follow up . They never called back . So be careful and pay attention how much things cost and how much they will charge you . Very dishonest cashiers and thieves. Worst store at the Commons. Bought some pants for my daughter as a Christmas present and they didn't fit. They refuse to take a return, give a store credit or gift card. I called and tried to to get some satisfaction figuring it was a Christmas present but they couldn't care less. Don't bother buying anything here unless you're 100% sure it's right. The pants we bought were based on the size she already had from lululemon but maybe the outlet is nothing more than their garbage store for misfit clothes. A total waste of money. Amazing customer service!!! Like a total nutter, I scoured every US store looking for a Chase Me Onesie in black regretting not buying it in two colors (oh LL, why do you breed addicts to your lovely clothes, but never make enough!!). Lo and behold, the online customer service found one at Woodbury and Gilroy, CA outlets. The experts patiently dealt w my persistent calls making sure it was still there before I trekked out from the city, taking a conference call in the dressing room (told you I'm a nutter!) and brought some amazing Lighten Up bras from the back when I couldn't find a Free to be Zen bra in my size. The women's section is great - well-organized, with some extra $10 or so off deals on hard-to-find items, some same season as the stores or just left the stores. Recommend coming on weekdays to avoid the crowds and dressing room lines. Thank you SO SO much for helping me find my favorite summer piece x2 and some!! I love this store so much , not only is the prices marked down from website they had great to die deals ! Lululemon is worth every dollar and the material is so great !!! The sales are unbelievable! The workers are so kind and obviously enjoy their job, the man at the counter was also so nice . I defiantly recommend ! I love how your name is written in the changing room it's so unique ! I do recommend buying bras online though, only reason is you are able to try them on in store I find that quite gross. read more

This outlet store has a decent selection and sale depending on which day/time you go. Their handling during peak covid was good at keeping customers to a minimum while giving everyone their time to shop. My biggest gripe is twice I've bought items marked on sale on top of the outlet sticker pricing and it didn't ring up. The first time I caught the discrepancy and went back to get it fixed. Their employees should be more knowledgeable of the sales and ensure customers are charged correct pricing. They should also pay more attention while ringing up the items. I asked if the Align tanks I had were $19 as all tanks were $19 on the day I was there. The girl said yes and rang up my items. I noticed when I got home the second one rang up full outlet pricing. Nothing I can do about that now. I get that things can get overlooked once in awhile not two times in a row shows a consistent problem with this store. read more

I love Woodbury Commons, and I've been looking forward to checking out this store. Right away, I saw the Flow and Go tote front and center. It costs more at the outlet than what I purchased it for online. As for other items, I saw the Liberty pants for $24 (online $49), and the women's section, which is much larger than the men's, was neatly organized according to size with tops on the top racks and crops and shorts on the bottom racks. Longer pants were organized also by size nearby. I saved 25% off merchandise that is currently in stores right now. My Scuba Hoodie *Sparkle was $76 (orig $108). I got a Liberty SS Tee for $54 (orig $68), a Post Bliss tee for $64 (orig $88), and a Meditate Pullover for $69 (orig $88). YAY! This store is definitely crammed with items, all of which are pretty current (either on sale at full price or in the "We Made Too Much" category). On this particular Saturday, there were lots of shoppers, so there was a wait for the dressing rooms, but the employees are nice and make conversation with you and will hold your items as you look around. This is definitely one of the more crowded stores I went into today (7 for all Mankind, Anne Fontaine, Barneys New York Outlet, Giorgio Armani, J. Crew, Last Call by Neiman Marcus, The North Face, Ralph Lauren Home, Saks Fifth Avenue Off 5th, Tory Burch, and Tumi). I think there was only one sports bra in size 6 and none in size 8. I don't think I saw many size 2's either. The store was not in the coupon book you can purchase at customer service, and they do not offer student discounts. I also wish they had more dressing rooms, but I suppose during the week it's not as crowded and not as necessary. Nevertheless, I am a fan of the brand and lifestyle and am on the Lululemon bandwagon. read more

Lululemon was one of the main reasons for our trip to Woodbury Common Outlets. I envisioned spending a few hundred dollars on what I was sure would be a good choice of running shorts and tanks. Sadly, I was very disappointed in the selection. There were absolutely no running shorts, and a very slim selection of running tops (specifically for size 6). They did have a ton of pants and jackets though. I ended up buying only one workout top, $38 instead of the normal $58. A good deal, yes, but the very same deal I would have gotten in the sale section of the Honolulu Lululemon store. Sigh. read more

Let's just say it's not what it used to be. The store used to be a true outlet where there would be daily promotions (extra $10 off pants, extra $20 off jackets etc.) I'm not sure if it's because there was a change in management or an outlet wide thing that they stopped this almost a year ago. Now it's just a dumping ground for full price store sale items. Not only that but their prices are usually higher compared to full price store sales and WMTM. I came to this store both before surgery and after surgery. Prior to having hip surgery I was looking for shorts which were large enough to fit over my hip brace. I wasn't looking to spend a lot of money on shorts and was looking for quality that would last 8 weeks of being stretched over a large brace. Lululemon had them! I was also able to use my discount at this location! After surgery I came into store with my mom who was looking to purchase leggings. She found a pair of aligns on sale!! She's now hooked to lululemon. If we ever comeback to West Point we will be back to this store. read more

After visiting the disappointing store in Gilroy, California it was terrific to return to the outlet store in Central Valley. This is a terrific Lululemon Athletica. They have lots of clothing styles for guys and dolls that really are twenty to forty percent off of their retail store prices. More importantly, they have items in all sizes not just tiny and super large. You will never get better service anywhere. Taylor, was an absolutely wonderful sales associate. She was happy, full of suggestions, and frankly we just loved listening to her talk. Lululemon is lucky to have Taylor. When Taylor had to leave for dinner, Zoe stepped right in and did a masterful job as well. This is a great outlet store. read more

This brand is getting too big for their britches - their online CS is terrible. The cut / fit has gotten pretty bad over the past years, and way overpriced. I'd rather go to Marshall's than spend my money at this store or online. Really terrible. read more

Pretty much a mecca for lulu addicts, as most of their clothing is 40-70% off. I was there memorial day weekend and tried on about half of their store's inventory, but the staff was patient and helpful. There isn't much space in the store, so I definitely recommend shopping during the week or off-peak hours. read more

I expected a lot from this Lululemon. I read some reviews and was sooooooo excited to go. I had $400 cash ready to spend and was going to charge the rest if it came to that. I spent maybe $150? There were a few friendly girls, but the rest were snobby and annoyed. I understand, it's Woodbury Commons. Everyone and her mother walks around this place with huge suitcases in hand and are pushing and shoving through the entire place. Don't even attempt Ralph Lauren- it's a terrible mess. Anyway, I couldn't help but to notice they were very attentive to the thin blonde girls buying one pair of those hideous older "heat it up" shorts for $24.99. Meanwhile, I'm trying on anything that says 6 on the tag... a $200 puffer, pants, crops, tanks, bras, basically the entire store. I get a few nods of "Yes, that looks like it fits." Maybe I was a bit aggressive? I wanted to stock up on workout gear. I was disappointed to say the least. Edit: I took a friend from the UK to the outlets and stopped in. The girls were much nicer than my last visit. The store does not have much in 2-6, so just keep that in mind if you are thinking of splurging. read more
