Ate here today by myself on a frigid Monday afternoon. I had brought 2 slices of pizza with a can of soda and it tasted pretty good but it's a bit doughy. The service there was also attentive and quick. Finally, I would definitely eat and come back again next time.

Pronto! Greasy cheesy hot pizza in my belly. Two slices and a soda for $5. Get in my belly, pronto! Eat dat pizza then go shopping in the mall across the street, pronto! Then come back, to have a $1 cup of coffee, pronto! Better find a bathroom afterwards. PRONTO!

Great pizza and really great deal with 2 slices of cheese and a soda for $6. I didn't wait longer than a minute and the person working was very nice. The space to order is a bit cramped but line moves quickly and there's a few places to sit and eat.

Apparently the signage has changed from Pronto to Lulu's Pizza. Saw a deal that said 2 cheese pizza slices + drink for 6 bucks. The pizza doesn't wow, and is in fact, extremely dry. No sauce oozed out and it could just be categorized as cheesy bread. It's similar to the $1 slices in the City. But for the price, I suppose you can't complain much. It does what it needs to do - quash hunger pangs.

This is an outdoor pizza place that is on the corner right outside the Queens Center Mall, Shake Shack and Olive Garden. We chose this place because they actually had four small tables for outdoor seating. Actually, this address changes businesses a lot, which is surprising considering the foot traffic. Before it was a pizza place, it was a Mexican place, a halal food place, and a flower shop. My friend and I both ended up having a cheese and pepperoni slice each. The pizza is fairly priced, at $2.50 for a cheese slice and $3.00 for a pepperoni one. The first thing we noticed is that their pizza is super greasy, with the oil just soaking into the paper plate. We did not mind this at all, but it can be a turn off to others. Maybe as a result of the oil, we both found the slices very juicy - very cheesy and saucy and well done. Excellent standard New York style pizza if that is what you are looking for. They have a deal of two cheese slices with a drink for $5.00.

Honestly the best and cheapest lunch in Queens. $5 for this and a canned soda. Their pizza is really, really good. Topped with just the right amount of sauce, just the right amount of cheese and the crust is almost perfectly thick. The service is speedy and friendly.

Regular slice & pepperoni slice

Solid, fresh NY slices. They seem to not have a working phone, and aren't even receiving Grubhub orders that customers place, so it's kind of impossible to order ahead from here currently, but I really hope they fix all of that because this has the potential to be a great pizzeria option in Elmhurst.

There were lots of people just on their laptops enjoying a drink or pastry. I tried a pot of the Azal Signature and it was a little sweeter than I liked. The sesame seeds added a nice nutty kick to it. I also got the Pistachio Waffle, which was a bit disappointing because it wasn't as light and fluffy as I would've liked it. It was a bit tough to cut through and eat. The place is very Instagrammable--there's even a fake tree right in the middle of the café--but personally, I think I prefer just a normal café with regular coffee. Sucks that nothing is labeled & doesn't have the ingredients listed, so we'd know what to order & what to avoid. 2/5 Pistachio milkshake- they ran outta pistachio the 1st time I went, so they gave me an extremely sweet, plain milkshake 2/5 Raspberry tart- Prolly the worst I've ever had, too thick & too sweet. I was expecting a tart like the ones from Korean bakeries like PB or Tous les jours, what is this? 2/5 pear & orange- both are disgustingly sweet due to the white chocolate shell, wouldn't have gotten it if I knew it was white chocolate, interior is fine, creamy & mousse, there's fruit in the middle 4/5 Strawberry- really good, soft exterior, not white chocolate thank God 2/5 pistachio NY roll $6- made the mistake of ordering this on the machine, didn't expect a croissant, thought it was gonna be like a Swiss roll, pistachio icicing? Butter? On top is disgustingly sweet 4/5 Iced banana bread breve latte $8 w/ whipped cream- idk if this is banana bread flavored but it def is banana flavored, nice & strong 5/5 pesto tomato cheese danish $8- love anything with pesto & cheese, so damn good

10/10 for food and service…read more Came here with my cousin for breakfast on Sunday around 11am. There's one person who works behind the counter and I assume one person who is doing the cooking. I got the pancakes with blueberries with a side of bacon and the honey cinnamon latte. My cousin got the sausage egg and cheese roll with a drip coffee. Both of our meals were delicious and so was the coffee. My cousin who doesn't drink coffee often said that the coffee here is of top quality. I'll definitely be coming back!

This place has been renamed "Austin Street coffee and grill" and has an updated menu…read more First off, I want to point out the great customer service from the young man working on a Saturday morning. I heard him making jokes with customers and asking people for feedback. Now to the rest of it: service is weird and slow. When we were seated, we had to wait a little bit until receiving menus. Water wasn't automatically given to us also, so you have to ask. A woman took down our order, but later asked if we got waffles, even though I said pancakes - overall took 25 minutes to get our order of a salad and pancakes. Pancake platter came with two pancakes, two eggs, and a couple berries on the side. There's also an option to add sausage or bacon but no price there, which adds to the confusion. When we pointed it out, they removed the charge from our bill. There were maybe 3 people who stood behind the coffee bar which is kind of around a corner, making it hard to get service if you're not in their field of vision. Kind of strange there isn't a clear welcoming desk or something like that. Also, I think the menu uses AI as photos - there's a picture of a burger with fries and chips, but I don't think they serve chips. There's also a picture of cake with garlic next to it, which could be an artistic choice. We didn't get any drinks, but there was a table next to us who abandoned their full cups of Nutella lattes which was interesting.

Best of all, their specialty coffee and tea are surprisingly affordable--most drinks are only around $5 to $7, which is a steal compared to many boba and tea shops. The space is spacious, comfy, and beautifully decorated, with free Wi-Fi and clean bathrooms. Their playlist is very nostalgic, playing songs by Jay Chou, Khalil Fong, and Fiona Sit. Perfect for working, grabbing a coffee, and picking up flowers all in one stop. *Golden Osmanthus Jasmine $6.5 I love light, floral teas, and this one was perfect. It is a blend of jasmine tea and osmanthus topped with cream foam. Delicate, refreshing, and not too sweet. *Black Sesame Latte $6 The black sesame cream foam was so nutty that I literally scooped it up with a spoon. The flavor turned mild once mixed with the espresso and milk though. *Matcha White Chocolate $7 A Christmas special! I was so excited to see they serve "matcha donut latte" which is quite popular last year. The vibrant green matcha latte is topped with a ring of whipped cream and funfetti. A very warm and cozy drink. *Warm Tofu Pudding $6 This tofu pudding comes with either ginger or osmanthus syrup. I added lychee jelly, mixed fruit jelly, and red bean. Warm, cozy, and especially comforting on a cold day.

My critique is just that their matcha quality is very disappointing. I won't focus on this because this is a smaller business and I think the coffee is pretty good.
