The area was missing a clothing shop with cool, trendy and affordable clothing and gifts. They offer womens's standard and missy sizes along with some kids clothes and accessories. There is a lot to choose from and the price range is affordable, most items are probably between $25-45. Despite what is happening with Covid this shop has taken off and adapted to the challenges we are all facing today. The shop is bright, clean and airy. Everyone inside is wearing a mask and there are contactless pickup and private shopping times available upon request. I personally love that there is a website so I can shop online and pickup in store. Since the boutique is small there are limited quantities of new merchandise. If you are really interested in trying something you can buy it right away online and then can plan a time for yourself to go in and try everything on. I have already made some awesome summer purchases that have a strong rotation in my closet. Extremely uncomfortable and obviously can't wear. I emailed to see if they would accept a return and pay for return shipping since the item is obviously unable to be used for its intended purpose. Note that I paid for shipping initially which I know I am out of luck on that. I got an extremely rude response saying they will not pay for shipping and told me if the package was altered in any way (presumably it was since she tried it on) I would not get a refund. Now in order to get a refund I am out $10 bucks on a $28 bracelet. Horrible customer service and rude. Would never order from them again.

Just wanted store credit. They were closed. Upon trying again today I find out their return policy is a 2 week window and I have missed it. This policy is written at the bottom of the receipt, so I should have read carefully, but that's a VERY short window. And even if they were open when I tried to return it I still would've missed it. Lesson learned. I have shopped in this boutique many times and never questioned spending the money because the quality of the merchandise seems good. I will question spending money there now. Suggestion: when selling to customers, the 2 week window could be highlighted on the receipt ("this is our return policy"). That might have helped me.

I believe $10 off after you spend $250 or more. This is all women's clothing and accessories. Actually now that I'm writing this, I think there was another side to the store I didn't see. Riley answered the phone and gave me a quick review of what they had in store and made me realize I better stop in. When I got there, she helped me find the perfect pair. Although they were a half size bigger than what I would have ordered and a different color than I had in mind, they ended up being the perfect Sorel wedge sandal and now I'm obsessed. I also was able to use my 30% off bday coupon, which you can use pretty much everything (excludes Birkenstock and another prestige brand I can't think of). What a great deal! Riley also told me I could "double dip" and head over to Sunshine and Bluebirds (right next door). That's where I found more of the Teleties hair clips. These are so great because they lay flat, which omits the uncomfortable feeling of driving with a clip on the back of your head. Brittany who was working at the store, was beyond friendly and easy to talk to. The customer service alone makes me want to go back to both Research and Design & Sunshine and Bluebirds.
