I returned a few months later and gave Marina my drawings to get a baseline quote; I truly appreciated that she didn't feel that she had to question my choices because she was the "expert". I was happy with the estimate and, indeed, we came very close to that in the end. She did indeed use her expertise and relationships with the manufacturer in getting the precise cabinets and functional inserts that I wanted with regular meetings over several weeks . She kept me apprised of the production timing, arrival and delivery date. She also assisted in recommending contractors, cabinet hardware and stone & tile sources (they have nice starter selections at the shop but have access to many others). I am thrilled with my kitchen and when a flooding disaster destroyed many of the cabinets a year later she was able to pull up the past design and re-order the cabinets quickly (luckily insurance covered that cost!). I was equally impressed with all the other staff that helped with delivery and when Marina was not available. A class operation! PS. Stove wall still awaiting completion.

He was going to the big box home improvement store to find a replacement when I suggested he should search out a locally owned cabinet professional. I found Cabinet World on Google maps. As soon as we walked in the door I knew we were in the right place. The cabinets and decor were impressive. The owner approached us right away. We explained that we needed to replace these cheaply made parts and she went above and beyond to try to help. She searched her back room for parts she thought would work. She looked up the contact information for the cabinet maker even though it wasn't a company that she had any relationship with. It was a busy day in her store and she didn't need to take the time to help when she had paying customers waiting. She was sincerely in it to help and she did. Although we didn't make a purchase that day, Cabinet World would certainly be my choice for cabinets in any remodel. It's clear to me that the store's philosophy is service above all. But on top of that, the displays pushed the limits of imagination. I saw samples of kitchens and bathrooms that made me want to rip my house to the plaster and start over. Scents and colors were great, the shapes and designs were obviously done by someone with a lot of experience. Most of them were finished with a high gloss, so the shopkeeper tipped us to smell the bottom of each candle. Certainly the best place in town to pick up some candles!
