Tracy's service is the worst, I would have been far better off having no event planner at all and doing it myself. This lady is all talk and no walk.

I can only imagine how chaotic it must have been, but everything was setup on time and came out beautiful! The theme was like XLB on CNY, and Janice ran with the idea and brought it to life. We loved the addition of the fans and flowers! There were also some lanterns that they were able to attach onto the walls that added to the theme, but we forgot to take pictures of them. Since my fiance is a computer scientist and I'm a chemist working with semiconductors, we requested unique table signs with elemental symbols of Group III-V elements and other semiconductor elements. After some email exchanges, Lauren quickly designed the table signs (as requested). We weren't as particular with our other signs, so those contained floral decor reminiscent of our plum and ivory color scheme. They could've rectified the small amount on ethics to keep a customer instead they don't own up to their mistakes. I'll pay more for proper customer care.
