The Studio is always tidy, and the staff is always helpful and kind. The classes are great regardless of your level of fitness; there is something for everyone! I was really impressed with the class; the instructor was really focused on alignment, had moves I hadn't practiced before (and I have been to a LOT of barre classes), and brought a ton of positive energy.
