Local lunch spot I've been here several times they usually have a soup of the day it can be really good they all seem to homemade. You'll find things on their daily specials like cabbage rolls, swiss steak, open face sandwiches and other hearty offerings. The staff has always been friendly and they seem to cater to an older local crowd but it a great stop on a cold winter day. Seems a little old fashion with hand written receipts and pay at the register when you leave and only one person can work the register so sometime you have to wait if she's busy.

in Addition to my below review the waitress who served my family decided to track me down on Facebook and send me these lovely messages. Very immature. Along with bringing others work locations into it. Read her own words and how she speaks to guest. That speaks volumes about the establishment.

I couldn't wait. Great chicken.

Waited 6 minutes before anyone would even offer something to drink. Food is subpar. Looked dirty too. Not going back.

Great Saturday breakfast buffet! It's great that it runs until 1pm if you like to get some slower start to your Saturday.

Nice family restaurant. It is very reasonable cost and the fish sandwich, grilled cheese deluxe and grilled chicken salad is our favorite.

Very good, maybe a tad dry. A good Aioli was needed. A couple of beers and that was that. Good service. I will return for a slower paced night out.

I've never been here before but I know it's a fairly popular place so I was quick to agree to the location. We originally sat at the bar but the stools were so incredibly uncomfortable, so we moved to a booth. While our server was nice, it did take her quite a while to come take our drink order. I got a "lavendar breeze" for my first drink and it was delicious. The menu is small, with the focus being on grilled cheese sandwiches. I'm not a huge grilled cheese lover, so I ordered a wedge salad (with house white French dressing) and the sauerkraut balls from the appetizer menu. The salad was on par with what you'd expect, the dressing was tasty. The sauerkraut balls, though, kind of threw me. First, it's a HUGE serving. There was around 30-40 sauerkraut balls in the basket; way more than I ever imagined would be in an order. I was expecting four or five golf ball sized balls. Maybe I've been spoiled by having some fantastic sauerkraut balls, but these were subpar, at best. They didn't have a lot of flavor and the cocktail sauce they served with them was an odd choice. While I still enjoyed time catching up with a friend and the drinks were well done, I doubt I'll come back for food. The menu just wasn't appealing to me and what I did have wasnt good enough to lure me back anytime soon.

Stopped by for lunch on a Saturday. Partner ordered wings…read moreand I opted for the chicken sandwich. Both were very tasty. The huge portion of fries was too much (but delicious nonetheless!) It's worth noting that they share a space with Magic City Brewing and when walking in, it wasn't immediately clear what we were supposed to do. The only bartender on staff wasn't particularly talkative/welcoming in the sense of explaining what was going on or how things worked ...and the Cult Kitchen staff are behind a window past the bar. (I dont necessarily blame CK for the MCB bartender, but they're choosing to share that space and it's part of the experience so it seems like it's relevant.) We sat down at a booth and realized was a small table sign with a QR code for the food and drink menu. Below the codes is a small line of text that explains to go to the Cult Kitchen window for food and go to the bar for drinks. This isn't necessarily a bad setup, just had to adjust our mindset as it's more casual and in line with a food truck experience. ...like going up to the window more ketchup (it's in little lidded containers) for all those fries ...and cleaning up after yourself, as there is no one busing tables. Again, the food was very good but the overall experience was just lacking. It seems like it could be something really special if the hospitality and service was there!

Despite the positioning on their website it's not a traditional sit down place. It's an order window and then they bring food to the table. They share space with the Brewing company so a bottle of soda is what you get from the order window but anything else you go over to order at the bar separately. Two of us went for an early dinner. We opted for pretzel app which were tasty and a very big portion resulting in us not finishing them. I would say that app could easily serve 4. Slider special was tasty but considering the heavy portion of fries not everything on my plate was finished and neither was my coworkers meal. Eyes were bigger than our stomach. Place has about 10 (?) tables/booths and then folks sitting around the bar at the brewery side. I imagine on a popular day of the week (we went mid week before the dinner time rush) it could get crowded and loud. Feel of the place is grunge/biker though clean and well kept and without feeling 'theme restaurant'. I would say it has its only unique personality. Had we been more prepared from the restaurant's website for what the place was we might have more enjoyed things. It's just feels more 'out drinking and getting the nibbles' than a destination meal.

Went there for the first time in years with my family a few hours ago and the minute I open the door she's screaming at us and I can't hear her from how loud it is so I asked her to repeat herself. She's yelling again. Her along with other servers kept telling us to move to the side behind other people. This place is so narrow and packed there is hardly room to move anywhere you're not up someone's behind. Not the best impression with a rude hostess yelling at you the minute you open the door. Who hires these people? Then we get sat crammed 5 to a 4 top by who I assume is the owner. The food is bland, sauce tastes like cheap tomato sauce from a can, 85 % cheese if you're into that. I won't be back after this experience and they should hire friendlier staff. I also want to add that the next day after eating at Luigi's I got sick and threw up and was queasy all day and that's all I had to eat the day before was their salad and pizza so beware eating there! Never again!
