I've never had to get my own car serviced and repaired before so I wanted to know that I was in good hands. I went on facebook and asked the harbor point group what people recommended for auto repair and the great reviews of scottys caught my eye. I called up scottys and they let me know they were booked for the next 2 days (it was the first) but they said to drop it off and that they would do their best to look at it beforehand. sure enough I got a call the next day with a breakdown of what needed to be done. They gave me an estimate which was HALF WHAT THE JEEP DEALER QUOTED US, plus it didnt include some of the nonsensical stuff they suggested to fix that scottys said did not need to be done. ultimately they were able to get everything done before we headed out for vacation. when I went to go pick it up, they had admitted there was a communication error and that it wasnt ready just yet and that it would be another hour or so. I mentioned that I had just took an uber and had a lot of other things to try to work on and to see if they could try to give me an accurate time estimate. the guy there (isaac i think) just handed me a set of keys and said heres a loaner ill call you! that alone made this a 6 star experience! talk about admitting to a mistake and making up for it with phenomenal service. anywho, i know where ill be getting my oil changed moving forward! thank you guys!

Is 0 stars possible?…read more I went to this place by accident after confusing it with universal auto body (who does a solid job by the way), to get my brakes inspected. After telling me they were going to waive the diagnosis fee, they took three hours to diagnose the problem and falsely told me I needed to get multiple different things replaced, costing over $2800. After telling them I was going to try and get a 2nd opinion, they charged me $180+ just for the diagnosis. I am now getting it fixed at another place for less than $1000. These guys are thieves!

Brian was about 15 minutes late for our appointment but he texted to advise of his late ETA. Traffic can be unpredictable so that was understandable. He was very cordial and professional. Before he began, he asked if I had any questions and he answered any of my concerns. He spent about 4 hours reviving my 2014 minivan and it looked pretty awesome afterwards. I did noticed a couple of minor deficiencies and he quickly addressed and rectified them. The service cost is a bit high but I was pleased with his efforts and his results. I would recommend you give CSP and Brian the opportunity to show some love to your vehicle. I'm glad I did.

I've been going to this Stamford car wash for years and thought I'd finally add a review…read more Located in a not so sexy area of Stamford the service is always reliable and detail oriented. Several washers tend to each car in an orderly and fast fashion. Some of the staff I've recognized for years so hopefully they are treated and paid well. The owners appear to be a wife/son team of Eastern European decent. While not overly friendly, they are not unfriendly either and very respectful and reliable. The value is good. I always get the 'Full Service' and while the prices go up once in a while it usually aligns with some upgrade at the car wash. I'm fine with this. For a time they were showing Fox News on the television in the waiting area which I could certainly do without. I don't care to know the owners politics and thankfully the television is usually on local news 12. There are other car washes around the city of Stamford but I find this one fast, affordable and reliable.

I brought it…read morein today for the Extreme wash ($40) and there was still things on the car hood like bird poop and other easily removed spots. I asked the person if they can use the spray and remove it or give it to me and allow me to remove it. Kevin who seemed to be the manager and Vivian at the cash register both said I would have to pay $10 more to get these spots removed. Why would I pay more, that's the whole point of a car wash?! If you want the same service as driving your car in a light rain shower and throwing $40 down a sewer then this might be a good spot for you. The interior was barely clean as well. I went home and finished the job myself. There are plenty of options to get a real car wash so it's easy to no longer give this place my business. Every single thing in these photos was easily removed when I got home. Previously when I would come here, the staff did an excellent job and would take care of all of this without even asking. Now they just run your car through the machine and tell you to hit the bricks.
