From start to finish, Evan was honest, professional, easy to communicate with, and kept us updated daily on the scheduled work. His team was incredibly knowledgeable, meticulous, and professional. They clearly take pride in their work and paid attention to every detail. Once the project was complete, all of our lighting fixtures, doors, and accessories were carefully put back exactly where they belonged. Many others said the roof above the windows running down the inside walls. And many others saying it was coming in through the stucco. I went through this process for six months. Finally Evan came out and gave me a detailed explanation about where the water was coming from. Evan did an excellent job repairing our water-damaged stucco. He found and fixed the source of the water, removed the damaged areas, inspected and repaired everything behind the stucco, replaced the necessary waterproofing and lath, and carefully blended the new stucco with the existing texture. He was thorough, professional, and took the time to do the job right. We're very happy with the finished result and would definitely recommend Evan!

The second time was just to repaint my kid's room (from a very dark color to a very light color) and Garrett never even had to step foot in the house. Third time, was repainting our kitchen and family rooms. Again, I was able to get a quote by sending Garrett pictures and video -- and they squeezed me in pretty quickly. This is a literal and continued success story due to Yelp reviews! They deliver when they say they will, do a good quality job, and prices are fair. I hope they stay in biz so we never have to go searching for another painter!

Bookmarking Parker's for sure for any future drywall or paint work we may need.

I'm so glad I found Cesar! We bought an old house and had a lot of work done - scraped off popcorn…read moreceiling, repiped so there were lots of holes in the ceilings and walls, raised a sunken floor, removed tile flooring and carpeting everywhere. I was looking for a company to patch the walls and finish the ceilings. After getting quotes from multiple companies, not only was Cesar's the most reasonable, his reaction to the amount of work was very positive. Some companies didn't want to take the job because it was too big. I've included some before/after photos of just a few of the areas he worked on, but he basically patched/finished every room in the house. He also built a wall to create a room and built a wall to help convert a wetbar into a pantry. His work is amazing, and afterwards the house started feeling like a home. Cesar is studying to be a general contractor, so he also keeps an eye out for other issues that aren't just dry-wall related and will mention it. For example, he mentioned that the deck built to raise the sunken floor was not completely flat, and that the contractor would have to use a physical level to verify rather than rely on laser level (the contractor verified this to be true and came back to fix it). He also pointed out that with steady use and traffic, some screws were poking out of the transitions my floor company installed. Due to his honesty I ended up hiring Cesar for multiple other jobs other than drywall - he replaced an old pocket door and hardware, fixing the wall after he cut into it and pointing out old water damage in that location. He replaced and painted all the doors, door casings, and baseboards, changed a door to swing outwards instead of in. He reinstalled all the sliding mirror closet doors that were removed because of the abatement. He painted the walls, ceilings, and stair rails. He built and installed IKEA closets behind the sliding mirror doors. Finally, he built the pantry shelves. This man takes pride in his craft. After working with so many other contractors that will do the bare minimum, Cesar goes the extra mile to add the extra touch that makes his projects look great, built-in, and finished. I trust this man completely and wouldn't hesitate to hire him for future jobs.
