Thankfully, that's the case with Andre. I own an interior design firm myself, and initially Andre and I met to see if we could collaborate on client projects. We hit it off right away, and I told him I had some projects at my house ~ would he like to come by and tackle them? First he installed my new dining room chandelier. I was afraid to have anyone but a pro do it, because we have very old wiring, we had an old dimming switch, and several wires had become disconnected from our previous overhead fixture. As I soon learned, you can't use new LED dimmable bulbs with an old dimming switch! Andre installed the new fixture quickly, and painlessly, and God bless him for hooking up ALL the tiny crystals that came with my chandelier! After he left, I went to turn the chandelier off that night, and it wouldn't turn off. I texted Andre about this, and he came over first thing the next day to fix it. Our wires were so old it was hard for him to see which was the neutral wire, because nothing was coded. He fixed it straightaway, and we were back in business. He also photographed my front door knob, which probably came over on the Mayflower it's so old. It likes to fall off right when you're trying to open the door. He said he would research it online, and come back and fix it. Andre has also referred me to a plumber, a painter, a landscaper, and a guy who specializes in installation of our Nest thermostat. I can't wait to start doing client projects with him, and his colleagues. This is kind of silly, but I love that the word "restoration" appears in Andre's business name. Since I'm an expert in historic preservation, the word "restoration" makes me feel like we are on the same page. I highly recommend Andre!
