I seriously wonder how this spot stays open. $7 slice which whatever is obviously ridiculous but ya hope maybe it'll be decent. Oh my goodness. Lord hear our prayers. For what did I do to have to be exposed to this disaster of a disaster? Disastrous. Again. I'm going to be briefer than a bucket full of piss. I believe that this sauce cooked on the stove top. I believe they don't have access to any utensils, and so to stir the sauce they used their feet. I actually think they stuck their foot into boiling sauce. Dirty and gunky feet. And then they leave it going all day until it's as funky as it could possibly be. Unredeemable - But this review will be deleted (I presume). And I hate doing this to local biz but at that price point this one deserves the lauding of hate.

I arrived with high expectations, anticipating a well-crafted sandwich, but unfortunately the…read moreexperience did not live up to its promise. The most notable issue was the temperature inconsistency: while the sauce was pleasantly warm, the chicken cutlet was noticeably cold, giving the impression that it had been prepared long before service and simply assembled upon ordering. This contrast significantly affected both the texture and overall enjoyment of the sandwich. I am willing to give the establishment another opportunity in the future, but on this visit, the quality fell well below expectations. As it stands, I would rate the sandwich a 2 out of 5 stars. If management is reviewing customer feedback, I would strongly encourage ensuring that chicken is prepared fresh and served at the proper temperature. A sandwich is only as good as its ingredients at the moment of service, and customers should not receive chicken that appears to have been sitting out awaiting an order. Fresh preparation would greatly improve the overall dining experience.

Had some great conversations and then --- the pizza that I ordered was ready! My grade, after testing was a 4.2 on the Taste-bud scale! Guy needs some serious time working with the "heat" and the wood! I have had many pizza's from Baci and not one(1) was less than a 9.0 but they were all from the regular inside ovens! Keep working at it young fella! You need a tad more practice with the wood stove to get up to speed with CW! ‍

I was really excited about it because of the fresh noodles and all the mushrooms, but the lack of flavor was sad. Everyone else in my party said their food was great, so maybe it was just my dish! The waitstaff was very polite and helpful. The pizza smelled absolutely incredible, so I wouldn't mind returning to try it!
