I loved them when I was in high school across the street; in college when good pizza was hard to find; when I moved to Brooklyn, no one believed I was serious that lucys was still among the best. I stalled in terms of trying this spot for a long time after moving to the area, but always heard good things. So, I finally tried it out...then again in the same week. I've only had three things on the menu so far, a plain regular slice, a Sicilian, and their signature pepperoni roll (twice), but all have been surprisingly great! The pizza here is very delicious. The prices are reasonable especially for the pizza they give you. The pizza can be sometimes very greasy. The wings however are amazing there and you get a lot for what you buy. The employees are okay. They can be great sometimes but horrible some other days. read more

Excellent pizza. Nothing beats a plain cheese pizza from Lucy's. That large cheese pizza will set you back around $14. The only thing that has disappointed me there is the garlic knots, which used powdered garlic as opposed to fresh garlic. However, the pizza more than makes up for it. Yum. read more

ok, so I maybe among few that give this place four stars, but it was my first time and for something to get five stars on the first go round I feel like you would have to blow my socks off. I've had an abundance of Italian food in my 34 years so if you know the right places, Lucy's isn't a stand out. Completely rude and truly disgusting staff. Saw a guy making the pizza, stop making the pizza, and then take cash from a customer, use the cash register, and then go back to making a pizza. Never washed his hands. Didn't wear gloves. Watch your ticket and bill too...multiple times have been overcharged $2 here, $2 there...and the last time I said something about it and the guy was so rude to me, I decided to never return again. Ordered a large pie - 1/2 pepperoni & garlic, 1/2 mushroom & sausage. $29 and change? when my husband innocently questioned the price, the surly person re-did the math and said $31 and change!!! And then said "it's 4 toppings. you wanna pay the higher price?" 4 toppings? Not really. 4 different items, yes, but 2 on one half, and 2 on the other half. Pardon the slur, but it seems the Mafia is in control of Lucy's now. The crust was chewy. Not soft and tender. Nor thin and crispy. Just chewy. Like the dough had been over-worked. Pluses: Fast delivery on a busy Sunday night ahead of July 4th. Good phone interaction with somebody who wasn' t distracted. (Ordering pizza on busy nights can be a bit of a trial for everybody, but Lucy's was right on the ball.) They got the order just right. 5 Stars isnt enough to give Lucy's. Hands down the best pizza place in ossining and no one compares. They had a little mishap and were out of business for a few years but they kept me and quite a few other OHS students well fed for all four years of high school. I saw many detention days just to get a slice in the 9th grade when we werent allowed off campus (does anyone remember?) I would reccommend the chicken salad in a heart beat! read more

This a follow-up to my review a few years ago. It is still the best pizza available in the Croton/Ossining/Briarcliff/Pleasantville area. There are a few much better places in Yonkers and Mount Vernon, but they are too distant for a spur of the moment decision and delivery. The Sauce and dough are distinctive and the cheese is good quality. If you live in these areas don't waste your hard earned $ elsewhere on a lesser pie. read more

Lucy's is my go to place when I'm in the mood for some pizza. Plus, the prices are cheap and the food, I would say, is probably worth more than what they charge. But hey I'm not complaining. The service is excellent there and they get you your food as soon as possible. I usually get the buffalo chicken slice because in my opinion, it is made just right. Lucy's is definitely a hit! As someone who grew up in Buffalo NY, these are probably some of the best chicken wings I've eaten since moving to the area. Very meaty and flavorful. Delivery is always on time and I have yet to get an incorrect order. I had one bad experience with a delivery driver who got lost and apparently didn't know how to use a phone, but I never saw him again so I assume that issue just kind of worked itself out.
