I opted out as the $ savings did not add up enough to benefit me. $170 a year for 2 inspections annually with a new filter each time and 15% off any work. In early 2015, the heat wasn't working in a 2-storey, 2-HVAC unit rental house. I had ARS come out and they told me I had to replace both units for $14,000 and redo all of the duct work. Someone suggested I ask C&J for a quote. They came out and told me all that was wrong was some of ducts had come lose under the crawl space and the bottom unit needed cleaning. Price? $250. The house was toasty warm the entire winter and I haven't heard a peep from the tenants this summer.
