From phone calls to service person, I can't say how many times I was getting the pitch. I opted out as the $ savings did not add up enough to benefit me. $170 a year for 2 inspections annually with a new filter each time and 15% off any work. If I had more money and wanted extra peace of mind then I would have done it. Either way, I was Very pleased with the entire experience and would highly recommend.

In early 2015, the heat wasn't working in a 2-storey, 2-HVAC unit rental house. I had ARS come out and they told me I had to replace both units for $14,000 and redo all of the duct work. Someone suggested I ask C&J for a quote. They came out and told me all that was wrong was some of ducts had come lose under the crawl space and the bottom unit needed cleaning. Price? $250. The house was toasty warm the entire winter and I haven't heard a peep from the tenants this summer.

The services was for a home warranty policy from the start…read moreMr. Myers insulted us by saying our " cheap" system it did not have a pressure switch, and that was what they do put a cheap system in referring to my modular home, very rude, so he was to write up a service repair order for Choice Warranty. I told him the fan seized up, squealing noise, then there was smoke and a loud sound, it was a very late night event. He said that my cheap unit did not have a pressure switch so that was that problem pressure blew up the compressor when fan stopped working. Later the Choice warranty said he talked like the unit was in bad shape not working!!! No. the unit had served us well, no problems at all, ran great, we had just bought the house and now that he was rude and untruthful this means I have to fight to get it repaired...beware of "his" loyalty to the customer the fan stopped working " the fan" I am an older person with health problems we have called another service company for a repair report
