Every person with whom I communicated was knowledgeable, honest, friendly and articulate. Spence went out of his way to provide a transparent and itemized estimate for me. Shane followed up with me just prior to installation day. And the installation crew knew exactly what they were doing and completed the job in far less time than I thought they would be here. This whole HVAC adventure took almost three months to resolve and, in that time, I have learned without a doubt that not all companies are the same. Before contacting KEMCO, I experienced overpriced vendors who weren't exactly honest, who were unable to itemize or articulate, and whose work ethic was questionable. Looking back, I'm grateful they never handled the equipment that generated heat and AC into my home. KEMCO of Burlington completed the job with the best price and the highest standard of professionalism. I will do business with them again and again in the future.
