They want to earn my business and they ask I use them for plumbing in the future--ok, stay tuned for a future date for a new updated review "when" I use their service. Original post: Their web site said 7/24 and several people in my neighborhood used them, But when I called on a Sunday morning, I just ended up leaving a message on a machine, but I needed help as my hot water tank failed and was ruining my utility room. Nobody called that morning or afternoon and I ended up scheduling someone else. But my issue is the web site and not having someone to answer the call on Sunday--specifically a human.
