I recd a strong recommendation for this salon, visited their website to request a gel-x full set and a polish change for my toenails. They provided me with a gel-x full set and regular pedicure which I did not request the pedicure. The quality of the gel-x was unsatisfactory, the nails were flexible and sharp, lacking a proper gel coating on top. It felt as though the staff had just arrived and did not understand English or my requests. I would not ever consider returning to this establishment! My nails were so sharp that they could easily cause injury. The service was appalling and overpriced!! read more

I recently had a basic manicure done in advance of an event. Basic manicures at other establishments usually last me a week - which is really all I ever need. Absolutely frustrating that this one started chipping two days after my appointment. I can't speak to the quality of their other services but I won't be back. read more

I have been getting my nails done for years and was looking for a local spot. You have the convenience of scheduling all services online as well as choosing your technician. I highly recommend Johnny and Ana! Both are gentle, personable and always go above and beyond and exceed expectations from quality, shape and design. They just updated the salon and it looks amazing! read more

I went in once for an eyebrow wax and pedicure, and they messed up my eyebrows by taking way too much off. I hadn't gone back since then, but was in the area and needed a quick pedicure, so I tried again. I thought it would probably be okay if I didn't get an eyebrow wax. This time, they cut my toe and I hobbled out of there bleeding! I'm glad other people have had better experiences, but I've learned my lesson. read more

Lucky Nails Spa - Getting the delux pedicure is definitely worth it! - Nail Salons Near Me - Wappingers Falls, New York

This was hands-down the best and most luxurious nail salon treatment I've ever experienced! I came with a large group of bridesmaids for a bachelorette weekend. Right away when we walked in, we were greeted by who I assume was the owner and handed ice-cold bottled water. The staff was extremely attentive and gave our large group ample time to look through the color books to select our desired styles. The salon is massive with at least 24 nail stations and 8 pedicure chairs and has every polish color imaginable in gel, regular, and dip powder. Great for groups! Kevin T. did a phenomenal job on my nails and took the time to painstakingly replicate a photo of a design that I brought in. He worked hard to ensure that I got what I wanted and was extremely kind and courteous. I wish I lived in the area so I could become a regular client of his!! The salon is beautiful, the service is top-rate, and the staff go out of their way to get every detail right -- from offering guests something to drink, to ensuring that you have the color and design you're looking for, to even heating all of their hand towels. I am truly blown away by my experience and highly recommend Lucky Nails Spa in Wappingers Falls! read more

Service was fantastic, pedicure was fantastic and for a great price. I will definitely be going here again.

Worst nail salon I have ever been to! The women staff all are Spanish and most don't even speak English! the quality of the nails itself is terrible they break so fast! After paying 65 for a full set a nail broke two days later, I went in to fix they charged me 10 dollars to fix it! A couple days later more nails broke, their material is garbage! I will never go back! read more

I decided last minute to get a manicure and Lucky Nails welcomed me as a walk-in. The young woman who served me had no interpersonal skills and barely greeted me. After doing a nice job on my manicure I was left to dry for a very long time while she disappeared in the back to perform another service. I did reach out to someone else to pay before I left. The place could be cleaner, and the staff could be friendlier. read more

Don't go here expecting your appointment time to be honored, they take walk ins 15 min before your appt. Made me wait an hour just to have the nail tech take her friend. Asked me do I want to go to someone else, I said no and I'm not coming back. Worst place ever to hold appt. times. read more

Closest nail salon to Beacon. Been there a few times, had mani & pedi, they do a good job. Everyone is friendly and lots of space so didn't feel I was too close to anyone. Going to go back soon. read more

I am rating this establishment one star due to the poor customer service provided. I called a week inadvance to schedule my appointment for Friday in the afternoon. Upon showing up on Friday, one of the very rude disgusting nasty attendants told me that my appointment was the day prior ,and was informed that I was sent a confirmation link that I clicked on confirming my appointment. I never confirmed any appointment because when I clicked on the link the date and time did not display nor did I have the option to confirm anything. There was an error message, to which I showed him. After nicely explaining this, I was basically asked to leave the establishment because I did not have an appointment. I would never schedule an appointment for Thursday as I work from 8 AM to 8 PM. I've consistently had my appointment on the same day. Rather than try to use customer service to figure out a solution and see if I'd be available to come in later that day or later on in the week I was kicked out and asked to leave as I was sitting calmly. I was told that since I didn't have an appointment I need ed to leave immediately. They didn't even offer to assist me in rescheduling for a later date and time. I have never been so offended in my life nor I have never in my life been so disrespected by establishment. Please be cautious when getting services from here. In regards to the quality I would give it a C+ at best. I got my eyebrows done one time and barely had any left. My nails consistently break after one week. The only reason why I was going to this salon was because it was only three minutes away from my home. This incident definitely helped propel me to locate a better establishment to obtain services from. Hopefully they'll get better front desk staff as the past three months that I've been going they've been through three different people, and a jacked up computer system to maintain their appointments. Very disgusting Service and treatment towards customers. I am looking forward to the day when they close their doors for good. Thankfully Princess nails in Fishskill was able to fix the three broken nails and do a much better job on my eyebrows. read more

Absolutely terrible. I asked for a specific design on my nails, I showed them the picture of what I wanted and they said no and started to gaslight me into choosing a different design in which I didn't agree too. They continue to do my nails and the shape is bad. The color is wrong, and they completely disregarded what I wanted. They made me wait over 2 hours and over charged me on the simple design I wanted. Do not go to this establishment as they are rude, unprofessional, and arrogant. read more

Awful experience. I went to get my powder gel nails removed and sub for a regular manicure. The woman who had taken off the powder gel had me soak my actual nails in the actual acetone which is really not good for your skin. Then while using the drill to remove she was extremely rough. I've expressed pain physically and verbally and she did not seem to care. After powder gel was removed she cut my nails all the way down to the nub and unevenly and barely filed them before painting them. I did not get any nail cleaning spray or lotion before the paint and she had me sit under the dryer for nearly an hour before I had to ask if I was done. She did not bring my phone, wallet or jacket over with me when I was drying which made me feel uneasy. This was my first and likely last time coming to this nail salon. I left the nail salon with ashy hands, crooked nails, and polish outside of my nail beds. read more

Fantastic service and very clean ! Loved my mani pedi ! The one that was so good and so much better than the other's

I took my wife there for a mani/pedi and I decided to get a pedicure as well! I got this really attractive Latino female named Sardis. She put me at ease and did an amazing job. It turns out she had a cancelation that day and is always fully booked for weeks in advance. I can see why because she really pampered me for the time I was there. My wife had no complaints either so yes we will be going back probably next month. read more

Went to lucky nails two weeks ago had an acrylic fI'll. About a week ago I noticed my ring finger was dark under the nail so concerned I soaked the nail off only to find fungus on my nail!!! I've been getting my nails professionally done for over 20 years and this has never happened to me !! I went into lucky nails today to see if at the least they would give me a refund . Chi who I'm assuming is the boss looked at it and offered me a fungal cream at no cost to me ha and a 5 minute botch job manicure . The nail tech Johnny then told me it's not a fungus it's a stain lmao even though his boss just gave me fungal cream wtf!!??will not be back ladies beware obviously this place is dirty and they don't give a dam about there customers !!!!! read more

I live right up the street. It makes this place a Favorite by location. Sadly it continues to disappoint no matter how many times I give them a chance to do better. Let's start with the good- They have excellent COVID precautions in place. I wanted a mani/pedi they put my feet in a bath to soak the water was cold and after 50 minutes the girls started my pedicure. She was nice and did a good job. I feel the leadership of the salon needs to be better at helping their employees know what the customer wants. Sadly the V place that could have my business weekly will not. I'll try again in a few months... am a glutton for punishment or just e a bring thing to be the way I know they could? read more

This place is dirty and reeks of that nail chemical odor. The management is inflexible and uninformative. The powder manicure isn't a manicure at all, $40 JUST for color, same for gel. If you want your cuticles cut, lotion etc., like a manicure should be that's extra, but they failed to tell me this. The job the tech did was messy and thick. I was extremely unhappy. I requested a discount and they refused. I pressed and they refused further. Rude clientele bullied me for complaining about the poor service and work. Never again. read more

Let me start by saying if I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I simply walked in asking to get my acrylic nails taken off and then a regular gel manicure. They then gave me an un licensed manicurist. About two hours later this lady drilling my nails (and completely missing and getting my finger from time to time) , the acrylic STILL not off completely, I had to leave. I continued to tell them I would be back later to finish but I would not be paying for this awful job . The manger continued to yell at me telling me I had to pay full price for this terrible job. If you were looking to come to this salon DONT. Save you time and money. read more

I had an appointment at 10:30am. I was called and told to come at 11:00am instead. I showed up to the salon at 11:00am and wasn't sat in the chair to get my nails done until 12:48pm. I had to sit and wait over an hour and a half to get my nails done. Not only did I have to wait but the women who did my nails made very disrespectful comments towards me, rushed the service, and did a poor job. When I asked for her to fix them I was met with an attitude and told it what I was asking for was impossible. When I just simply asked for the paint job to be done neatly. If you are looking for quality service, a place that doesn't rush you and overlooks small things I would advise you to stay away from this business. To wait an hour and a half for a service and then receive absolutely horrible service met with an attitude, being rushed, and terrible attention to detail when paying your money towards an established is horrendous and unacceptable. The person who did my nails Chi overbooks her clients, shows up late, and does a poor job. read more

I have been going to this establishment for several years and yes in going to Lucky Nails with several years and I've seen the bad reviews and maybe I've just been looking at the time that I've gone there and think that's on my way but the last four times I've Monday my nails have been horrible I've had to have them re-done and today it was their error when they double booked me and made me want to me to wait for the next appointment they wouldn't even offer any type of accommodations because they made the era instead it you know they raise their voice at me him like I had no right to voice my displeasure and what they did I am very unhappy read more

I'm usually pretty generous when it comes to my reviews on certain places, but not anymore. I will never, and I repeat NEVER get my nails done at this salon again. The very first time I went, I made the mistake of not making an appointment for acrylic tips so my girlfriend and I ended up waiting for at LEAST 45 mins just for ONE of us to be seated. She had to wait about an extra 15 mins or so before she was seen as well so we were already annoyed by that. The second time we went, we thought we'd be smarter and make an appointment to avoid all of that waiting and have someone ready for us by the time we walked in. WRONG. I was told when I called prior that there would be 2 slots open for 1PM. We arrived on time and only ONE person was available to start my nails. And even she had to finish up her lunch which took at least 10 minutes of me just sitting there! My girlfriend yet AGAIN was left hanging and no one could give us a proper explanation as to why only one of us was getting started. It was infuriating. Bad enough the receptionist girl was like 17 years old and although polite, had no sense of satisfactory customer service whatsoever. I had to ask the lady working on me and the receptionist girl several times as to why my gf wasn't getting started and who was even supposed to be doing her set. All I got were lame excuses of "we're short staffed" and the man that was supposed to be doing my girl's nails had a client beforehand that required "extra care" to her nails, so WE had to suffer for that. It was ridiculous and not our problem that they didn't have more people working. I should've been told that on the phone when I made the appointment in the first place!! And ON TOP OF ALL THAT, the lady doing my acrylic set (I think her name was May) rushed through the process, half-assed certain steps and tried to distract me from that with silly compliments and small talk. I needed my brows done as well and she even rushed through that!! And then I believe she slipped a $5 tip for herself in with my total and I didn't realize until after I paid! And the icing on the cake was the fact that after only 2 days it looked like I needed a fill-in ALREADY. Overall I felt a lack of respect and that they just wanted to take my money without giving me quality work. 100% never giving this place my business ever again. Period. read more

Would not recommend. This is not the first time I've made an appointment for a specific nail technician and when I get there they try to pawn me off to someone else. I make appointments for two reasons 1) I have a job and need to work my day around things. 2) you know the quality will be okay. So when I get there and someone who doesn't have a nail appointment is telling the nail tech to give me to someone else and she asks me if anyone else can do it I have a problem with her wasting my time. So I will not waste my money there anymore. read more

Don't waste your time. I have given this place its last chance. Being that it's close to my house I have come here quite a few times. Regardless if I have an appointment or not, I wind up waiting close to an hour for my turn. They say 10-15 minutes and just leave me sitting and waiting and take multiple people ahead or me without saying a word. Even when it's finally my turn they often walk away to answer the phone or help someone else. The quality of nails is hit or miss depending on who I get. The artistry is below average.
