I went in once for an eyebrow wax and pedicure, and they messed up my eyebrows by taking way too much off. I hadn't gone back since then, but was in the area and needed a quick pedicure, so I tried again. I thought it would probably be okay if I didn't get an eyebrow wax. This was hands-down the best and most luxurious nail salon treatment I've ever experienced! I came with a large group of bridesmaids for a bachelorette weekend. Right away when we walked in, we were greeted by who I assume was the owner and handed ice-cold bottled water. The staff was extremely attentive and gave our large group ample time to look through the color books to select our desired styles. The salon is massive with at least 24 nail stations and 8 pedicure chairs and has every polish color imaginable in gel, regular, and dip powder. Great for groups! Kevin T. did a phenomenal job on my nails and took the time to painstakingly replicate a photo of a design that I brought in. He worked hard to ensure that I got what I wanted and was extremely kind and courteous. I wish I lived in the area so I could become a regular client of his!! The salon is beautiful, the service is top-rate, and the staff go out of their way to get every detail right -- from offering guests something to drink, to ensuring that you have the color and design you're looking for, to even heating all of their hand towels. Awful experience. I went to get my powder gel nails removed and sub for a regular manicure. The woman who had taken off the powder gel had me soak my actual nails in the actual acetone which is really not good for your skin. Then while using the drill to remove she was extremely rough. I've expressed pain physically and verbally and she did not seem to care. After powder gel was removed she cut my nails all the way down to the nub and unevenly and barely filed them before painting them. I did not get any nail cleaning spray or lotion before the paint and she had me sit under the dryer for nearly an hour before I had to ask if I was done. She did not bring my phone, wallet or jacket over with me when I was drying which made me feel uneasy. This was my first and likely last time coming to this nail salon. I am rating this establishment one star due to the poor customer service provided. I called a week inadvance to schedule my appointment for Friday in the afternoon. Upon showing up on Friday, one of the very rude disgusting nasty attendants told me that my appointment was the day prior ,and was informed that I was sent a confirmation link that I clicked on confirming my appointment. I never confirmed any appointment because when I clicked on the link the date and time did not display nor did I have the option to confirm anything. There was an error message, to which I showed him. After nicely explaining this, I was basically asked to leave the establishment because I did not have an appointment. I would never schedule an appointment for Thursday as I work from 8 AM to 8 PM. I've consistently had my appointment on the same day. Rather than try to use customer service to figure out a solution and see if I'd be available to come in later that day or later on in the week I was kicked out and asked to leave as I was sitting calmly. I was told that since I didn't have an appointment I need ed to leave immediately. They didn't even offer to assist me in rescheduling for a later date and time. I have never been so offended in my life nor I have never in my life been so disrespected by establishment. Please be cautious when getting services from here. In regards to the quality I would give it a C+ at best. I got my eyebrows done one time and barely had any left. My nails consistently break after one week. The only reason why I was going to this salon was because it was only three minutes away from my home. This incident definitely helped propel me to locate a better establishment to obtain services from. Hopefully they'll get better front desk staff as the past three months that I've been going they've been through three different people, and a jacked up computer system to maintain their appointments. Very disgusting Service and treatment towards customers. I am looking forward to the day when they close their doors for good. Not only did I have to wait but the women who did my nails made very disrespectful comments towards me, rushed the service, and did a poor job. When I asked for her to fix them I was met with an attitude and told it what I was asking for was impossible. When I just simply asked for the paint job to be done neatly. If you are looking for quality service, a place that doesn't rush you and overlooks small things I would advise you to stay away from this business. To wait an hour and a half for a service and then receive absolutely horrible service met with an attitude, being rushed, and terrible attention to detail when paying your money towards an established is horrendous and unacceptable. Let's start with the good- They have excellent COVID precautions in place. I wanted a mani/pedi they put my feet in a bath to soak the water was cold and after 50 minutes the girls started my pedicure. She was nice and did a good job. This place is dirty and reeks of that nail chemical odor. The management is inflexible and uninformative. The powder manicure isn't a manicure at all, $40 JUST for color, same for gel. The customer service I received today by the owner was way past poor. I'm a regular,came for eyebrow waxing. The owner was nasty towards me. When I spoke to him about it he refused to finish the service.His hands smelled terribly of cigarettes. I'd never recommend this shop. I'm usually pretty generous when it comes to my reviews on certain places, but not anymore. I will never, and I repeat NEVER get my nails done at this salon again. The very first time I went, I made the mistake of not making an appointment for acrylic tips so my girlfriend and I ended up waiting for at LEAST 45 mins just for ONE of us to be seated. She had to wait about an extra 15 mins or so before she was seen as well so we were already annoyed by that. The second time we went, we thought we'd be smarter and make an appointment to avoid all of that waiting and have someone ready for us by the time we walked in. WRONG. I was told when I called prior that there would be 2 slots open for 1PM. We arrived on time and only ONE person was available to start my nails. And even she had to finish up her lunch which took at least 10 minutes of me just sitting there! My girlfriend yet AGAIN was left hanging and no one could give us a proper explanation as to why only one of us was getting started. It was infuriating. Bad enough the receptionist girl was like 17 years old and although polite, had no sense of satisfactory customer service whatsoever. I had to ask the lady working on me and the receptionist girl several times as to why my gf wasn't getting started and who was even supposed to be doing her set. All I got were lame excuses of "we're short staffed" and the man that was supposed to be doing my girl's nails had a client beforehand that required "extra care" to her nails, so WE had to suffer for that. It was ridiculous and not our problem that they didn't have more people working. I should've been told that on the phone when I made the appointment in the first place!! And ON TOP OF ALL THAT, the lady doing my acrylic set (I think her name was May) rushed through the process, half-assed certain steps and tried to distract me from that with silly compliments and small talk. I needed my brows done as well and she even rushed through that!! And then I believe she slipped a $5 tip for herself in with my total and I didn't realize until after I paid! And the icing on the cake was the fact that after only 2 days it looked like I needed a fill-in ALREADY. Overall I felt a lack of respect and that they just wanted to take my money without giving me quality work. 100% never giving this place my business ever again. Period. read more

I make appointments for two reasons 1) I have a job and need to work my day around things. 2) you know the quality will be okay. Regardless if I have an appointment or not, I wind up waiting close to an hour for my turn. They say 10-15 minutes and just leave me sitting and waiting and take multiple people ahead or me without saying a word. Even when it's finally my turn they often walk away to answer the phone or help someone else. The quality of nails is hit or miss depending on who I get. The artistry is below average.
