I liked it for me but my daughter didn't fare to well. I kept telling her to speak up like I did. The woman started messing up and then I told the woman what I expected and she started over on some nails. The woman almost let me walk out with uneven nails until I started pointing out the flaws. I was trying to tell my daughter to speak up, but she wouldn't. Anyway, one and done here. Everyone was still nice and professional. Used their br and the overall experience was a 4 out of 5. I called a day ahead to make an appointment for a fill at four PM for my daughter. When I called they did not even ask for my name, when I tried to continue they had already hung up. We walked into the salon about twenty minutes early and it was clearly packed. Notified one of the workers and was told to just go sit. These people clearly do not value appointments before walk-ins AT ALL. We eventually walked out twenty minutes after the appointment was supposed to happen because there was no chance she would have gotten her nails done before closing. I will never in my life go here and support this "business" again and highly recommend to anyone reading this to go here at your own risk. read more

I requested an acrylic fill with gel polish and a cut down. It had been 3 weeks since my last fill, so I had a little more nail bed growth (which is not uncommon). The nail tech removed the polish and acrylic from my right hand with the electric file, then stated "You need a full set. Been too long." I advised I was on my lunch break, did not have time for a full set, and had not planned to spend that amount today. I only wanted a fill. Her body language changed. The nail tech started on my left hand, and said again with what I perceived to be an annoyed tone, "You need a full set." I had the same response. The nail tech then said "Well I can't do it if you're not getting a full set." Taken aback by this response, I simply stated they've lost my business forever. Doesn't seem legit to force customers into a service they didn't request, no was planning to pay for! I will never visit this establishment again. read more

This was my first and last visit ever I was in and out for a pedicure and a gel manicure in 40 minutes with no cuticles pushed back or cut and then the lady after painting my fingernails after I told her about my cuticles starts cutting them and removed half of the paint. I've been going to this Salon for about 5 years now to get my eyebrows done. On this particular day the person that usually does my eyebrows was off. I was desperate so I told Eric that I just need someone to do them. He said it would be a half hour. An hour and 20 mins later after one of the lady's we're done helping another customer she decided that she didn't want to do my eyebrows because she thinks she would mess them up. I'm ok with honestly but they could have told me that OVER AN HOUR AGO! So RUDE and a TOTAL WASTE OF MY TIME. I love Ruby who does my eyebrows but I'm never spending a penny there again. I took my daughter to Lucky Nails yesterday and was high unsatisfied and disappointed. Their sign in the window says satisfaction guaranteed. What a load of crap. I paid 44 for a full set (French manicure). First of all you can see her nails underneath the fake nail. They did not paint the nails correctly and just eyeballed the nail size. HORRIBLE JOB!! If this review was for Tracy who works there I'd give her 5 stars!!! Since it isn't, it gets 2! The other technicians customer service BLOWS... they love to push what they want to do on you and not listen to what you want done... to the point where it's almost an argument! And they always talk their language about you! Tracy is professional and listens to what you want and delivers excellent customer service! Tracy is currently out on vacation and I needed my nails done so I went there and the tech was trying to put powder acrylics on me when I ONLY do gel polish... I CAN NOT HAVE FAKE NAILS ON AT MY WORK! I told her this and she told me my nails will break in 2 days! The polish job she gave me is horrible and bumpy I'll be going back in there when Tracy comes back and have her fix them! read more

I have gone to lucky nails a few times and every time I get cut. I ask for a different shape nails and the lady had no clue what I meant, I even showed a picture. I have showed them a design I'd like to have and they either cant do it or it looks nothing like it. I have never had a good experience with this nail salon. read more
