I liked it for me but my daughter didn't fare to well. I kept telling her to speak up like I did. The woman started messing up and then I told the woman what I expected and she started over on some nails. The woman almost let me walk out with uneven nails until I started pointing out the flaws. I was trying to tell my daughter to speak up, but she wouldn't. Anyway, one and done here. Everyone was still nice and professional. Used their br and the overall experience was a 4 out of 5. Nails 2.5 out of 5. Hit or miss. read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON!! I wish I didn't have to give it a star. It's not worth it. I went to this salon multiple times trying to make it work. It was convenient to where I live. But I will not EVER go back into this salon! The workers are rude and their quality of service is poor. If you make an appointment they do not honor it. They do not provide up to date styles. So if you like being mistreated and paying for it this is your place. I will no longer pay for bad service read more

By far the worse nail shop ever . I thought I was paying them to do a service and they feel like they paying you to walk through the doors. Waited a hour to not be seen, everyone seem to look stupid when you say hey who can assist me. They pick and choose who they clients will be and are very racist. Not happy with them. They always seem upset when asked even a question. Yall don't really do great nails or feet however it was the convenience of being close by. Lucky nails should be the worse luck ever. Enjoy imma try my luck elsewhere read more

Rushed thru service, nails peeled next day and it was gel polish so it shouldn't. Didn't do the massage...horrible

No real calf massage done we were in and out in 20 minutes. Crazy to pay that kind of money and of course they laughed and spoke to each other never asking me or my friends what we wanted. Used no lotion no warm towels. Will not come back read more

This is the worst nail salon in the area. The employees are unpleasant and rude to thier customers. I arrived at 5:40 to get a pedicure and refill. I was told they didn't have time and to come back tomorrow They don't close until 7pm and there were four people working with Noone else waiting. This was my second bad experience there. read more

Horrible work. Not worth even 1 star. Would not waste my time or money there again. Technician more interested in the tv and her iPad. Never even touch cuticles got nail polish all over never wiped. read more

Lucky Nails - Horrible job, done in 10 minutes, cuticles left a mess, nail polish on cuticles. - Nail Salons Near Me - Camden, Delaware

Was charged $33 for a 15-20 min pedicure including toe nail polish. If I could leave less than one star I would. This is all with an appointment. Also she only scrubbed the tops of my feet and ankles, what happened to the calves? 0/10 would not recommend read more

These women out do themselves EVERY SINGLE TIME!! I literally love these nails and I only asked for the color. She did it all by herself, hand drawn design and just did truly amazing. I will be going back here every single time read more

I called a day ahead to make an appointment for a fill at four PM for my daughter. When I called they did not even ask for my name, when I tried to continue they had already hung up. We walked into the salon about twenty minutes early and it was clearly packed. Notified one of the workers and was told to just go sit. These people clearly do not value appointments before walk-ins AT ALL. We eventually walked out twenty minutes after the appointment was supposed to happen because there was no chance she would have gotten her nails done before closing. I will never in my life go here and support this "business" again and highly recommend to anyone reading this to go here at your own risk. read more

Well I will agree with the rude. They are far from friendly and the lady didn't even say "thank you" when I handed her the tip. She did do a nice job though. read more

DO NOT GO HERE! and the i asked if Tracey was there and they said no. found out she started working at Lana Nails instead. they still took me and started calling me fat, monkey, and ugly in their own language (they over charge for something that looks like i can do myself). no wonder why Tracey left. read more

I requested an acrylic fill with gel polish and a cut down. It had been 3 weeks since my last fill, so I had a little more nail bed growth (which is not uncommon). The nail tech removed the polish and acrylic from my right hand with the electric file, then stated "You need a full set. Been too long." I advised I was on my lunch break, did not have time for a full set, and had not planned to spend that amount today. I only wanted a fill. Her body language changed. The nail tech started on my left hand, and said again with what I perceived to be an annoyed tone, "You need a full set." I had the same response. The nail tech then said "Well I can't do it if you're not getting a full set." Taken aback by this response, I simply stated they've lost my business forever. Doesn't seem legit to force customers into a service they didn't request, no was planning to pay for! I will never visit this establishment again. read more

Worst salon ever they do not listen to you at all. The person I had wanted to do her own thing and I paid 62.00 for a crappy pedicure and refuse to have her complete my nails read more

I will NEVER EVER RETURN HERE! This was my first and last visit ever I was in and out for a pedicure and a gel manicure in 40 minutes with no cuticles pushed back or cut and then the lady after painting my fingernails after I told her about my cuticles starts cutting them and removed half of the paint. When I say to redo them they all start speaking a different language and didn't fix anything! I am truly disgusted at this place and will NEVER be back! read more

Terrible service, rude and disgusting service. My nails look like gross after 20 mins never going back besides it's for a refund. The lady who did my nails yelled at me to pay before she even painted them ! read more

Came here from the recommendation of a friend. As soon as they opened, we were here. The lady that I had rushed and was rough. My coffin shaped nails are crooked and paint is on my skin. My friend had a tech that was slow! She finished a whole 20 minutes after me. Definitely missing my nail tech in Maryland right about now. read more

I've been going to this Salon for about 5 years now to get my eyebrows done. On this particular day the person that usually does my eyebrows was off. I was desperate so I told Eric that I just need someone to do them. He said it would be a half hour. An hour and 20 mins later after one of the lady's we're done helping another customer she decided that she didn't want to do my eyebrows because she thinks she would mess them up. I'm ok with honestly but they could have told me that OVER AN HOUR AGO! So RUDE and a TOTAL WASTE OF MY TIME. I love Ruby who does my eyebrows but I'm never spending a penny there again. Definitely will not recommend. They can't do nails and only one person can do eyebrows. I'm PISSED read more

I took my daughter to Lucky Nails yesterday and was high unsatisfied and disappointed. Their sign in the window says satisfaction guaranteed. What a load of crap. I paid 44 for a full set (French manicure). First of all you can see her nails underneath the fake nail. They did not paint the nails correctly and just eyeballed the nail size. HORRIBLE JOB!! Do not go here they have horrible work ethic. read more

they are so rude. I would not recommend anyone to go here. I went to get my eyebrows done and the lady told me my eyebrows looked bad and that they aren't going to be fixed ever and she kept on bashing them. I am here to get them fixed so why make me feel bad about it? the owner is rude as well and always has an attitude. my nails came out terrible, the shaping was a disgrace. do not come here!!! Go to lana nails if you want good quality nails. read more

the lady who did my nails did not accept a picture refernce, was also rude and didn't clean up my nails before i got them done. save your money and dont go there!!! read more

Amy has been doing my mani and pedi for 14 years; she is great!

If this review was for Tracy who works there I'd give her 5 stars!!! Since it isn't, it gets 2! The other technicians customer service BLOWS... they love to push what they want to do on you and not listen to what you want done... to the point where it's almost an argument! And they always talk their language about you! Tracy is professional and listens to what you want and delivers excellent customer service! Tracy is currently out on vacation and I needed my nails done so I went there and the tech was trying to put powder acrylics on me when I ONLY do gel polish... I CAN NOT HAVE FAKE NAILS ON AT MY WORK! I told her this and she told me my nails will break in 2 days! The polish job she gave me is horrible and bumpy I'll be going back in there when Tracy comes back and have her fix them! read more

I have gone to lucky nails a few times and every time I get cut. I ask for a different shape nails and the lady had no clue what I meant, I even showed a picture. I have showed them a design I'd like to have and they either cant do it or it looks nothing like it. I have never had a good experience with this nail salon. read more

Amy is great! Been going to her for probably two years now. She takes her time and does a great job.
