She barely rubbed my feet. My nails already look like I need to have them redone. They look like I've had the polish on over a wk and you can see a gap between polish and end of nail bed like my nails grew out. She barely cut my cuticles even though I told her multiple times to cut more. After she was done she left so I had to ask the owner to please cut my cuticles more. She did and told me yeah the other lady was tired. She's been there all day but of course they still charged me full price. This place is not very clean. It was dirty, messy and they don't use tub liners on pedicure tubs. There were stains on the carpet. I made an appt for 2 at 415. They finally got me started at 430 but the other person I took with me didn't get started until almost 5 so we couldn't talk much and then I had to wait 30 min for her to be done. Won't be going back. Upset I paid $80 for this now I need to pay more to get it redone.

There are two rows of people packed closely together in a line so the noise is cacophonous. My nails were not as long as they would have been had I planned to get a manicure, however I would have been satisfied with a slightly stubby looking solid application. Unfortunately, my polish was not applied smoothly so the final result looked like a child did it. Certainly not with the $35 I paid. It was also so far from my cuticles it looked like it was already two weeks grown out. While I appreciate the desire not to paint my skin, the end result was not a professional look.
