Rough work, no attention to detail. Only 2 coats was applied and it Chipped in less than 5days.

The lady I had wasn't the owner not sure of her name. She kept saying she was tired and it definitely showed in my mani/pedi! I need a pedicure to fix my pedicure. My toes look bad. She barely rubbed my feet. My nails already look like I need to have them redone. They look like I've had the polish on over a wk and you can see a gap between polish and end of nail bed like my nails grew out. She barely cut my cuticles even though I told her multiple times to cut more. After she was done she left so I had to ask the owner to please cut my cuticles more. She did and told me yeah the other lady was tired. She's been there all day but of course they still charged me full price. This place is not very clean. It was dirty, messy and they don't use tub liners on pedicure tubs. There were stains on the carpet. I made an appt for 2 at 415. They finally got me started at 430 but the other person I took with me didn't get started until almost 5 so we couldn't talk much and then I had to wait 30 min for her to be done. Won't be going back. Upset I paid $80 for this now I need to pay more to get it redone. read more

I got a manicure there today for the first time, and I could not be happier. I absolutely love the way they came out, and the atmosphere and customer service was great! Betu helped me narrow down a color when I said I was thinking maybe a purple. I told her I wanted a design but had no idea what. She asked if she could do what she wanted and I said sure - so happy I did!! I highly recommend her and literally can't wait to go again. (That's coming from someone who rarely gets a manicure.) read more

Today was my first time at Betu Nails, and what an amazing experience it was. I was promptly notified of a cancellation today and was able to get my appointment from next week moved up. I very much appreciated that accommodation. Betu made sure I was comfortable and happy throughout the entire process. The atmosphere is nice there, and she seems to love what she does! She was pleased to fulfill my request for multiple polishes and designs. I appreciate the love that went into my mani-pedi today and I left as a very satisfied new client. Betu will definitely be seeing me again very soon...and if you are thinking of trying her out...DO IT! She's truly the best read more

If you don't want to worry about getting your nails done and leaving unhappy, then this is where to go. They know their clients by name, and always deliver excellent service. The most important thing to this business is customer satisfaction. Polite and courteous employees and the owner is just as hard working as the staff. I recommend going here. read more

Had a male tech whose station was at the front of the salon. Got a gel manicure. Did a very good job painting my nails but rest of manicure was not memorable. Didn't spend much time preparing them to paint, trimmed cuticles a little too much. Would go back if no other options and I needed a manicure only. Salon was also not clean and I had to ask him to sanitize the tools. Didn't look like they had been. read more

After that picture and the next day they started to come off and then I went back and they fixed them but I still had to pay for them to fix them for each nail. I was very careful since it was first time I didn't want to break any nail or anything but I pick something up or just be touching my fingers and I seen that they were starting to lift. After I had got them fixed and wasted my money I never went there again. read more

Well, there were four of us ready to get our nails done. After reading Yelp reviews and finding other positive reviews online, I thought the close proximity of the salon would be an advantage for us. Upon entering, the salon is small and a bit cramped. The lady doing someone's nails asked what we needed done. After responding, she said pick your color. While selecting our colors, I asked how long we had to wait. There was no response. I went back to the front of the store where a teenager was sitting and spoke to her to find out she was waiting to get her nails done. There were three other techs doing pedicures. We quickly decided to leave. I said we could return later but there was no recognition/response. I will not return and I will not return to this salon. read more

Not a clean place. Constantly tells customers about fungus. Buyer beware. The pedicure stations are only sanitized once a week. Be careful where you put your feet. read more

I recently moved to Delaware after living in Staten Island for 40 years. This salon had high ratings and is near my home. I needed a gel manicure badly so I decided to give this place a try. I am very happy with my choice to visit this salon. My nails look great and I will definitely return in the future. Thank you Be Tu! read more

Been coming here off and on for some years and the staff stays the same; a happy bunch. The salon is often full, so it's popular. The gel manicures work great--stay on 2 weeks, you can get a spa pedicure with pumice, smoothing calluses, leg and foot massage, and massaging chair. Eyebrow waxing, leg waxing, other waxing available. I had an eyebrow wax, nice job. Prices are reasonable. read more

If I could rate it 0 I would. I called the morning of to set up an appointment, for two gel sets and one full set. I repeated it multiple times because I already know 3 people is a lot to schedule at once. She said it back to me and said that they could take us. We get there, the women had two gel sets down for our appointment and no full set. Then told me to come back 5 hours later for the full set and tried to tell me that the gel sets would have to wait a little while when there was no one in there at all. Only one customer. So then I tried to work with her and get my full set done at the same time because it WAS MY BIRTHDAY and she refused to even try to work with me and told me either come back later or nothing at all because they were "booked out"????!!!!! No way they were booked with no one in there getting anything done, the workers were simply just sitting around doing nothing. Then the women walked away from me while I was still trying to get a time for me to come get my full set and didn't return to finish the conversation. Just went into the back and didn't come back out. I am completely disgusted with this customer service and would not recommend for anyone to go to. Ever. 0/10 workers read more

I have been going to Betu's for years. And very pleased with the service. A year and a half ago I was going on a cruise and had been battling severe eczema which destroyed my finger and toenails. I was so embarrassed. My daughter spoke to Betu and she told her they could can help. It has been a year and a half and my hails are very healthy. THANK YOU BETU AND YOUR STAFF! read more

Completely and utterly upset. When I got my gel set I was advised they are so much easier to take off than acrylic. I guess they sold me on a gel set over the acrylic because it is More expensive. I was told lies. I return to get my nails removed and was told they remove the gel nail by ripping it off which can thin and ruin your nail. You cannot soak them off. I asked about this before I get them done and was not told the truth. I will not be getting my nails done here again. There is nothing worse than being dishonest. I will take them off myself. This unassuming nail salon, in a tiny plaza next to a restaurant, is like finding an old friend who you didn't know. Betu is absolutely delightful. Even though I was one of the last customers of the evening, she was unhurried and genuinely seemed delighted I was there. To top it off, she gave me wonderful French tip gels which look lovely, and seem freshly done even at a week old. I will most definitely return. read more

I went to this salon to get my nails and toes done. They did an amazing job and were very friendly. At the end, they charged me a huge amount of money. It didnt match the prices listed in the menu. And it was almost $40 more than I have paid for the same thing at other local salons. read more

I've been to a lot of nail salons in and around Dover - this is by far the best. Betu does a perfect job with my solar gel. My nails look naturally long. Spa Pedicure - oh my goodness a stress buster. Brows - perfect. You will see many salons with lots of positive reviews. Trust me when I say, they were not written by the customers. In and around Dover, there are far too many "bad" salons, and this is not one of them. It is truly the best in Dover. read more

First and only time here.. loved It in the beginning very personable employees. We had 4 people total 3 pedicures and one nail painting (toes) for a 7 year. 7 year old was up first, while we waited and waited (Friday night so understandable).. the person doing them looked like she was in training so we said again just a nail painting nothing else. It was takin forever but as i said she looked like she was training so no big deal. My 12 year old got her pedicure, all good chatting with her person and even asked how old she was... then it's time to pay $25 dollars for the 7 year olds toes to be painted !!! Uhhh what? We said nail painting only. Their excuse was "well we asked her what she wanted". We explained that that is not what we wanted and should have been asked first. The Owners response "ok we will take It all off and start over just paint" uhhhhh ok more waste of time and money. Then because we refused to pay the $25 for the design she starts accusing us about lying about the 12 year olds age even thou It had been asked while getting them done and we didn't even know about the 12 and under special. Will not return !! read more

Such a wonderful spa pedicure! A little pricey-- $55-- but I arrived at 1:30 and was finished at 3 so I feel like I got good value. Nicest massage chairs on the planet, I'm sure, and friendly staff. Clean and seemed very sanitary. I'll go back for sure! read more

Have been going here for months now and love it, Ty is wonderful at gel manicures. Every time I step inside the salon he's always the first to greet me. After the second time going he remembered my name, which is always that's extra touch. They have a good selection of polishes and Ty is a perfectionist when it come to nails. The only downside to that is he normally running a few minutes behind. I always give myself at least an hour and fifteen to be there. The salon also does great eyebrow waxing and you are done in literally 3 minutes. Always make an appointment, especially if you want Ty or Betu. If you forget, There is always at least one person who can take walk ins but it's sometimes a hit or miss. Needless to say, best salon I've found in Dover. read more
