I wish I had found this place when it opened because it is the best place in Smyrna/Clayton! My nail tech's name was Scott and he did a great job. He put me onto liquid gel and I prefer it 100x more than acrylic. They are a little pricey but I didn't feel cheated lol, Scott did a great job! Compared to other salons, the service was fast, staff was friendly, the pedicure was worth it, and I now have a new favorite place to get my nails done!

Very rude, and unprofessional! I made an appointment for my nails over 2 months in advance. I also have screenshots of the Facebook messenger conversation to prove I asked for a specific day and time. Got a call today from a rude woman asking why I was running late. I was confused and asked what she was talking about, my appointment is for a few days from now. First she accused me of being wrong, so I pulled up the messenger convo and sure enough I was correct. Then her story switched to well then you should have called me yesterday when you recieved the message reminder and how she is booked a month out. Its MY fault for not noticing the error in the reminder and that she can't help me now. So I ask if she's booked out a month in advance, how is one extra day notice going to help the situation... she muttered about figuring something out if she knew. She just started saying IF this was their fault sorry but nothing can be done. No IF about it, it is 100% their fault and it's incredibly rude to just tell me to pound sand. She didn't even try to figure out another day or time to help me out just told me tough luck. I have a special event to attend and no time to find a new appointment. I had heard such good things about this place, but I can't say I ever plan on returning after this.

Hands down the BEST nail salon in Smyrna. I had gone to some other salon in the area for years, but after months of no customer loyalty combined with seriously degraded workmanship I decided to try someplace new. Well, BB Nails was just what I was looking for. Trina and her staff are professional, courteous, sweet, and above all else- experts at their craft! I have not one single complaint about Trina and her salon. She listens to my concerns and my desires when it comes to my nails and does everything in her power to make them a reality. Thank you Trina! In a time where other salons are busy using their "loyal customers" in an attempt to bash and degrade other competing salons, you and your staff have kept it professional, classy, and relaxing in your establishment! I won't go ANYWHERE else!

Today was my first nail appointment the technician Mai did exactly as requested on my French Gel Manicure. It looks beautiful! I moved to Smyrna 3 years ago from Middletown and continued to travel to the salon I patronized for almost 20 years. However, it was time to try a new nail salon. The salon is clean and a staff technician greeted me as I entered. I did have an appointment as my daughter who recommended suggested. My technician was ready at my scheduled time. read more

Clean nail salon and my manicure looks good. Everyone seemed nice, but the employees conversed in a different language the entire time which I felt was unprofessional. Another technician was on a personal phone call while doing another customer's nails and the customer seemed uncomfortable. read more

first time getting my nails done at this place was a bad experience one of the workers barely wanted to do her job. And I decided to give them another chance today and the service was even worse one of the lady's tried to cause a scene and make it seem like they could not take the gel off of my nails. And she was saying slick remarks .The vibe was horrible today. This business will not be getting any more money from me. But the actual person that was doing my nails was a guy and he was very rough! read more

LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS SALON! Amazing staff, beautiful clean environment, and soooooo many choices. I got cat eye polish for the first time and it is so awesome. I just want to say BB NAILS in Smyrna is highly unprofessional and I will never be going back , my nail tech I was seeing messaged me about getting surgery and I have not seen her in 5 weeks so I was going somewhere else , not knowing my schedule appointments still existed and I never recieved a txt reminder for my appt with that being said I had to cancel my appointment the day of which I felt really bad doing , then to receive a txt from the owner saying I need to pay a $20 fee for " no call no show " but yet I notified them I was not going to my appointment, so I txted my nail tech saying I was giving her $20 if she wanted it but not giving it to the business and I received a nasty txt which later she told my mom at her appointment that it wasn't her who txted back it was the owner. Then also get told from my friend the owner was talking shit on me and messaging her about me not paying the $20 and then they added a " last minute cancellation fee " since I clearly txted I couldn't make it to my appt. my mom cancelled her appts due to unprofessionalism and called her 11x today Bc she had an " appt " and recieved a nasty txt about it I'll post them down below read more

Scott is THE BEST!!!! We will literally not see anyone but him. He suggested the gel fill which I did and let me tell you AMAZING. He is so funny and even though this is our second time here he remembered exactly who we are remembered our past conversations sang for us lol. I highly highly recommend this place to everyone ! read more

Others were waiting when I got there, including two ladies who actually left and came back. Angie was very nice and my nails looked good. The second time I waited more than half hour and after my wait, Angie asked if the man working there could do my nails instead. I replied I requested her so would wait. He was visibly frustrated. Ridiculous. My appointment was specifically scheduled with her, and if I chose to wait, that shouldn't be an issue. She finally did my nails and when time to check out told me a different price, $10 higher than previously charged for dip. I questioned it, and she said I chose a more expensive dip powder. I said there are no prices on the nail samples, so she said because the additional charge wasn't listed she would only charge me $5 extra. Ummm ok :( I should have stopped at that time, but I went back and made sure I asked about the nail color price first! This time the dip was a mess. She was struggling and complaining about it. It was also putting me on edge because she was so frustrated. I finally said is there something wrong with the polish or powder. She said no, but was still struggling with it and continually trying to fix it throughout the process. After my nails were done she said something was wrong with it and slammed it in the trash. I was concerned it wouldn't last so asked if she would redo them with a new powder, especially since there was something wrong with the other one. She said they were fine and blew me off. She still charged full price which I thought was crazy after that experience. My nail color started chipping in two days. I will never go back. While they have been there a long time and some people are pleased, I agree with another customer who said the atmosphere was not welcoming. I did not feel valued as a customer.

This is my third time coming to this nail salon, the first time I came I really enjoyed it. The last two times I had a nail technician who was an older women, who was nice but did not do a good job on my services. I asked for a pedicure and she took only 10 minutes for the service. Didn't push back my cuticles and when she went to clean the bottom of my foot with the brush, she just looked at my feet and didn't use it. She didn't massage my legs; and kept coughing with out coving her mouth. The last time I asked for a pedicure and gel manicure, yet again she rushed through my service and I waited over an hour, for someone to ask me what I was getting!!! For my gel manicure she didn't use the oil to push back my cuticles, nor did she cut my cuticles . ( she was also rushing cause there was a ton of customers waiting) when she painted my nails with the gel polish she went over my cuticles, and didn't use enough polish, I can see through my polish, and not to mention the bottom of my nails ( where my cuticles are) are already lifting and I haven't even been home for more then 5 minutes. She also charged me $55.00 for my gel manicure and pedicure, which look horrible!!!! I don't understand why i got charged so much for such a horrible service. I will not be returning to this nail salon as much as I love how clean it is, the wait was insane and for no one to knowledge me !! And to also having a horrible nail technician , who clearly needs more practice on how to properly do a gel manicure- pedicure. Also to charge someone a ridiculous price for a horrible service!! You no long have my business, and I'll make sure to tell my friends about my experience with the salon. read more
