I told her exactly what I wanted and the communication was excellent. I came back to pick Hendrix up from daycare and he was beautifully groomed and tired from running all day. It was GREAT! :). If your dog is a member of the daycare, they just add her bill to your overall bill. It was just so easy. Unlike the ear test from Maryland Mobile, 3 days later and there is NO EAR WAX. Melissa actually cleaned his ears and didn't just say she did. And he smells AMAZING! It's been a while since his fur looked so shiny. I feel I can trust my pup with her.

VS Doggy Treats came up in the search and I immediately went to the website after reading the rave review. The adorable website let me know this homemade dog treat business was created by two middle school entrepreneurs. Say no more and take my money! I found their Facebook page and immediately joined. Within an hour, I'd been approved and had messaged their mom to inquire about picking up an order this morning before I took the pup back to her house. They accommodated my last minute request quickly. I was able to meet the kids and their mom when I picked up my order and they could not have been a kinder, more appreciative family. I'm definitely promoting them to everyone!! Please continue to support this small business, especially since it was started by some of our nations future leaders! Their prices are beyond reasonable too! You won't be disappointed.

I relocated to Maryland from MA. I had an established vet in MA, and took my two cats in for a…read morewellness exam and vaccines back in June before the move - everything looked good, and the kids were ready to travel. As a frame of reference, I wasn't terribly happy with several visits I had with my old vet, for a chronically ill cat I had to say goodbye to on Memorial Day. What I'm getting at is that I was dreading finding a new vet, and praying I'd stumble on someone I felt I could trust. With all that said, I had it in my mind to do some research on local vets when my sweet girl Pearl lost her voice. I booked an appointment at Claws 'n Paws because they were close to our apartment and I wanted to limit travel time. I booked the appointment thinking I could watch her over a day or so, but when I noticed she was not only mute but also breathing fast, I called back and they squeezed me in for an appointment literally minutes after I called. I am a nurse, so I have an understanding of medical terminology as it relates to humans, but don't know how to translate it to cats - and Dr. Singh was wonderful, and understanding, and used language I could make sense of to understand what was actually happening. Unfortunately it wasn't that Pearl had just lost her voice - Dr. Singh discovered a mass in her belly on her physical exam, and after abdominal imaging we found it to be about 5cm big. He showed me the images, reviewed the labs in depth with me, and we talked frankly about a plan for her. We booked emergent surgery for less than 36 hours later, but the mass was too large, and Pearl declined rapidly overnight, requiring an ER visit and a very hard and painful goodbye. Everyone in the office was compassionate and kind. I was nervous finding a new vet for the kids, but when I came out of the visit with the news of the mass, I was an absolute mess. The technician behind the desk (I don't remember her name because I was obviously upset) was also the one who got us the quick appointment, and when I came out she gave me a comforting hug. She and her colleagues were so kind, and I never felt a shred of doubt about the plan we had in place. Pearl left behind a brother Earl, and I will absolutely be bringing him to Claws'n Paws when he is due for his exam. If you're looking for a new vet or have relocated as we did, please consider this office. I don't regret it for a second.

We were able to get an appointment right away and everyone there, from the receptionist to the vet tech to Dr. Singh were absolutely lovely. I was hoping that our dog had just cut her paw or pulled a nail or something relatively minor. Sadly, that was not the case and it looks like she's going to need surgery. For that, we'll take her in to our regular vet. I was so pleased with my experience, I'm seriously considering if we want to switch our regular vet. I highly recommend!

Second, when I smell her she doesn't smell like shampoo or anything pleasant at all. In fact, she smelled like cigarettes and I KNOW FOR A FACT it didn't come from my place because I despise smoking. Third, she hooked herself up to my house and used my electricity instead of a generator and charged me full price for it when she was using MY electricity AND without permission. Fourth, something must've happened during the grooming session because I see my dogs fur everywhere outside my house. Was she shaving my dogs fur outside the truck? If so, why? They normally do it inside the truck. She also did not clean up after herself very well and left me a mess to clean up so my second dog (a 3 month husky) does not come by and eat it up. Fifth, before I scheduled the appointment with her I asked for the pricing. She told me it would be $50. After the grooming is complete she charged me $60. Lastly, she hurt my dog to the point where she was bleeding under her arm and she didn't even bring this to my attention!! There is now a scab the size of a quarter under my dogs arm. I uploaded a photo. I'm very displeased with this service and I'm NEVER going back nor will I ever recommend her to someone else. DONT MAKE THE MISTAKE I DID. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
