Nearly every complaint is met with the same pattern: it's always the customer's fault, or she claims there's "no account under that name," implying the reviewer must have the wrong business. Instead of addressing legitimate concerns, she dismisses them and questions customers' credibility. Customer service starts with accountability, and unfortunately that was completely lacking here. Given the number of reviews describing the same experience, it's difficult to believe they're all mistaken, but I genuinely hope the dogs of Baltimore end up in places where both they and their owners are treated with respect.

We work long hours and were wary about scheduling walks with a service, but Kaitlyn from Luv My Pet has been so patient and loving with our guy (even though he sometimes barks at her), and their daily walks have really helped to socialize him. She even gets him to cuddle with her on occasion! We get a text message from Kaitlyn every day after their walk to let us know how he did, and sometimes we get pictures. Scheduling is so easy and convenient. We just email Jeff our schedule every month, he immediately sends us an invoice, and we pay online -- including a tip for Kaitlyn. Whenever something comes up, like if my work schedule suddenly changes or I stay home sick, I just text Kaitlyn to let her know. We first took Winston in for a test run for a couple of hours to see how he would do and Eric and the Mollys team were so helpful and genuinely honest about Winston's experience! When we took Winston to Molly's the day he needed to be there, Winston was less fearful and calmer. It was also nice that we could check in on him through their dog camera. It was so great to see someone always watching over the dogs and letting some dogs take breaks if needed. The space itself is so clean and the welcome area is bright and fun. I love the mural they have as well. I will absolutely use Mollys again! The care and attention that they put into watching your pup is a gift!
