They are rude. I visited this location and waited for 3 peoples order to get taken fixed and given. When I get tot they counter a door dash comes in front of me and I told him I was next. I place my order and she ignores me and helps the DoorDash person. I was there at least 10 minutes. I asked her why would she skip me after I waited patiently, she said that is their policy. My go to is their prawns chow mein, they serve a massive portion of noodles and a good amount of shrimp. I always get the fried rice for my mom which she loves. Love the food, fantastic portions especially for the price - they give you exactly what you paid for and fast, efficient service. I love the staff. Lucky is like 4 steps down from a Panda Express (and I like Panda) but since you can't find a Panda Express in these parts, Lucky Express is edible but only if you're really desperate for cheap mediocre fried Chinese food that you will regret afterwards, making you wish you had stopped at the Food Co. next door for some prune juice.
