The menu is typical fast casual Chinese, I've had some of the best cream cheese Rangoons and salt and pepper chicken here. Their war wonton soup is delicious and perfect for the cold. My go to is their prawns chow mein, they serve a massive portion of noodles and a good amount of shrimp. I always get the fried rice for my mom which she loves. Love the food, fantastic portions especially for the price - they give you exactly what you paid for and fast, efficient service. I love the staff. I've been a regular for a few years now and they always slide me extra crab Rangoons or egg rolls. Little stuff like that, on top of the good food, keep me coming back. Lucky is like 4 steps down from a Panda Express (and I like Panda) but since you can't find a Panda Express in these parts, Lucky Express is edible but only if you're really desperate for cheap mediocre fried Chinese food that you will regret afterwards, making you wish you had stopped at the Food Co. next door for some prune juice.
