A fellow customer had this one in his cart with the price of $399 (we actually helped each other put them in each other's carts). When I got to the checkout it rang up $449. The cashier told the manager that was the wrong price. The fellow customer a few lanes over had the same issue. Rang up $449. HE got HIS AC for $399, but- because my box didn't have a sticker- I was told I could either pay $449, or return it and go to Lowes. The manager actually said that to me: "yea, sounds like a good idea. Go to Lowe's." I was shocked! Never experienced customer service where the guy in the next lane pays one price and I pay another. The employee gestured that I needed to call corporate. In the pics, you'll see the SKU on the price on the box the fellow customer had matches the SKU on my return receipt. INSANE! Any other Ocean State. We have like ten around here. That lady should not be in a managerial position. She was rude, dismissive, WRONG, and about 3 days past due her shower/laundry rotation. DO BETTER OCEAN STATE. I went to Lowe's and will never support your business again.

So we look over and we see no customers waiting to cash out or anything. Talk about micro management.. why can't see relax her feet when no one is around?? Is it any skin off this man's back? I worked in a fast paced factory setting and an American Eagle store before and it wasn't that serious. I don't know who or what this man's role is but if he really didn't want an employee to be comfortable at work then he should've assigned her something else to do while she waited for customers. I've seen this cashier work there before and she is friendly and works so I really don't know what this man's problem was. Oh and also, I was shopping in the bathroom section when I saw father and son(customers) testing out a soccer ball and this man really said "we have to sell that so dont do that." I see nothing wrong with testing out a product you're potentially going to buy. If I take it home and it's flat I would return it so why not give it a little test. Needless to say the duo walked away and I don't blame them, I personally would've walked out that store really upset. So I give 5 stars to the cashier because she held her composure for the most part, she was upset rightfully so. And I DEDUCT 3 stars for that man's micro management behavior at a RETAIL store because I don't believe all Ollie's have someone like that working there and I really do enjoy Ollie's most the time. So hectic, stressful and poor work environment. Disappointed..I hope to never experience this again.

I got a hardcover oversized edition of the DC miniseries "Watchmen" listed for $40.00 for $7.00! Star Wars and Super Hero action figures for half the price than what Walmart sells them for. Excellent deals on cereals plus items like coffee (40 kcups box for just $9.99 on one brand). Great prices on items such as body wash and shampoos. Cool discounted electronics. I bought a floor turbo fan for $30.00. They sell some really nice rugs plus bath, bed & kitchen items, super cheap car items like windshield wipers and seat covers, yard items and more!
