A great Chinese delivery for one night in NYC. Food was fresh, hot, and plentiful. Was a perfect dinner for the one night we spent in the city. The noodles had the char you want from a super hot wok! I think they gave us way more than we paid for, portions were huge! Would order again. read more

75% of the time i order delivery, they get incorrect items. the food taste good and the delivery time is fast but the order is ALWAYS wrong. I always get beef with broccoli and they ALWAYS give me chicken with broccoli instead, and i order delivery so its too late to even do anythign about this. it just makes me sad because if they were more careful then they would be the best chinese restaurant with 5 stars all around. Very yummy yummy for my tummy at an affordable price! Considering the severity of today's inflation and prices, they serve a large portion for around $9-$10 for each dish. I always have the best experience here I ordered the same meal from last time, but I added an egg roll which they only had shrimp and vegetable available but since I'm vegetarian they made a tofu egg roll specially for me!! My family has been ordering Chinese food from Lucky's since i was a child. This restaurant is incredibly fast with their delivery, my phone number is associated with my address so placing an order takes just a few brief moments. I always enjoy the chicken with vegetables, four seasons (which brings a little bit of everything), and fried wontons. I don't know what the other reviewers are smoking, but this place is absolutely no different from any other side street NY cheap Chinese joint with 2 formica tables and a dude doing moped deliveries. And yes, this place has 2 formica tables and a moped delivery guy. The food is merely O.K. - nothing special. It gets you to the next meal. That is all. read more

This place is disgusting! We ordered on the phone and went to pick it up. That is where I lost my appetite. The guy behind the counter was picking his nose while bagging our order. I paid for the food but threw it out as soon as we got outside. Never again! read more

Customer service was decent, the lady i met yesterday was nice but today another lady was there and she was rude. The food was not that good either, the crisp of the sesame chicken was there and the presentation was nice but unfortunately it was just missing flavor. There were only two tables and we had to wait for a group to leave in order to sit and eat. read more

This is a TAKEOUT/DELIVERY American Chinese restaurant with a couple of tables inside. But is it the best American Takeout/Delivery Chinese restaurant in Maspeth. At least it's reasonably priced. It has your typical General Tso Chicken, Sesame Chicken, Egg Foo Youngs, etc etc etc. Don't expect Authentic Chinese food here but when you are in Maspeth or live here....this is it for Chinese Food. There is no where else in Maspeth that is better. For real Chinese food you might have to go to Elmhurst. read more

Lucky's has the best chinese food in the Woodside, Maspeth, Middle Village, Glendale, and Woodhaven area! I've been a customer for over 12 years now and have not had better as far as fast food. I've had my share of chinese take out and i have to say the food here is pretty bland. Even though they are two blocks from me i still prefer to order from somewhere further. Also they dont even have chicken nuggets on the menu which is what my son always eats with his pork fried rice! read more

I have their number saved, and I know the guy that delivers to me regularly. 4 stars because when I ask for lots of hot sauce packets. I get like 3. Petty. The food here is substantial and does the job. There really isnt anything special about this place in reference to taste. I have been eating here for years because of the convenience and the good portions they give. I typically get their chicken with broccoli with white sauce (worth a try for ya'll) and their garlic chicken wings with pork fried rice. But their prices have been raised in the past year and I decided to go elsewhere for my food needs. Food is adequate and price is not bad also, lunch special is key! read more

Their food is good for a chinese fast food restaurant. Their fried chicken is amazing. I've been coming here for years. I've gotten to know the people there and they are really friendly. You can see them cook your food, so you don't have to worry about sanitation issues. They also have a tv for customers to watch while you wait for your food.
