I was charged for the stop at storage and all he took out was the washer and dryer. Everything else was left in storage because he could pack the truck efficiently. He had random moving help and switched people in the middle of the move. Then he wanted to change up and say that the fee was an appliance fee, but he never told me there was an appliance fee on the front end. I booked him through U-Haul initially, and then his services were suspended through U-Haul. I should have known then to just use someone else. He also made a 30 minute pitstop at a gas station for a bathroom break. Very disappointed.

My fear was something got damaged in the flute head. What to do? Turn to Yelp and I found the answer. The store opened at 9:00. I was there at 9:10-that's how urgent the situation was to me. I had to practice, practice before my lesson. Mike took a few minutes to look at my flute and asked a few questions. He described what he was going to do and then what he may have to do if some of my other issues continued. Mike asked when I wanted my flute. I'm like, "ummmm...as soon as possible, please?" Well what do you know? I had my flute in top notch condition in a couple of hours. I AM TOTALLY IMPRESSED! That's amazing. Mike fixed bent keys, oiled keys, replaced a few cork on keys and made other adjustments. My flute sounds amazing and I'm confident that in the future if I have issues I have my go to instrument place at hand. One of the perks is that the shop is only a mile from my house.
