I was charged for the stop at storage and all he took out was the washer and dryer. Everything else was left in storage because he could pack the truck efficiently. He had random moving help and switched people in the middle of the move. Then he wanted to change up and say that the fee was an appliance fee, but he never told me there was an appliance fee on the front end. I booked him through U-Haul initially, and then his services were suspended through U-Haul. I should have known then to just use someone else. He also made a 30 minute pitstop at a gas station for a bathroom break. Very disappointed.

I brought my granddaughters Gemeinhardt flute in for service because she was using it for marching…read moreband in 100° weather. But she had a concert coming up later in the week, so Mike was able to get it fixed in time for that. It became clear she needed a marching band flute. Mike suggested a used one at a great price. Turns out also the Gemeinhardt was being borrowed from her cousin. So I asked Mike for his recommendation for a concert flute. While my granddaughter is a freshman, she is lead flutist for the high school. Mike said he sold Di Zhao. We did a lot of comparison shopping and testing, but ultimately it was up to my granddaughter, as Mike said, because she knows what she likes in playing and the sound. Most schools recommend Yamaha. My granddaughter decided on the Di Zhao. She got an 801 BEF for a great price. Most importantly I could tell Mike liked musical kids! I watched him interact as they brought their instruments in for repair. I cannot thank him enough for the time, knowledge and courtesy in taking care of three problems for my granddaughter. Plus his pricing is unbelievably fair.

If you rent a violin it comes with rosin, shoulder rest and a shoulder strap to carry the violin case. If you know you want to have an instrument for years then buying it is the best option but if you're not sure then renting is the way to go, as well as rent to own. Their lobby area has a couch and a couple chairs. It can feel a bit cozy when there are many people. It seems like a popular place towards closing time on Saturday. Staff were friendly.
