Joselin is hands down the best housekeeper we've ever had. I've hired cleaning services before, but the level of detail, care, and consistency she brings is on a completely different level. Other cleaning services have given me a list of tools and supplies that they required. Joselin had pro level cleaning tools with her and never needed any cleaning supplies. Oh, silly minor detail, she uses the cutest trash bags for the bathrooms.
The first time she cleaned our home, she brought another person to help tackle everything. It's a large house with kids, and despite our best efforts, there were always streaks on mirrors, fingerprints on surfaces, missed spots on countertops, and the little things that seem impossible to stay on top of when you're working full time. After that initial deep clean, she somehow managed to maintain the same incredible results on her own in the same amount of time.
The difference is noticeable the moment you walk through the door. The ceiling fans look brand new. The floors sparkle. The carpets look and smell fresh, like they were just installed. She even managed to make the paint on the walls seem brighter and cleaner. I genuinely don't think I've seen the kitchen and bathroom faucets shine like this since we bought the house.
The bathrooms are spotless, the showers are pristine, and she even takes the extra step of organizing shampoo and conditioner bottles instead of just cleaning around them. Every room is neat, organized, immaculate, and fresh.
After she leaves, my kids and I usually walk through the house looking around and joking that it feels more like a museum than a home. Everything is perfectly arranged, spotless, and inviting.
Beyond her skill, Joselin is also incredibly personable, professional, and easy to talk to. She takes pride in her work, pays attention to details most people would miss, and truly cares about delivering exceptional results. She treats her clients and their homes with respect and professionalism, and it shows in everything she does.
Most impressive of all, she's fast. I honestly don't know how she accomplishes so much in such a short amount of time, especially at the level of quality she consistently delivers. I mean, like Roadrunner from the old cartoon, fast!
