I hired Gigi on the recommendation of my real estate agent. Gigi arrived and only spent 5.5 hours cleaning my 2,300 square foot house. She texted me that she was finished and wanted $200. FYI, she was by herself and had no help. I paid the money thinking that since she was recommended the job would be done to satisfaction. I got back to the house and looked. She did a HORRIBLE job on the floors. Missed all the counters in the bar. Did a bad job on the kitchen counters too. She missed cobwebs in the window frames, etc. I asked her to come back and do a better job. She came back for maybe an hour. I went back and looked again, it didn't look like she touched it. I asked her to come back AGAIN. She REFUSED! She refunded me $50 out of the $200. I hired my regular maid to come in. She and another person spent 4 hours (8 hours total) and they caught everything she missed. BUT they couldn't get the hardwood floors clean due to the product she used. The new owners hired Dalworth Cleaners to come in and get the floors cleaned. Dalworth had to use a cleaning agent (stripper) to get the product off the floors. I contacted Gigi and asked her to reimburse the owners for the Dalworth cleaning charges since she created the damage by using the wrong product. She never responded to me. My real estate agent also called her and she was incredibly rude and threatened to file a lawsuit against me. Needless to say I would NEVER use her. She doesn't know anything about using the proper products on your home. She over charges. She doesn't back up her work either. She stated she is bonded, but refused to give us (me and real estate agent) a copy of the policy. Stay as far away as you can from this one!!! She cleaned my house on August 2, 2018. read more

Never showed up! We scheduled for regular cleaning on a Saturday morning (already rescheduled a week later since her sister was sick on last weekend) and she confirmed with us on Friday. Extremely unprofessional. The first cleaning was done fine. Others were not completed. Bathroom shower was left dirty on 2 occasions even after I specifically told the maid that it was left unclean last time. The owner said I should not have waited until 2 days later to let her know even though I was out of town. Not my job to follow behind with a white glove. It's called trust and bring professional. Did not take any responsibility and basically told me to find someone else. Trust me, I will!!! Gigi responded to my review and took no responsibility that twice her girls need not clean bathroom walls. She said it was my fault for not checking. She also said only give 1 star reviews. Also untrue. If a company provides horrible service yes I write a review so others don't have to waste their time or money. Take note Gigi, it's not my job to follow after them. It is their job to clean properly and not leave an entire shower Un-cleaned twice. That's what I paid for. I asked them to text me when they were headed my way which she forgot to do but luckily it wasn't an issue. When she leaves your place looking and smelling amazing, you feel like you've been doted on and that you're special.
