I felt well prepared for the NCLEX, and the school provided enough resources (especially BoardVitals and VATI) that I personally didn't need to purchase additional review programs. Career Services was another highlight. They helped me land my first job within a month of becoming licensed and continued to provide guidance afterward. They didn't just push nursing home or home health positions. They encouraged me to become IV-certified, shared opportunities in acute care and specialty clinics, and gave practical advice on presenting myself professionally during the job search. My biggest criticism is the clinical experience. For the cost of tuition, I expected more variety in clinical placements. Most of my rotations were in skilled nursing facilities and community health clinics, and I would have appreciated more hospital experience. I also wish the school had considered commute times and transportation when assigning clinical sites. Students without reliable access to a car often had long commutes on public transportation, which made already demanding clinical days even more challenging. I think this is an area where the program could be more equitable and student-centered. Overall, I believe ACC does an excellent job preparing students to pass the NCLEX and provides valuable career support after graduation. My main suggestion for improvement would be creating a more balanced, accessible, and diverse clinical experience that better reflects the investment students make in the program.

The phlebotomy instructor, Mr.K is a no nonsense instructor, he is there to make sure you are prepared and ready to take the NHA exam. He is very knowledgeable and patient. He is a great instructor but be ready to work hard, practice and learn. He is willing to allow students who have passed the exam to come and practice which is always a plus to gain more experience.

It's not the most modern and renovated space for sure but it is fine as a testing location. Lockers, restrooms, and nice receptionist.

But before we took the exam, me and those two other students were talking about how we weren't confident about taking the exam because of the instructor and her horrible confusing teaching. The instructor, which I'm guessing is the business owner, was 10 minutes late to the class and then she started the class an hour late and only checking in like six students. There were barely any students there. So an hour of teaching time was wasted because she was lollygagging. As the instructor sat down to start teaching the class, she kept stopping to text message somebody and I don't know if it was her boyfriend, but she had a huge smile on her face, Every time she was texting somebody. She did not answer questions that I had for her. She kept saying that those questions weren't necessary to answer because they weren't on the test. I paid almost $400 to take that class. I would much appreciate if you answer the questions that I have, regardless, if it's on the test or not. And then, when I finally passed the exam after having to take it a second time and after having to purchase an online Notary course by EZ Notary. I spoke to the owner on the phone and asked how can I get the rest of my supplies which is a journal, my bond and my seal. She said I would have to pay for the shipping since I don't live around there and I'm not willing to go get it in person to pick up the supplies. Her team or her emailed me the invoice for the shipment, it was $31, just to ship my bond and then I would have to pay for a second shipment for the rest of my supplies. Talk about ripping students off. Another thing is you have to pay for parking. when I called before I placed the order I asked her assistant or her front desk person do I have to pay for parking, he said no that we can get it validated for you. But nobody wanted to validate the ticket unless you bought something in that building. The parking was $20. Do not pay to take the in person class and do not pay for any other Notary course from her. She is a horrible instructor. I would not waste your time or your money. There is a much better chance passing the exam through someone else online course. Good luck!

Their teaching, guidance, and valuable insights improved my knowledge and skills and helped me successfully achieve my RDCS credential. Garenneh and Narenia were amazing instructors in Vascular Lab. Their high standards, attention to detail, and commitment to teaching helped me develop strong scanning skills and a better understanding of vascular ultrasound. Looking back, I truly appreciate their dedication and the level of preparation they provided, because it helped me become more confident and prepared for real clinical work. The ADN program SUCKS!…read more Alot of the staff and professors do NOT care for there students and hinder our success ALOT. The school is super unorganized from finances to registrar with constant mistakes/battles. One of the professors went in about how much they love trump and certain policies which was shocking and super not professional. I came here and paid to learn Professor Swami lies/makes false promises and tells students maybe you shouldn't do nursing in the middle of the program. Of course no school is perfect but this school compared to all others is unprofessional/lazy and ridiculous.
